Hahaha! Kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb qenka udh\u00ebruar nga heshtja \u201crri ti, t\u00eb flas un\u00eb\u201d, me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera paska l\u00ebn\u00eb heshtjen t\u00eb flas\u00eb dhe vet\u00eb qenka t\u00ebrhequr n\u00eb meditim dhe paqe si n\u00eb ato ashramet e Indis\u00eb, si\u00e7 e kishte zakon Mahatma Gandi apo si\u00e7 e b\u00ebnin dhe e b\u00ebjn\u00eb her\u00ebpashere edhe politikan\u00ebt europian\u00eb t\u00eb er\u00ebs moderne, Zhak Zhirak, p\u00ebrshembull kur ishte President i Franc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Po qeshim me t\u00eb madhe sepse askush n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk e kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb r\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, askush nuk kishte konstatuar se kryeministrit po mbante heshtje shtypi. Ve\u00e7 kur e tha vet\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb me gazetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Publiku e ka par\u00eb edhe gjat\u00eb qershorit e korrikut, si gjithmon\u00eb prej shum\u00eb vitesh, duke folur live apo n\u00eb kronika t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhura n\u00eb nj\u00eb dyzin\u00eb ekran\u00ebsh nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh, her\u00eb gjat\u00eb e her\u00eb shkurt, sot n\u00eb mbledhjen e grupit parlamentar, nes\u00ebr n\u00eb mbledhjen e qeveris\u00eb, pasnes\u00ebr n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e Kuvendit, tjet\u00ebrpasnes\u00ebr n\u00eb konferenca, seminare, takime, pritje, udh\u00ebtime, p\u00ebrurime, inspektime, n\u00eb mbledhjen e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb vog\u00ebl p\u00ebrs\u00ebri, n\u00eb mbledhjet e komiteteve nd\u00ebrministrore, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb vazhdimisht lajme t\u00eb mira dhe sihariqe p\u00ebr vendin q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrparon m\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr popullin q\u00eb gdhihet p\u00ebrdit\u00eb e m\u00eb holl\u00eb nga parat\u00eb dhe plengu. Nuk kam mbajtur dhe as kam nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb mbaj sh\u00ebnime p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb tashm\u00eb t\u00eb pakuptimt\u00eb, po ma merr mendja se nuk ka dit\u00eb t\u00eb vitit q\u00eb t\u00eb mos flas\u00eb n\u00eb televizion apo n\u00eb gazeta ky kryeminist\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq e them me siguri se nuk ka kryeminist\u00ebr n\u00eb Europ\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb dal\u00eb me shpesh e t\u00eb flas\u00eb me shum\u00eb se ai n\u00eb media, kryesisht para audiencave standarte, t\u00eb rregulluara apo t\u00eb porositura.<\/p>\n

Ku \u00ebsht\u00eb heshtja at\u00ebher\u00eb? P\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb heshtjeje b\u00ebh\u00ebt fjal\u00eb? A mos vall\u00eb akoma i duken pak daljet e p\u00ebrorshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, sa t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb se nga dalja n\u00eb dalja ka akoma rezerva p\u00ebr dalje t\u00eb reja, rezerva q\u00eb p\u00ebr momentin i paska n\u00eb hart\u00eb heshtja?<\/p>\n

Vet\u00ebm atij i duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb duke heshtur po t\u00eb mos mos flas\u00eb n\u00eb media nj\u00eb dit\u00eb apo larg qoft\u00eb dy dit\u00eb. N\u00eb fakt shumica e njer\u00ebzve nuk i v\u00ebn\u00eb re fare k\u00ebto pauza e shkurt\u00ebra t\u00eb bombardimit mediatik me figur\u00ebn e kryeministrit.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrshtypja e p\u00ebrgjithshme \u00ebsht\u00eb se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb kurdoher\u00eb prapa ekranit, sapo t\u00eb shtyp\u00ebsh komand\u00ebn. Flet, flet, flet, flet duke mos e fshehur dot thelbin agjitativ-propagandistik t\u00eb diskurit t\u00eb tij, gj\u00eb q\u00eb esht\u00eb deri diku e kuptueshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtet suksesin te dukja e jashtme e gj\u00ebrave dhe jo t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtja e tyre reale. Por duke kaluar vitet, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat gj\u00ebra, duke komunikuar t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat lexime roz\u00eb nga realiteti shqiptar i qeverisur prej tij, duke u mbyllur n\u00eb
\nnj\u00eb rreth standart temash e trajtesash ai po rrezikon t\u2019i ndodh\u00eb si Fidel Kastos, fjalamanit m\u00eb t\u00eb madh politik t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb njezet\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin shkrimtari Roberto Bolano thoshte se rrethohej nga qart\u00ebsia e gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb nuk thoshte, nuk ia kapte mendja apo nuk guxonte t\u2019i zinte n\u00eb goj\u00eb sepse do t\u2019i duhej pastaj t\u00eb rr\u00ebzonte fjalimet e tij kilometrike p\u00ebr sukseset virtuale t\u00eb Kub\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i hakun, kryeministri yn\u00eb e njeh gjuh\u00ebn e heshtjes. Kur deklaroi para gezetar\u00ebve se kishte l\u00ebn\u00eb heshtjen t\u00eb fliste ket\u00eb periudh\u00eb, ai kishte parasysh disa gj\u00ebra reale dhe konkrete, t\u00eb cilat mezi kishte pritur t\u2019i thoshte edhe me fjal\u00eb, q\u00eb jan\u00eb: zgjedhja e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, miratimi me konsensus i s\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebs reform\u00eb zgjedhore, vendosja e nj\u00eb klime pozitive bashk\u00ebpunimi me opozit\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Nonsensi i k\u00ebtij komunikimi ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me faktin se p\u00ebrse duheshin p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur e n\u00ebnvizuar me fjal\u00eb kumtesat e qarta dhe boll lakonike t\u00eb heshtjes? Dashje pa dashje kryeministri ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dyshim inteligjenc\u00ebn e publikut duke marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrkthej\u00eb apo trasmetoj\u00eb me fjal\u00eb ato q\u00eb ka trasmetuar me heshtje. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrt\u00ebt\u00eb kryeministri as e ka menduar k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes. Duke mos ia besuar deri n\u00eb fund heshtjes mesazhet q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb n\u00eb publik zhvillimet e fundit politike n\u00eb vend, pra duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb heshtjes \u201cik ti se do flas un\u00eb tani\u201d, ai thjesht ka zbuluar se edhe heshtjen ashtu si fjal\u00ebn e ka kryesisht propagandistike.<\/p>\n

