{"id":3761,"date":"2012-07-12T17:53:07","date_gmt":"2012-07-12T16:53:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/?p=3761"},"modified":"2012-07-12T17:53:07","modified_gmt":"2012-07-12T16:53:07","slug":"berisha-dhe-kostoja-e-ikjes-se-tij","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2009-2015\/berisha-dhe-kostoja-e-ikjes-se-tij\/","title":{"rendered":"Berisha dhe kostoja e ikjes s\u00eb tij"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-7236\" title=\"Berisha Black\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/2012\/berisha_black.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" \/> Nga <strong>Petrit Rama<\/strong>, <em>12 Korrik 2012<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Mjeti m\u00eb i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb informata \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00ebsh informata\u2019, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prej maksimave m\u00eb t\u00eb diskutueshme te Princi i Makiavelit, teori e cila ka si q\u00ebllim t\u00eb maksimalizoj\u00eb pushtetin gjer n\u00eb diktatur\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet mbajtjes s\u00eb kuotave minimale t\u00eb s\u00eb ashtuquajtur\u00ebs demokraci, teori e cila form\u00ebson boshtin baz\u00eb ideologjik t\u00eb \u00e7do pushteti t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebrfshi dhe pushtetin kriminal e tejet t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb t\u00eb kryeministrit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse p\u00ebr kryeministrin ton\u00eb \u2018q\u00ebllimi e justifikon mjetin\u2019 pasi n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij politike ka maksim\u00ebn \u2018nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme m\u00ebnyra sesi fiton, sepse ai q\u00eb ka fituar turpsh\u00ebm nuk turp\u00ebrohet prej aktit t\u00eb tij\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkesa e fundme e pushtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr imunitetin parlamentar t\u00eb socialisteve si paprekshm\u00ebrin\u00eb penale dhe pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb ligjore p\u00ebr vot\u00ebn dhe mendimin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb parlament form\u00ebson nj\u00eb rrezik p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb gjendjeje persekutuese kundrejt boshtit opozitar, pasi paprekshm\u00ebria penale pritet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret nga pushteti me an\u00eb t\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb tij duke e baltosur me akuza dhe fakte t\u00eb paqena subjektin politik socialist, akuza t\u00eb cilat tashm\u00eb pos goj\u00ebs shpif\u00ebse t\u00eb kryeministrit mund t\u00eb send\u00ebzohen n\u00eb aktakuza konkrete, t\u00eb prodhuara prej institucioneve q\u00eb ai i mban t\u00eb centralizuara rretheqark personit t\u00eb tij, p\u00ebrfshi dhe parlamentin +71 t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, i cili mund t\u00eb aprovoj\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekjen penale t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb funksionit kushtetues s\u00eb lejes p\u00ebr t\u00eb nis procese kund\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhurve parlamentar socialist\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb dyti, pap\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebria ligjore p\u00ebr mendimin dhe vot\u00ebn e dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb parlament, ku shpifja distancohet prej k\u00ebsaj mbrojtjeje, por q\u00eb tashm\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb reprezalje kund\u00ebr subjekteve m\u00eb kritik\u00eb t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, mund t\u2019i kushtoj\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb socialist\u00ebve, sepse nj\u00eb fije e st\u00ebrholl\u00eb e ndan pushtetin me sistemin e Lukashenkos, i cili me delegjitimimin e k\u00ebsaj devize kushtetuese shoi nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndoshta shqiptar\u00ebt mendojn\u00eb se Berisha nuk mund t\u00eb konvertohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb Lukashenko dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebnit ky i fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb piku i q\u00ebllimit t\u00eb tij politik. P\u00ebrkundrazi, Berisha ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb rangun e atyre gjysm\u00ebdiktator\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk mund ta zbusin m\u00eb eg\u00ebrsin\u00eb e sistemit t\u00eb tyre prej frik\u00ebs s\u00eb shembjes n\u00eb t\u00eb. Nuk mund ta zbus\u00eb se mbart nj\u00eb barr\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00ebsh, t\u00eb persekutuarish, nj\u00eb popull t\u00eb mjeruar, faje familjare, krim t\u00eb organizuar, pasuri publike t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr dy lek\u00eb, zgjedhje t\u00eb vjedhura, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb zotuar sistematikisht se do t\u2019i nd\u00ebshkoj\u00eb n\u00eb saj t\u00eb thyerjes s\u00eb kultit t\u00eb harres\u00ebs dhe pand\u00ebshkueshm\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb Berisha si makiavelist politik ka menduar t\u00eb gjej\u00eb nj\u00eb shteg tjet\u00ebr: at\u00eb t\u00eb presionit.
