Gazeta kosovare \u201cKoha Ditore\u201d b\u00ebn me dije se t\u00eb gjitha mjetet do t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb nj\u00eb tarif\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb tunel, e cila do t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb nga 200 lek\u00eb t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr veturat n\u00eb 500 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr furgon\u00ebt dhe 1000 lek\u00eb p\u00ebr kamion\u00ebt dhe autobus\u00ebt. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nuk ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb e njohur se tuneli do t\u00eb kalohej me pages\u00eb. Gjithmon\u00eb ishte th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb ky tunel do t\u00eb shkurtonte distancat dhe b\u00ebnte q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb af\u00ebr duke bashkuar dy pjes\u00ebt e kombit dhe duke rritur p\u00ebrfitimet ekonomike. Tuneli i rrug\u00ebs Durr\u00ebs-Kuk\u00ebs, q\u00eb kur \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur n\u00eb qershor e deri m\u00eb tani, \u00ebsht\u00eb kaluar pa pages\u00eb. Ai ka vuajtur her\u00eb pas here nd\u00ebrprerje t\u00eb qarkullimit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shembjeve. Nuk dihet sakt\u00ebsisht se kur do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb qarkullimi me pages\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Aktivisti i njohur i diaspor\u00ebs shqiptare, Geri Kokalari, kishte paralajm\u00ebruar se rruga do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej me pages\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb kryeministri shqiptar t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb s\u00ebrish.<\/p>\n<p>Momentalisht n\u00eb tunel po b\u00ebhen punime. \u201cKoha Ditore\u201d lajm\u00ebron se n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti ekziston mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb nj\u00eb nga tunelet t\u00eb hapet plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb t\u00eb dy krah\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur.<\/p>\n<p>Tuneli u hap p\u00ebr fushat\u00eb elektorale duke rrezikuar jet\u00ebn e udh\u00ebtar\u00ebve. Pjesa q\u00eb nuk ishte p\u00ebrfunduar u kthye n\u00eb makthin e udh\u00ebtar\u00ebve, por vet\u00ebm tani von\u00eb qeveria mori vendimin q\u00eb tuneli t\u00eb mbyllej p\u00ebr punime, duke pranuar publikisht se ai ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Paralajm\u00ebrimi i Kokalarit: Rruga do t\u00eb privatizohet q\u00eb Berisha t\u00eb mbush\u00eb s\u00ebrish xhepat<\/p>\n<p>Ju e keni akuzuar Berish\u00ebn se po harxhon par\u00e1 duke mbi-shpenzuar p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn Durr\u00ebs-Morin\u00eb dhe ju keni pretendime se ai po shet rrug\u00ebn duke e privatizuar. P\u00ebrse i b\u00ebni k\u00ebto akuza?<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb, n\u00eb fillim dua t\u00eb them se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb sekret q\u00eb projekti ka kaluar t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrllogaritjet fillestare, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb publikime t\u00eb besueshme p\u00ebr biznesin jasht\u00eb vendit, por dhe n\u00eb mediet shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Por ajo \u00e7ka e b\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb keqe k\u00ebt\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb se dihet tashm\u00eb se \u201cBechtel\u201d ka nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb hershme t\u00eb tejkalimit t\u00eb kostove.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, n\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara ka qen\u00eb lajmi kryesor n\u00eb gazetat e m\u00ebdha, e n\u00ebse ndokush nuk e beson k\u00ebt\u00eb, le t\u00eb kontrolloj\u00eb lajmet n\u00eb internet p\u00ebr \u201cBechtel\u201d dhe \u201cg\u00ebrmimin e madh\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>E ashtu si\u00e7 Berisha ishte paralajm\u00ebruar p\u00ebr piramidat, \u00ebsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar dhe p\u00ebr \u201cBechtel\u201d. Por ai tani i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrat\u00eb direkt pa tender \u201cBechtel\u201d. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb vet\u00ebm diktator\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm si Kim Jong II mund ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia p\u00ebr shpenzimin e qindra-miliona dollar\u00ebve bie mbi ushtar\u00ebt e Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket shitjes s\u00eb rrug\u00ebs, jam n\u00eb kontakt me shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz nga vende t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb bot\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb ka mb\u00ebrritur informacioni p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, ashtu si dhe p\u00ebr rastin e New World Telecom dhe AEY.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb burim i besuesh\u00ebm m\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Berisha po mban negociata sekrete p\u00ebr t\u00eb shitur rrug\u00ebn. Dhe besoj se Berisha po mban takime me Damir Fazlli\u00e7 p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb mund t\u00eb them, \u00ebsht\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb ta besojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ose jo. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u kuptuar q\u00eb Berisha ka hapur nj\u00eb vrim\u00eb t\u00eb madhe ekonomike me k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe po e merr n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb seriozisht privatizimin e rrug\u00ebs, p\u00ebr shkak se opsionet e tjera jan\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuara.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb shokuese p\u00ebr \u00e7do njeri q\u00eb kujton loj\u00ebrat q\u00eb luante Berisha me Fatos Nanon dhe turqit p\u00ebr privatizimin e Albtelekomit.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk duhet t\u00eb surprizoj\u00eb ask\u00ebnd q\u00eb pretendon se tenderi p\u00ebr ARMO-n ishte transparent dhe q\u00eb personi q\u00eb q\u00eblloi t\u00eb kishte kontrollin e saj ndodhi q\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb mik me Berish\u00ebn.
