Nuk mjafton bojkotimi i reklamave shtet\u00ebrore, q\u00eb institucionet e kontrolluara nga Qeveria Berisha vendosin t\u00eb publikojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb gazetat proqeveritare, pra jo n\u00eb ton\u00ebn. Nuk mjaftojn\u00eb as favoret me kon\u00e7ensione li\u00e7encash, tendera publik\u00eb, q\u00eb shteti&#8230; u jep pa asnj\u00eb skuqje faqeje botuesve q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb. Pas tentativave p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbytur ekonomikisht shtypin e lir\u00eb duke hequr \u00e7do lloj financimi, Qeveria nis dhe nj\u00eb kontroll fiskal. Vet\u00ebm 7 muaj nga lindja, sot inspektor\u00ebt tatimor\u00eb po kontrollojn\u00eb bilancet e Shqiptarja.com.<\/p>\n<p>Mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebn dje paradite, t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nga Lulzim Basha (n\u00eb muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb saj gazeta ishte biznes i vog\u00ebl dhe b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kompetencat fiskale t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb). Basha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kryebashkiak mik me disa botues, mik i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb deri n\u00eb at\u00eb pik\u00eb sa k\u00ebta botues pas zgjedhjes s\u00eb Lulit, jan\u00eb vet\u00ebshpallur &#8220;padron\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb&#8221;. Aq miq, saq\u00eb, kur Shqiptarja.com i k\u00ebrkoi nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb, u p\u00ebrgjigj me buz\u00ebqeshjen e zakonshme t\u00eb ngrir\u00eb se &#8220;nuk mund t\u00eb pranonte, pasi botuesi tjet\u00ebr mund t\u00eb inatosej&#8221;. Pra, ky urdh\u00ebr i Bash\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kontroll politik: Esht\u00eb nj\u00eb veprim konkurrence t\u00eb pandershme. Shteti nd\u00ebrhyn n\u00eb tregun e lir\u00eb duke tentuar t\u00eb penalizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb biznes, p\u00ebr t\u00eb favorizuar nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Inspektor\u00ebt e Bash\u00ebs mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebn n\u00eb zyrat tona me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb paraqitur nj\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dokumentash: dokumenti i blerjes, dokumenti i shitjes, libri i blerjeve, libri i shitjeve, libri i inventarit, libri i shpenzimeve dhe t\u00eb ardhurave, libri i aktiviteteve, faturat, kuponat, d\u00ebftesat tatimore etj. etj. Deri dhe k\u00ebrkesa qesharake p\u00ebr t\u00eb verifikuar n\u00ebse kemi vendosur tavolina n\u00eb tok\u00eb publike dhe sa tavolina kemi vendosur. Sikur gazeta t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb kafene.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb e \u00e7uditshme q\u00eb nj\u00eb biznes t&#8217;i n\u00ebnshtrohet kontrollit fiskal; zakonisht kontrollet b\u00ebhen p\u00ebr 5 vitet e fundit t\u00eb aktivitetit. \u00c7udia q\u00ebndron n\u00eb faktin se kontrolli tatimor b\u00ebhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb biznes t\u00eb sapolindur, pa i dh\u00ebn\u00eb as koh\u00ebn t\u00eb mbush\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Basha v\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje dy inspektor\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar 7 muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb aktivitetit ton\u00eb. Dhe kjo ndodh n\u00eb momentin kur Sali Berisha sh\u00ebtit n\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn duke ftuar investuesit e huaj t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Problemi q\u00ebndron n\u00eb faktin se Berisha, tamam si Lulzim Basha, fton vet\u00ebm investitor\u00ebt miq. N\u00ebse nj\u00eb biznesmen \u00ebsht\u00eb mik (pra politikisht aleat i tyre) mund t\u00eb vij\u00eb k\u00ebtu dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb doj\u00eb, fal\u00eb nj\u00eb imuniteti absurd. N\u00ebse nj\u00eb investitor \u00ebsht\u00eb i pavarur, i japin mir\u00ebseardhjen me nj\u00eb kontroll fiskal: Nj\u00eb arm\u00eb e pandershme p\u00ebr t\u00eb goditur mediat e lira dhe bizneset konkurruese.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto jav\u00eb ekspert\u00ebt e Bashkimit Europian po shkruajn\u00eb raportin mbi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe mbi hapat q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb drejt integrimit. Nj\u00eb nga kapitujt m\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb, i n\u00ebnvizuar nga Brukseli, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht respektimi i liris\u00eb s\u00eb shtypit. Edhe OSBE po ndjek me interes t\u00eb madh gjendjen e mediave shqiptare dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht sjelljen e Qeveris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb institucioneve publike ndaj mediave t\u00eb pavarura. Shtetet e Bashkuara dhe ambasada e saj n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, jan\u00eb gjithashtu gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebmendsh\u00ebm ndaj k\u00ebtij problemi.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta mediat e pavarura n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe me krenari e themi se ne jemi mes pak mediave t\u00eb pavarura q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur. Do t&#8217;i mbajm\u00eb t\u00eb informuar mbi mbar\u00ebvajtjen e peripecive tona, jo sepse kemi frik\u00eb (i paguajm\u00eb taksat deri n\u00eb qindark\u00ebn e fundit dhe respektojm\u00eb ligjin), por sepse k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb q\u00eb principi universal i liris\u00eb s\u00eb shtypit t\u00eb vlej\u00eb konkretisht edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri si nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb elementare p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar nj\u00eb shtyp i lir\u00eb.
