Urojm\u00eb q\u00eb kjo dit\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb dite e shenjt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha forcat politike t\u00eb kombit ton\u00eb, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheqje ma progresive p\u00ebr interesin e kombit ton\u00eb, t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e kuror\u00ebzimit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb q\u00ebllimi dhe nj\u00eb mendje me nj\u00eb vizion dhe ide, me nj\u00eb strategji dhe synim, me nj\u00eb vullnet dhe harmoni, e t\u00eb gjitha forcave intelektuale t\u00eb krijuesve, artist\u00ebve, biznesmen\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb spektrit ne elit\u00ebn e kombit t\u00eb bashkohen rreth flamurit, t\u00eb jet\u00eb mesazhi ma i mire i k\u00ebsaj dite madh\u00ebshtore t\u00eb ve\u00e7anet dhe rrumbullaksim jubilar. Kjo fest\u00eb le t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb kushtrim q\u00eb t\u00eb na bashkoj ma tep\u00ebr se gjithher\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Kosov\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb trojet tona n\u00ebn Serbi, Maqedoni, Greqi dhe Mal te Zi.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebllez\u00ebr motra dhe bashkatdhetar n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim me nj\u00eb theks te ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ju uroj ket\u00eb vit kudo q\u00eb gjinden n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb, p\u00ebr neve jasht\u00eb atdheut qe jemi \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ma e nevojsh\u00ebm q\u00eb ta shijojm\u00eb ngroht\u00ebsin\u00eb e ngjyr\u00ebs se k\u00ebtij flamuri t\u00eb kombit q\u00eb duhet ta ndiejm\u00eb veten krenar dhe ball\u00eblart\u00eb qe i rezistuam historise nga armiqt\u00eb grabitqar\u00eb dhe ruajt\u00ebm vlerat e kombit gjuhen dhe tradit\u00ebn por edhe simbolin e flamurit, qe \u00e7do shqiptar identifikohet p\u00ebrmes tij. Vlera e k\u00ebtij simboli kuq e zi, le te mbetet synim qe k\u00ebt\u00eb flamur ta p\u00ebrqafojn\u00eb ta duan edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebve tan\u00eb edhe brezi q\u00eb po e rrisim n\u00eb dhe te huaj. T\u00eb mbeteni faktor nxit\u00ebs q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes jush t\u00eb m\u00ebsohen dhe t\u00eb joshen p\u00ebr atdhedashuri ndaj kombit t\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n<p>Sot pik\u00ebrisht kjo dit\u00eb e shtrenjt\u00eb festohet anemban\u00eb bot\u00ebs shqiptare por edhe n\u00eb diaspor\u00ebn shqiptare ku menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas shpalljes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb shtet ne vete u festua q\u00eb nga m\u00ebrgimtaret tan\u00eb t\u00eb hershem q\u00eb nga Fan Noli i madh i kultur\u00ebs shqiptare Faik Konica i shkrimeve dhe te gjith\u00eb patriot\u00ebt e ma vonsh\u00ebm deri te v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit G\u00ebrvalla, Kadri Zeka, Enver Hadri etj q\u00eb me ket\u00eb flamur manifestuan protestuan dhe kryen obligimin dhe amanetin e vet deri ne vdekje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjuhe, nj\u00eb komb dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb flamur ,prandaj sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyra e tyre le t\u00eb na sh\u00ebrbej si obligim edhe neve ky amanet i patriot\u00ebve tan\u00eb q\u00eb mos ti shmangemi porosis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre deri n\u00eb realizimin e \u00ebndrrave t\u00eb tyre por edhe tonave qe i kemi ne zem\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Ngritja e flamurit komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb heroike &#8211; 28 N\u00ebntor 1912 ishte nj\u00eb akt historik, q\u00eb si\u00e7 tregoj dhe d\u00ebshmoj historia do t&#8217;ua ngrehu lart krenarin\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, dinjitetin dhe g\u00ebzimin. Mbasi ky ishte flamur i luft\u00ebtareve heroik, t\u00eb vuajtjeve dhe gjakut t\u00eb derdhur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, te liree sovrane e te pavarur 28 N\u00ebntori i sivjetsh\u00ebm na gjeti ne shqiptar\u00ebve ma t\u00eb lir\u00eb, ma t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar e ma t\u00eb bashkuar se kurr\u00eb, prandaj ti nderojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb me p\u00ebrkushtim punuan p\u00ebr ta g\u00ebzuar neve k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb aq te shtrenjte p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt.
