Kontrolli absolut mbas luft\u00ebs nuk ka shum\u00eb vler\u00eb\u201d \u2013 thot\u00eb ai dhe m\u00eb pas parashikon: \u201cAi (Berisha) manipulon zgjedhjet dhe m\u00eb pas t\u00eb \u00e7on n\u00ebp\u00ebr gjykata pa mbarim pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar fituesi. Problemi ishte se opozita nuk duhet t\u2019i linte atij mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb manipulonte. <\/p>\n<p>Pra, jemi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ekuacionin: Saliu do t\u2019i manipuloj\u00eb zgjedhjet, por opozita ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u2019i kontrolloj\u00eb ato pas votimit! Por kjo nuk vlen. Sepse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb diktator\u00ebt, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tiran\u00ebt k\u00ebshtu i kan\u00eb manipuluar zgjedhjet dhe pastaj kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb \u201chajde b\u00ebjm\u00eb negociata\u201d. K\u00ebta i dhan\u00eb kompromisin Saliut q\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri t\u00eb manipuloj\u00eb me kusht q\u00eb un\u00eb do ta kontrolloj manipulimin pas zgjedhjeve. Por a mundet t\u00eb b\u00ebsh gj\u00eb pasi Saliu t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00eb zgjedhjet, ti ta mund\u00ebsh p\u00ebrmes ankimimeve?! At\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb negociatat p\u00ebr l\u00ebshime territoresh. \u00cbsht\u00eb teoria e diktator\u00ebve.
