N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment besoj se shumica e lexuesve e kan\u00eb parasysh se p\u00ebr cil\u00ebn deklarat\u00eb e kemi fjal\u00ebn. P\u00ebr at\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00ebn, lakonik\u00ebn dhe dometh\u00ebnes\u00ebn se Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb ministri i tremb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb i qeveris\u00eb. Ky ishte nj\u00eb mesazh shum\u00eb i qart\u00eb, me tone t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptuara paralajm\u00ebruese, p\u00ebr zotin Berisha dhe zotin Meta. Kjo kishte kuptimin q\u00eb Presidentin nuk duhet ta zgjedhin vet\u00ebm k\u00ebta t\u00eb dy, si\u00e7 b\u00ebjn\u00eb me an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e qeveris\u00eb, por nj\u00eb spekt\u00ebr shum\u00eb m\u00eb i gjer\u00eb njer\u00ebzish dhe subjektesh nga politika dhe shoq\u00ebria civile.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej, n\u00ebse puna sillej n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019u mbetej n\u00eb dor\u00eb vet\u00ebm k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb dyve, k\u00ebta do t\u00eb b\u00ebnin mir\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebshin n\u00eb kritere m\u00eb elastike se ato q\u00eb zbatohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar qeverie. Pra s\u00eb fundi mund ta zgjidhnin edhe k\u00ebta t\u00eb dy, por gjithnj\u00eb duke i ndenjur larg tundimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb president nga kabineti, \u00e7far\u00eb me sa duket ka qen\u00eb parandjenja e ambasadorit kur ka b\u00ebr\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e lartp\u00ebrmendur. M\u00ebnyra si rrodh\u00ebn ngjarjet nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shterp\u00eb me argumente se Berisha dhe Meta nuk kan\u00eb dashur t\u2019i bien ndesh kaq hapur p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit amerikan n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Pavar\u00ebsisht nga kjo ambasadori Arvizu duket i sfiduar prej tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sfiduar edhe vendi q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson, Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs. N\u00eb rastin e presidencialeve, ambasadori ka interpretuar q\u00ebndrimin e Departmentit t\u00eb Shtetit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president me mb\u00ebshtjes sa me t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, mund\u00ebsisht konsensual. Por edhe po t\u00eb kishte patur di\u00e7ka vetjake n\u00eb ravgimin e ambasadorit, ka s\u00ebrish arsye pra p\u00ebr t\u2019u shqet\u00ebsuar me shijen q\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes dy vendeve m\u00ebnyra e zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>As kaq nuk b\u00ebnte dot Shqip\u00ebria, q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqte nj\u00eb ekzigjenc\u00eb fisnike dhe modeste t\u00eb Uashingtonit p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e Presidentit t\u00eb saj, kur nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb i vlente vet\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb paras\u00ebgjithash! E kupton kushdo se konsiderimi me p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi i nj\u00eb sugjerimi amerikan dhe europian, q\u00eb p\u00ebrkon kaq duksh\u00ebm me t\u00eb mir\u00ebn publike t\u00eb vendit, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb sjellje yesman-\u00ebsh, por zot\u00ebrinjsh. SHBA dhe Europa nuk na kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar ta zgjedhin ata presidentin ton\u00eb, por u kan\u00eb k\u00ebkruar pal\u00ebve politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ta zgjedhin s\u00eb bashku. Partneriteti me per\u00ebndimin \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb interes komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb q\u00ebndron mbi ambiciet apo nevojat vetjake t\u00eb \u00e7do politikani.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb vizion, Berisha dhe Meta, bashk\u00eb me shefin e opozit\u00ebs zotin Rama, kishin p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb edhe ta zgjidhnin presidentin duke evituar \u00e7do kriz\u00eb t\u00eb kot\u00eb, edhe ta \u201cshisnin\u201d, n\u00eb kuptimin q\u00eb t\u00eb nxirrnim disa p\u00ebrfitime p\u00ebr vendin nga procedura e ndjekur dhe produkti i saj. P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq nuk kemi \u00e7far\u00eb shesim. N\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e SHBA dhe Europ\u00ebs zgjedhja e Presidentit konsiderohet nj\u00eb shans i humbur p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Shqiponjat fluturuan ul\u00ebt edhe k\u00ebsaj radhe. Pavar\u00ebsisht justifikimeve, politika matet me produktin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst kryeministri Berisha, si p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij m\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr dhe si p\u00ebr t\u2019u ekspozuar para Uashingtonit e Bruskelit se dominohet n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tij nga problemet e posteritetit vetjak, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb nesermes vetjake, \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb hendikapi m\u00eb i madh dhe m\u00eb i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb lider politik, zhg\u00ebnjeu s\u00ebrish n\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr ta pasur t\u00eb vetin Presidentin, kur fare mir\u00eb mund ta bashk\u00ebndante me opozit\u00ebn, duke e shk\u00ebmbyer k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cl\u00ebshim\u201d me nj\u00eb arritje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb 100 vjetorin e shtetit shqiptar, si\u00e7 do ishte marrja e statusit t\u00eb vendit kandidat n\u00eb BE dhe forcimi i m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm i lidhjeve me SHBA.