Mario Caligiuri, p\u00ebr t&#8217;i dh\u00ebn\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb serie inisiativash q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi studimi e perfeksionimi profesional p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Por m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja, Kalabria po p\u00ebrpiqet q\u00eb t\u00eb shpall\u00eb minoritetin e saj arb\u00ebresh trash\u00ebgimi bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit, si\u00e7 pohoi prof. Caligiuri n\u00eb mikrofonin e A1Report.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe kalabrez\u00ebt kur vijm\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, jemi gjithmon\u00eb si n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. Pasi prej shekujsh n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn time kemi nj\u00eb prezenc\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebsh. Nj\u00eb prezenc\u00eb e konsoliduar nd\u00ebr shekuj q\u00eb ka ruajtur t\u00eb paprekura si nj\u00eb lum karstik gjuh\u00ebn, traditat, kultur\u00ebn, q\u00eb ne d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb t\u00eb rinovojm\u00eb e t\u00eb kultivojm\u00eb. Po p\u00ebrpiqemi q\u00eb minoranca shqiptare, bashk\u00eb me disa t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb kemi n\u00eb Kalabri, t\u00eb shpallen trash\u00ebgimi bot\u00ebrore e njer\u00ebzimit. Pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb historike e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb edhe pas shekujsh e ruan t\u00eb paprekur forc\u00ebn e saj, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb tashmen por edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen\u201d, shprehet prof. Caligiuri.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr sektorin e Kultur\u00ebs, Caligiuri, tregoi edhe disa prej projekteve konkrete q\u00eb po shqyrtohen e q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb marrin jet\u00eb, prof. Caligiuri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKemi zhvilluar takime institucionale t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, me ministrin e Kultur\u00ebs dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Arsimit, n\u00ebn kujdesin e ambasadorit ton\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur pa humbur koh\u00eb disa insiativa dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse. Mes tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb diplomuar, q\u00eb t\u00eb frekuentojn\u00eb falas master me bursa studimi n\u00eb universitetin e Kalabris\u00eb, ku ekziston nj\u00eb kated\u00ebr e drejtuar nga prof. Altimari, shum\u00eb e avancuar n\u00eb studimin e gjuh\u00ebs, kultur\u00ebs dhe historis\u00eb shqiptare. Po shqyrtojm\u00eb edhe mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb frekuentojn\u00eb institute teknike e t\u00eb formimit profesional q\u00eb kemi n\u00eb Kalabri.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JDOGIdLJwUg\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/center>Ne po eksperimentojm\u00eb me Egjiptin nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme q\u00eb po jep rezultate t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Mund ta aplikojm\u00eb edhe me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, nj\u00eb sektor ku po financohet tashm\u00eb nga krahina e Kalabris\u00eb e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prej arsyeve q\u00eb kemi ardhur n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi shum\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb me shkollat e muzik\u00ebs, duke mund\u00ebsuar t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb n\u00eb Itali\u201d, tha prof. Caligiuri.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, prof. Caligiuri n\u00ebnvizoi dy institute q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kalabri e q\u00eb i dedikohen logjistik\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb ndaj Universitetit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEkzistojn\u00eb n\u00eb Itali disa kurse studimi q\u00eb quhen Institute Teknike t\u00eb Larta, q\u00eb frekuentohen pas studimeve t\u00eb mesme, si alternativ\u00eb ndaj Universitetit. Kemi dy institute shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, nj\u00eb q\u00eb merret me logjistik\u00ebn (portet, transporti) dhe tjetri q\u00eb merret me kursimin energjetik, pra m\u00eb i fokusuar tek ambienti. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto raste ekziston mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb student\u00ebt e rinj shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kalabri. Po shikojm\u00eb edhe mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e ekskursioneve shkollore nga institutet kalabreze &#8211; mund\u00ebsisht nga komunat q\u00eb flasin gjuh\u00ebn shqipe &#8211; q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, si dhe anasjelltas.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet menj\u00ebher\u00eb&#8230; ne kemi nj\u00eb arkiv ku vendosim kurrikulumet e t\u00eb diplomuarve me rezultatet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn ton\u00eb, p\u00ebr t&#8217;i v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb kontakt me nd\u00ebrmarrjet e Kalabris\u00eb, Italis\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Europ\u00ebs. Kurrikulumet jan\u00eb si me shkrim ashtu edhe n\u00eb video. Kandidat\u00ebt mund t\u00eb regjistrojn\u00eb direkt nga faqja q\u00eb kemi p\u00ebrgatitur videon e prezantimit. K\u00ebt\u00eb mjet ne e vendosim n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb t\u00eb diplomuarve m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb nga Shqip\u00ebria duan t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb Kalabri. Dhe kjo mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet menj\u00ebher\u00eb\u201d, tregon prof. Caligiuri.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, drejtoresha e Institutit Italian t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs, Fulvia Veneziani, pohon se fal\u00eb aktiviteteve t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb shtojn\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimin mes dy vendeve, imazhi i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb syt\u00eb e italian\u00ebve ka filluar t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet ndjesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha lidhjet e Italis\u00eb me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb hershme dhe t\u00eb forta. Normalisht, jan\u00eb disa krahina q\u00eb jan\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb interesuara me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Toskana q\u00eb mir\u00ebpret shum\u00eb student\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, Kalabria dhe Puglia. K\u00ebto krahina jan\u00eb shum\u00eb prezente k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. P\u00ebrpiqen q\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb projekte q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me njohjen reciproke dhe zhvillimin kulturor t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve. P\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket Kalabris\u00eb, me k\u00ebt\u00eb vizit\u00eb, p\u00ebrforcohen marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme q\u00eb ishin n\u00ebnshkruar q\u00eb n\u00eb 2003. Por ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjet mbeten boshe dhe vizita e delegacionit nga Kalabria d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb t&#8217;u jap\u00eb forc\u00eb e p\u00ebrmbajtje konkrete.<\/p>\n<p>Ne mendojm\u00eb se e gjitha kjo u b\u00ebn shum\u00eb mir\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebve por edhe italian\u00ebve, pasi, e them gjithmon\u00eb: ju shikonit me interes drejt Italis\u00eb q\u00eb para demokracis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa italian\u00ebt e njohin shum\u00eb pak Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. M\u00eb pas kjo u ndoq nga nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kur &#8220;shqiptar&#8221; do t\u00eb thoshte kriminalitet. Sot, imazhi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, fal\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pun\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Ministria shqiptare e Kultur\u00ebs, nga marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Ambasad\u00ebn, fal\u00eb aktiviteteve q\u00eb jan\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb Itali me rastin e 100-vjetorit t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, por edhe pun\u00ebs q\u00eb po b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Institutin Italian t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs p\u00ebr forcimin e dialogut mes shqiptar\u00ebve dhe italian\u00ebve&#8230;besoj se e gjitha kjo po jep frytet e veta dhe italian\u00ebt po fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb zbulojn\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebri\u201d, shprehet Veneziani.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtoresha Veneziani thekson se p\u00ebr t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar n\u00eb maksimum k\u00ebto mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ofron Kalabria dhe Italia n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, nevojitet q\u00eb t\u00eb njihen mire italishtja dhe k\u00ebtu Instituti i drejtuar prej saj ofrohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontributin e nevojsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmbasada dhe Instituti jan\u00eb partner\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar n\u00eb projekte t\u00eb tilla.
