Procedura kish nisur m\u00eb par\u00eb nga Bashkia e Tiran\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb themi hapur ishte nj\u00eb nder q\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Basha ia b\u00ebnte Irfan Hysenbelliut, botuesit t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs Panorama, i cili donte t\u00eb transferonte aty kampusin e universitetit privat \u201cLuarasi\u201d, t\u00eb cilin e ka bler\u00eb vitin e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Anulimi i vendimit n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb tjera duhej p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur, por n\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lajm tjet\u00ebr i keq i pafuqis\u00eb q\u00eb ka qeveria p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar tashm\u00eb orekset e klient\u00ebve t\u00eb saj n\u00eb biznes. Historia \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb. Kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij vendimi, i cili po b\u00ebhej realitet, u ngrit grupi mediatik Klan, biles m\u00eb sakt\u00eb sponsori n\u00eb hije i k\u00ebtij grupi, biznesmeni Samir Mane, i cili nuk e pranonte dot q\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tij dhe bizneseve t\u00eb tij, Berisha t\u00eb fuste n\u00eb oborr dhe nj\u00eb klient tjet\u00ebr. Profili i Hysenbelliut n\u00eb raport me grupin Klan, pas t\u00eb cilit q\u00ebndron Mane, natyrisht q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb larg Berish\u00ebs. Ai ka arritur deri tek ndikimi i plot\u00eb mbi grupin e Bash\u00ebs dhe kontrollin mbi bizneset q\u00eb varen nga Bashkia, por jo deri tek qeveria.<\/p>\n<p>Vitin q\u00eb shkoi ai b\u00ebri nj\u00eb sforcim p\u00ebr t\u00eb sulmuar qeverin\u00eb se po i jepte Bashkim Ulajt, nj\u00eb biznesmeni m\u00eb shum\u00eb se i Familjes Berisha, nj\u00eb koncesion p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7ar\u00eb gjith\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke e quajtur at\u00eb skandal t\u00eb Olldashit dhe duke theksuar faktin se nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm e kishte dhe qeveria, e cila po e prokuronte. Me qet\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe Berisha jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk e cenoi projektin e par\u00eb Olldashi- Ulaj, por i dha k\u00ebtij dhe projektin e dyt\u00eb, at\u00eb t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, duke i kujtuar Hysenbelliut se ishte duke kritikuar pa leje.<\/p>\n<p>Tani jemi n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb ngjashme. Nj\u00eb objektiv konkret, biznesi i Hysenbelliut p\u00ebr nj\u00eb konvikt publik ku do t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb nj\u00eb biznes t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm privat, po sulmohet nga TV Klani dhe sponsor\u00ebt e tij jo p\u00ebr parimin e ruajtjes s\u00eb publikes kund\u00ebr privates, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos lejuar afrimin n\u00eb oborrin e Berish\u00ebs t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tyre. Shembulli m\u00eb skandaloz i zaptimit t\u00eb pronave publike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i tyre p\u00ebr interesa t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht private t\u00eb biznesit t\u00eb tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb TV Klan dhe sponsor\u00ebt e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ish-kinostudioja \u2018Shqip\u00ebria e Re\u2019 mund t\u00eb quhet sot pa m\u00ebdyshje \u201cKulla Aleksand\u00ebr Frangaj\u201d, pasi ai jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb ka zaptuar aty pothuaj \u00e7do godin\u00eb, por ka nxjerr\u00eb jasht\u00eb loje dhe pronar\u00ebt e ligjsh\u00ebm q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e par\u00eb p\u00ebr privatizim, pas daljes n\u00eb ankand. Qeveria shqiptare dhe Sali Berisha e kan\u00eb ndryshuar VKM p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnie me koncesion sipas dinamik\u00ebs me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Frangaj zaptonte k\u00ebto godina dhe i kalonte p\u00ebr privatizim. N\u00eb muajt q\u00eb i merrte me qira, ulte qiran\u00eb, n\u00eb muajt q\u00eb i nxirrte n\u00eb ankand, ndryshonte pjes\u00ebn e ankandit, n\u00eb muajin q\u00eb i privatizonte, ulte \u00e7mimet sipas preferenc\u00ebs\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pra, n\u00ebse hetohen ndryshimet e germave dhe neneve t\u00eb ligjit p\u00ebr koncesionet dhe amfiteoz\u00ebn dhe paralelisht shikoni dhe \u00e7far\u00eb ka privatizuar TV Klan, do t\u00eb shikoni si i ka kapur shtetin ky Klan. Nj\u00eb televizion i vet\u00ebm ka mb\u00ebshtetur PD dhe Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb opozit\u00eb, n\u00eb luft\u00eb me Aleksand\u00ebr Frangajn, at\u00ebher\u00eb ushtar i Ilir Met\u00ebs dhe Fatos Nanos, TV Shijak, dhe Frangaj pati aq fuqi q\u00eb ta riposht\u00ebronte dhe persekutonte jo vet\u00ebm kur ishte n\u00eb pushtet si socialist, por dhe tani q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet si demokrat.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebzim Ismaili, pronari i atij TV, fitoi nj\u00eb ankand t\u00eb rregullt p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kapanon t\u00eb prishur n\u00eb Kinostudio p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar TV e tij q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2007, por dhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite Frangaj e ka bllokuar, e ka rrethuar, e ka penguar ta nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb dhe investoj\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb duke ia zaptuar, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ai \u00ebsht\u00eb rrug\u00ebve pa lek, pa mb\u00ebshtetje qeveritare, bile dhe pa mb\u00ebshtetje njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebr problemet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore q\u00eb i kan\u00eb ndodhur. Sali Berisha nuk guxon as ta ndihmoj\u00eb se i zem\u00ebrohet Frangaj.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej akoma dyshja Manaj- Frangaj kan\u00eb nj\u00eb dosje problematike t\u00eb ndryshimit t\u00eb destinacionit p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtime t\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb socialkulturore, q\u00eb ishte aneksi i stadiumit Qemal Stafa n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Gjith\u00e7ka u shkat\u00ebrrua p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb tyre dhe qeveria u p\u00ebrfshi dhe n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien e disa njollave toke publike p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb planin e tyre p\u00ebr grata\u00e7iela 25 kat\u00ebshe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjith\u00eb vij\u00ebn bregdetare nga Lezha n\u00eb Himar\u00eb ata kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar tok\u00eb nga prona publike p\u00ebr projekte turistike dhe nuk kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb repart ushtarak dhe nd\u00ebrmarrje pa privatizuar p\u00ebr tu ndryshuar destinacionin n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtime.