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana e tij, Ilir Meta e p\u00ebrfundoi loj\u00ebn e madhe q\u00eb nisi si t\u00eb mos e kishte filluar fare. Rrjedhimisht mbeti ai q\u00eb ishte p\u00ebr Brukselin dhe nuk hap dot asnj\u00eb der\u00eb p\u00ebr vendin e tij atje. Presidentit t\u00eb ri Bujar Nishani i duhet t\u00eb punoj\u00eb disa fish m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kompensuar sadopak humbjet q\u00eb i kan\u00eb shkaktuar vendit n\u00eb planin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar ata q\u00eb e b\u00ebn\u00eb President.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shprehjen e shg\u00ebnjimit t\u00eb tij, Ambasadori Arvizu u foksua te grupi i vog\u00ebl presidentb\u00ebr\u00ebs, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb treshe, bashk\u00eb me Berish\u00ebn dhe Met\u00ebn, edhe kryetarin e PS-s\u00eb, zotin Rama. Kjo futje n\u00eb nj\u00eb thes, si\u00e7 themi ne shqiptar\u00ebt, pa b\u00ebr\u00eb qoft\u00eb edhe kalimthi diferencimin e roleve q\u00eb ka luajtur nj\u00ebri dhe tjetri, nuk mund t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb befasuese.<\/p>\n<p>Do t\u00eb ishte sip\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsore dhe madje brutale q\u00eb n\u00eb raport me produktin p\u00ebrfundimtar t\u00eb presidencialeve, kryetari i partis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb rend me krer\u00ebt e shumic\u00ebs, thjesht sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur me ta disa her\u00eb si pal\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjen p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president konsensual. Ka plot njer\u00ebz n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb opozit\u00eb gjithashtu q\u00eb kan\u00eb pretenduar nj\u00eb rol m\u00eb aktiv t\u00eb shefit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb kur pal\u00ebt u ul\u00ebn si t\u00eb barabart\u00eb. Rama nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebnte propozime kur ishte n\u00eb fuqi kandidatura e nj\u00ebnashme e Zaganjorit, por pas dor\u00ebheqjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit opozita duhej t\u00eb kishte list\u00ebn e saj me emra nga disa fusha. Emrat flasin m\u00eb mir\u00eb se teorit\u00eb dhe fjal\u00ebt e bukura se si duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb kryetari i shtetit apo nj\u00eb zyrtar tjet\u00ebr i lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Emrat ekspozojn\u00eb ekzgjencat, kultur\u00ebn dhe botkuptimin e liderit p\u00ebr meritokracin\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur metafor\u00ebn e shkrimit ton\u00eb, do t\u00eb thoshnim se emrat tregojn\u00eb konkretisht n\u00ebse shqiponjat fluturojn\u00eb lart apo ul\u00ebt. Mungesa e propozimeve n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb nga Rama ka l\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypjen e nj\u00eb ndarjeje \u201crolesh\u201d, ku nj\u00ebra pal\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb presidentin, pal\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mbahet pas parimit t\u00eb konsensusit, duke mbetur secila e k\u00ebnaqur n\u00eb pozicionin e vet. Madje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vij\u00eb arsyetimi kemi d\u00ebgjuar e lexuar deklarata edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuara n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00eblloj preference t\u00eb heshtur t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr Nishanin.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb t\u00eb diskutueshme, por ka q\u00ebn\u00eb e qart\u00eb dhe e dukshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb se Rama u p\u00ebrpoq shum\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zgjidhje konsensuale, pra p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e sugjeruar edhe nga partner\u00ebt tan\u00eb amerikan\u00eb dhe europian\u00eb, deri duke manifestuar nj\u00eb protagoniz\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb raste t\u00eb ngjashme. Ambasadori amerikan dhe publiku i gjer\u00eb bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha ka qen\u00eb dhe vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb \u201cimun\u201d ndaj kritikave apo sulmve q\u00eb i vin\u00eb nga SHBA. Kurse shefi i nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb perendimore, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb opozita shqiptare d\u00ebmtohet nga k\u00ebto kritika, kur jan\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, t\u00eb rrumbullakosura.
