Nj\u00eb ide e b\u00ebr\u00eb publike para disa koh\u00ebsh se Presidenti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Bamir Topi, duhet t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kudo ku jan\u00eb, fillimisht u mb\u00ebshtet gjer\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Maqedoni. Ideja u p\u00ebrkrah edhe nga politikan\u00eb, por sidomos nga organizata civile shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Por, Partia p\u00ebr Prosperitet Demokratik, nj\u00eb parti jasht\u00eb parlamentare, tha se ideja \u00ebsht\u00eb “nj\u00eb patriotiz\u00ebm i rrejsh\u00ebm”, madje sipas saj ideja shkon n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

Opinion t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm ka edhe juristi dhe opinionisti Artan Sadiku: “Problemi i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb paparashikueshm\u00ebria. Nuk e dim\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb procesesh sociale dhe politike do t\u00eb lindin nga ideja. Prandaj duhet menduar mir\u00eb.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00ebshtja e dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se brenda Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb zvog\u00eblohet fuqia votuese dhe vendos\u00ebse e qytetar\u00ebve, sepse kur je shtetas i nj\u00eb vendi, ke t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsh dhe t\u00eb zgjidhesh. Gjithashtu, prezenca dhe forca e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb shtetet e tjera jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dob\u00ebsohet, n\u00ebse ata marrin edhe shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare. Mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb q\u00eb Tirana t\u00eb b\u00ebhet qend\u00ebr frekuentuese dhe gravituese p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Ballkan, kurse t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt mund t\u00eb mbesin nj\u00eb periferi.<\/em><\/p>\n

N\u00eb Maqedoni ka edhe nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje tjet\u00ebr politike, mij\u00ebra qytetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedoni nuk kan\u00eb ende shtet\u00ebsi, dhe n\u00ebse marrin at\u00eb shqiptare, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb shtetas shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedoni. Nj\u00eb zgjidhje jo e duhur p\u00ebr ta<\/em>“, thot\u00eb juristi Artan Sadiku.
\nL\u00ebvizja ‘Zgjohu’ tha se p\u00ebrkujdesja institucionale e Tiran\u00ebs zyrtare p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt jasht\u00eb kufijve administrativ\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb duhet t\u00eb formalizohet dhe ky hap mund\u00ebson leht\u00ebsimin e komunikimit nd\u00ebrshqiptar n\u00eb Ballkanin Veriper\u00ebndimor dhe diaspor\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Edhe organizata ‘Realiteti’, mb\u00ebshteti iden\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb marrin shtet\u00ebsi shqiptare. “Do t\u00eb kishim raporte t\u00eb ndryshuara mes shtetit shqiptar dhe shtetit maqedonas, sepse p\u00ebrkujdesi do t\u00eb ishte ndryshe ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb ishin shtetas edhe t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Diskriminimet jan\u00eb t\u00eb panum\u00ebrta ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedoni, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej nj\u00eb trysni diplomatike, pasi shteti shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtar i NATO-s.<\/em><\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare shtetet jan\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuar n\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjen e pun\u00ebve t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti. N\u00ebse Shqip\u00ebria nd\u00ebrhyn tani n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb direkte mund t\u00eb shkaktohej nj\u00eb problem nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar me konstatimin se po nd\u00ebrhyn n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e brendshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti<\/em>“, thot\u00eb Valon Bela, kryetar i organizat\u00ebs ‘Realiteti’.<\/p>\n

Ideja e shtet\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kudo ku jan\u00eb, nuk shihet si problematike nga disa ekspert\u00eb juridik\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedoni. Ata thon\u00eb se normat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare lejojn\u00eb dyshtet\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon integritetin territorial apo sovranitetin e shteteve. Por v\u00ebzhgues Maqedonas thon\u00eb se ideja mund t\u00eb nxis\u00eb nacionalizmin.<\/p>\n

Temelko Ristevski \u00ebsht\u00eb profesor i t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs kushtetuese: “N\u00ebse shikohet p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e mir\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit afrohen, por, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, nga aspekti i realizimit t\u00eb interesave komb\u00ebtare shqiptare b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr procese q\u00eb nuk \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, sa i p\u00ebrket interesave komb\u00ebtare maqedonase. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e rrezikshme p\u00ebr Maqedonin\u00eb, n\u00ebse n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ides\u00eb realizohen ambiciet e grupimeve n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, q\u00eb duan krijimin e shteteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha<\/em>“, tha profesor Ristevski.<\/p>\n

Ideja p\u00ebr shtet\u00ebsi shqiptare p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt kudo ku jan\u00eb, nuk ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje zyrtare nga Tirana. V\u00ebzhguesit e p\u00ebrmbajtur thon\u00eb se ajo duhet t\u00eb shqyrtohet me kujdes, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb konsiderohet. Praktikat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme. Gjermania p.sh., nuk pranon asnj\u00eb shtet\u00ebsi tjet\u00ebr, nd\u00ebrsa Kroacia ua ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb kroate t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n
