Zyrtari m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i k\u00ebtij sh\u00ebrbimi, nga pamja dhe aktet e tij duket nj\u00eb cop\u00eb mishi p\u00ebr top, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur nga njer\u00ebz shum\u00eb konfident\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetit si p\u00ebr tregtin\u00eb e arm\u00ebve, ashtu dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjimet ndaj opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pas d\u00ebshtimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb kontrollin mbi SHISH, Berisha ka kthyer Sh\u00ebrbimin Informativ t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb, at\u00eb t\u00eb policis\u00eb si dhe \u201cTask Force\u201d-n e Agim Shehut n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime paralele informative, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrgjojn\u00eb opozit\u00ebn, gazetar\u00ebt dhe \u00e7do faktor opozitar kund\u00ebr pushtetit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ata marrin vendime p\u00ebr gjoba formale e informale, p\u00ebr kontrollin mbi opozit\u00ebn zyrtare dhe plus k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur informacionin p\u00ebr bizneset e tyre t\u00eb f\u00eblliqura. Ai po ashtu ka pranuar qysh n\u00eb fillim faktin q\u00eb Damir Fazlli\u00e7i do t\u00eb jet\u00eb partneri kryesor i bizneseve t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n<p>I ardhur nga n\u00ebntoka e mafies jugosllave, me lidhje t\u00eb panum\u00ebrta me tregtar\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb arm\u00ebve n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb, Mal t\u00eb Zi dhe Serbi, me seli n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e kryeministrit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ai ka kart\u00ebvizit\u00ebn e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre pun\u00ebve. Duke njohur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pushtetin e Berish\u00ebs dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si funksionon ai, e kisha pranuar n\u00eb mendje time q\u00eb Arben Imami e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kompromis me Berish\u00ebn dhe e ka pranuar t\u00eb jet\u00eb minist\u00ebr p\u00ebr ata pak oficer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur, p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb seminar me NATO dhe p\u00ebr ndoshta p\u00ebr inat t\u00eb Jozefin\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk e do minist\u00ebr n\u00eb parti.<\/p>\n<p>Por ajo q\u00eb po ndodh \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Arben Imami, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb e ka pranuar rolin e lolos n\u00eb at\u00eb ministri, por tani po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb luaj\u00eb dhe rolin e mbretit, pra t\u00eb daljes zot t\u00eb pun\u00ebve t\u00eb pista q\u00eb Familja b\u00ebn n\u00eb at\u00eb ministri. Reagimi i tij ndaj k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs tregonte se sa pak arsye ka mbetur p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur pun\u00ebt e pista t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb Ministri t\u00eb Mbrojtjes. E gjith\u00eb kjo t\u00eb bind se Imami po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u2019i tregoj\u00eb Berish\u00ebs se \u00ebsht\u00eb gati t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb betej\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur pun\u00ebt e pista t\u00eb Familjes n\u00eb ministri.<\/p>\n<p>Por duke qen\u00eb larg atyre pun\u00ebve, dhe ndoshta i pap\u00ebrfillur n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e atyre pisll\u00ebqeve, si dikur Fatmir Mediu kur hidhte firma po p\u00ebr Familjen p\u00ebr biznesin e G\u00ebrdecit, ai tenton t\u2019i jap\u00eb shenj\u00eb dhe opozit\u00ebs se nuk d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb betej\u00eb konkrete me t\u00eb, por t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjet me gjuh\u00ebn e Berish\u00ebs, e cila n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e qart\u00eb: Po e akuzove p\u00ebr korrupsion, patjet\u00ebr ke nj\u00eb hall, po i the se po shet e blen me serb\u00ebt, patjet\u00ebr ke dhe ti nj\u00eb mik serb, po i the q\u00eb po shet detin tek grek\u00ebt, patjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ke dhe ti nj\u00eb mik grek. Dhe Imami i ra shkurt q\u00eb opozita ka hallin e ndonj\u00eb biznesmeni serb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe pas k\u00ebsaj gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr publikun ka mbetur pezull. N\u00eb memorien ton\u00eb jan\u00eb drekat dhe darkat e Imamit me Fazlli\u00e7in, portreti kokoro\u00e7 i shefit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit Informativ q\u00eb pask\u00ebsh zbuluar talent tek gruaja e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb shitur arm\u00eb me serb\u00ebt, daljen gjysm\u00eb t\u00eb dehur t\u00eb Arben Imamit n\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjen e 21 Janarit duke folur p\u00ebr biseda konfidenciale t\u00eb pu\u00e7ist\u00ebve kund\u00ebr pushtetit, sh\u00ebndetin e tepruar t\u00eb tij pas shitjeve t\u00eb reparteve ushtarake p\u00ebr Klan-et e pushtetit, darkat pa fund me Fahri Balliun, t\u00eb cilin e ka pasur p\u00ebr vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra personazh humoristik kur shpotiste Berish\u00ebn, dhe deri tek propozimi i fundit i Berish\u00ebs, i cili e futi at\u00eb n\u00eb list\u00ebn e tre njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb besuar p\u00ebr president n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn me opozit\u00ebn. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i t\u00ebr\u00eb besimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin Imami ka punuar t\u00eb bind\u00eb Berish\u00ebn se nuk shikon gj\u00eb, nuk kupton gj\u00eb, nuk k\u00ebrkon gj\u00eb, nuk flet asgj\u00eb vet\u00ebm ta pranoj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i t\u00ebr\u00eb rr\u00ebnimi personaliteti, nj\u00eb zhb\u00ebrje e parimeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat ka arritur t\u2019i v\u00ebr\u00eb dhe zjarrin Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke evoluar nga nj\u00eb \u201cgjeneral\u201d q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnonte me tanke nga Gjirokastra regjimin m\u00eb 1997, n\u00eb nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr q\u00eb heq e v\u00eb gjeneral\u00eb sipas list\u00ebs q\u00eb i \u00e7on Familja. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb degradim, i cili duhet t\u00eb na dhemb\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti klasik se si mekanizmi i pushtetit t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs posht\u00ebron ata q\u00eb ka pasur p\u00ebrball\u00eb p\u00ebr vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra. \u00cbsht\u00eb aq i pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm ndaj tyre, sa nuk i l\u00eb t\u00eb flasin as me heshtjen e tyre, por i detyron t\u00eb vet\u00ebposht\u00ebrohen me ato q\u00eb u dikton t\u00eb thon\u00eb publikisht.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfytyroni tani Arben Imamin, i vetmi q\u00eb ka shkuar ta takoj\u00eb Miloshevi\u00e7in q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1993 n\u00eb Beograd, kur vriste e priste n\u00eb Ballkan, dhe q\u00eb ka miliona euro transaksione arm\u00ebsh me serb\u00eb, malazez\u00eb e boshnjak\u00eb, t\u2019i thot\u00eb medies dhe opozit\u00ebs se e akuzojn\u00eb p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb serb\u00ebve. Edhe pse qesh sapo e thot\u00eb, edhe pse u shkel syrin gazetar\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk e kam seriozisht, edhe pse do t\u00eb jap\u00eb nj\u00eb shenj\u00eb q\u00eb e ka gjetur halli me Berish\u00ebn, s\u00ebrish n\u00eb tredhjen e tij intelektuale dhe p\u00ebrdorimin si badigard i Familjes p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur transparenc\u00ebn n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn q\u00eb i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb, tregon se Familja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se e ka besuar, por e ka p\u00ebrdorur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos qen\u00eb m\u00eb i lir\u00eb as p\u00ebr t\u00eb heshtur.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ndjej aspak keqardhje p\u00ebr t\u00eb, por p\u00ebr mos ndaljen e k\u00ebtij mekanizmi kriminal t\u00eb pushtetit, q\u00eb ka krijuar si standard inkriminimin, nj\u00ebsoj si dikur dosjen e Sigurimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb besuar pushtetin. Ajo q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb Ministri t\u00eb Mbrojtjes dhe fakti q\u00eb ajo ministri gjith\u00eb biznesin e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me mafien ish-jugosllave, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb faj i Imamit, por vep\u00ebr e Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb na e ka ulur mafien ish- jugosllave k\u00ebmb\u00ebkryq n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. As fakti q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjuar opozita dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur Sh\u00ebrbimi Informativ i Ushtris\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vep\u00ebr e Imamit, pasi aty jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb konfident\u00eb t\u00eb Familjes.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi i Arben Imamit \u00ebsht\u00eb se e quan fat q\u00eb i di t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto dhe shpreson se mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet. Ai shpreson se do t\u00eb jet\u00eb Imam (S)Aliu q\u00eb do ta mbrojn\u00eb nga d\u00ebnimi f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e Atij, si\u00e7 i largonin shigjetat Imam Aliut n\u00eb betej\u00ebn e Qerbelas\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu shpresonte dhe Mediu kur i biri i Berish\u00ebs i hynte e dilte n\u00eb zyr\u00eb p\u00ebr G\u00ebrdecin.