Kam zgjedhur Presidentin e Republik\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces transparent, t\u00eb hapur e kushtetues duke sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb rezultante t\u00eb p\u00ebrputhshme me at\u00eb q\u00eb kisha n\u00eb mendje e do t\u00eb kisha zgjedhur pa llogaritur opozit\u00ebn dhe faktorin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

Kam miratuar me konsensusin e Partis\u00eb Socialiste nj\u00eb reform\u00eb zgjedhore nj\u00eblloj si\u00e7 do ta kisha miratuar po t\u00eb mos kisha asnj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb nga kjo parti opozitare.<\/p>\n

Shoh se ka hyr\u00eb krimbi i sherrit n\u00eb opozit\u00eb tani q\u00eb kjo reform\u00eb u shkrua dhe u vulos, nd\u00ebrsa un\u00eb do t\u00eb filloj t\u2019i mbledh tani aleat\u00ebt e mi p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar s\u00ebbashku me ta koalicionin me t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer.
\nShoh me kenaq\u00ebsi se pasi nuk u shkrepi me presidentin konsensual dhe m\u00eb disa pretendime t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb i marrin sh\u00ebnim pa u menduar gjat\u00eb kur vizitojn\u00eb selin\u00eb roz\u00eb, trojka e ambasador\u00ebve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, SHBA-s\u00eb dhe OSBE-s\u00eb jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur me zhvillimet politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe un\u00eb i garantoj ata se k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqen gjithmon\u00eb me faktin e kryer, pasi ky vend ka specifikat e veta, fakti i kryer \u00ebsht\u00eb politik\u00eb, t\u00eb tjerat jan\u00eb muhabete.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto ishin mesazahet e heshtjes. I kishin kuptuar shumica d\u00ebrmuese e shqiptar\u00ebve, por kryemnistrit nuk iu ndenj pa u dhen\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb veshje fjal\u00ebsh plot shkelqim. P\u00ebrse, p\u00ebrse zot\u00ebri nuk e le fisnik\u00ebrisht heshtjen t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00eblsonte pa z\u00eb shpirtin e gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb i mendojn\u00eb t\u00eb mira k\u00ebto zgjidhje dhe t\u00eb helmonte gjithashtu pa z\u00eb shpirtin e atyre q\u00eb i mendojn\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija, pa shpres\u00eb dhe pa t\u00eb ardhme p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb po \u00ebnd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb e po luftojm\u00eb k\u00ebto vite? P\u00ebrse nuk q\u00ebndrove i kuror\u00ebzuar prej heshtjes, por nuk t\u2019u durua dhe dole n\u00eb aren\u00eb te ngrije me dor\u00ebn t\u00ebnde t\u00eb majt\u00eb dor\u00ebn t\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00eb t\u00eb fitimtarit n\u00eb k\u00ebto zhvillimet e fundit politike?<\/p>\n

Mos u g\u00ebzo, o i g\u00ebzuar, mos u hidh\u00ebro o i hidh\u00ebruar, thuhet n\u00eb Bib\u00ebl. Nj\u00eb heshtje tjet\u00ebr, jo propagandistike, po shkruan fatin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb europiane n\u00eb Bruksel. Do t\u00eb presim e do t\u00eb shohim se sa e sukseshsme ka qen\u00eb kjo periudh\u00eb e fitoreve qeveritare dhe pjes\u00ebrisht edhe socialiste-opozitare p\u00ebr \u00ebndrr\u00ebn e integrimit europian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq, nj\u00eb heshtje e re, jo propagandistike gjithashtu, e th\u00ebrret n\u00eb ashram, n\u00eb kendin e t\u00eb menduarit dhe t\u00eb medituarit, kryeministrin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr tu p\u00ebrballur m\u00eb n\u00eb fund me disa pyetje t\u00eb thjeshta e themelore p\u00ebr stopimin e zhvillimit t\u00eb vendit.
