Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb dukje nj\u00eb zgjidhje origjinale, \u00ebsht\u00eb e pap\u00ebrgjegjshme, e d\u00ebmshme dhe e rrezikshme m\u00ebnyra me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn filozofia e &#8220;kursit &#8217;97&#8221; ka marr\u00eb peng qeverisjen e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rastin fam\u00ebkeq t\u00eb piramidave, Qeveria e mbuloi pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj qeveris\u00ebse me 1.4 miliard\u00eb dollar\u00eb nga kursimet e shqiptareve. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb kjo shkrirje masive ishte sa 40% e ekonomis\u00eb vend\u00ebse, nd\u00ebrsa hyri n\u00eb historin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzimit si ngjarja e vetme n\u00eb bot\u00eb me nj\u00eb skem\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb piramidale e p\u00ebrmasave komb\u00ebtare. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb kolaps total, dueti q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb dor\u00eb financat shqiptare, siguroi vendin e sigurt n\u00eb rekordet Guiness. Ironikisht, kjo e b\u00ebn mediatikisht t\u00eb kot\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjen e &#8216;magjistar\u00ebve ekonomik\u00eb&#8217; (prodhim vendas) p\u00ebr t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb vendet e para n\u00eb \u00e7do tabel\u00eb globale arritjesh e suksesesh.<\/p>\n<p>Fonde publike t\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoruara vjet dhe administrimi prej krize i ekonomis\u00eb nga Qeveria q\u00eb kemi sot na kan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar si shtet para gjendjes s\u00eb trisht\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb stresi financiar: nj\u00eb stres q\u00eb ndihet nga mungesa e theksuar e likuiditetit n\u00eb treg. Rendja e Qeveris\u00eb pas taktikave miope populiste ka l\u00ebn\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb pa vizionin e nj\u00eb strategjie definitive zhvillimi ekonomik. Ekonomia sot \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbyllur brenda zinxhirit t\u00eb nj\u00eb &#8220;rrethi vicioz&#8221;, q\u00eb ka fark\u00ebtuar pushteti q\u00eb qeveris Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Shteti sot e ka mbyllur kapitalin ekonomik t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb zinxhir borxhesh, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mban peng biznesin, sip\u00ebrmarrjen dhe kapitalin brenda vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Shteti shqiptar asfikson ekonomin\u00eb dhe biznesin vend\u00ebs, sepse Qeveria Berisha nuk paguan dot detyrimet q\u00eb i ka sip\u00ebrmarrjes vend\u00ebse: borxhe p\u00ebr punime t\u00eb kryera dhe sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb ofruara, q\u00eb nuk financohen edhe pasi ato jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar.<br \/>\nQeveria vend\u00ebse nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb korrekte n\u00eb financimin e biznesit shqiptar, sepse ajo nuk ka para n\u00eb ark\u00ebn e shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur detyrimet kontraktuale ndaj k\u00ebtyre firmave. Gropa e zez\u00eb e buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit thith fondet e destinuara p\u00ebr pagesat dhe financimet e investimeve n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>Ministria e Financave n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t&#8217;u p\u00ebrgjigjet me likuidim firmave dhe t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb detyrimet ligjore e financiare q\u00eb ka, n\u00eb afat dhe me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi maksimale, vazhdon merret me p\u00ebrgjigje absurde ndaj opozit\u00ebs. Qeveria shqiptare e momentit nuk respekton shqet\u00ebsimin legjitim t\u00eb z\u00ebrit opozitar, ashtu si nuk respekton dot kontratat q\u00eb e detyrojn\u00eb me ligj t\u00eb financoj\u00eb punimet dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e kryera nga sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit vend\u00ebs. Hallkat e borxheve t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb jan\u00eb zinxhiri n\u00eb qaf\u00ebn e biznesit shqiptar sot.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebshtimi i l\u00ebvrimit n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb Eurobondi prej 400 milion\u00eb eurosh n\u00eb tregjet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb t&#8217;i shteroj\u00eb durimi &#8211; bashk\u00eb me likuiditetin financiar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb ky likuiditet i shteruar q\u00eb e shtyn Kryeministrin drejt asaj q\u00eb di t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb: t\u00eb thyej\u00eb ligjin dhe t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb balancat financiare dhe monetare t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb tij. Sot detyrimet ndaj biznesit nga Qeveria jan\u00eb mbi 150 milion\u00eb euro; sot shteti shqiptar nuk paguan dot borxhin q\u00eb i ka biznesit.<\/p>\n<p>Me sa duket qart\u00eb, Qeveria nuk ka kryer asnj\u00eb nga reformat ekonomike, ashtu si nuk respekton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kriminale detyrimet ligjore me biznesin n\u00eb vend. Nj\u00eb shtet q\u00eb nuk i p\u00ebrmbahet &#8220;kontrat\u00ebs sociale&#8221; ose dhe asaj financiare nuk mund t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moralin e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar korrektes\u00eb tek qytetar\u00ebt apo dhe sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit e vet. Klima e dyshimit b\u00ebn hije mbi seriozitetin e shtetit shqiptar, seriozitet q\u00eb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb peng nga qeverisja spontane dhe emotive e maxhoranc\u00ebs aktuale me nj\u00eb profil t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht klanor dhe personal.<\/p>\n<p>Qytetar\u00ebt dhe biznesi shqiptar, k\u00ebta pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs integral t\u00eb tregut ton\u00eb ekonomik e shohin me dyshim seriozitetin dhe vullnetin e shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur detyr\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb shohin akoma m\u00eb me dyshim motivimin e nj\u00eb shteti q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb pa kontribuar. N\u00eb ekonomi, financa publike t\u00eb s\u00ebmura gjenerojn\u00eb mosbesim. Mosbesim, i cili bllokon shpenzimet private dhe investimet n\u00eb vend, duke sjell\u00eb rr\u00ebnim t\u00eb gjendjes ekonomike.
