Sipas Bra\u00e7es q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb, t\u00eb grabitet toka n\u00eb bregdet. <\/p>\n<p>Skema \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo. N\u00eb vitin 1995 u p\u00ebrgatit nj\u00eb projektligj q\u00eb synonte q\u00eb toka bujq\u00ebsore, q\u00eb ishte marr\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim nga banor\u00ebt, tani t\u2019u kalonte n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi. N\u00eb ligj p\u00ebrcaktoheshin rastet, kur toka nuk u kalonte atyre n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi. Gjithashtu specifikohej se toka q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb kalonte n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb tyre, do t\u00eb ishte tok\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore. <\/p>\n<p>Pak m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb nisje t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore, presidenti i asaj kohe dhe kryeministri aktual, Sali Berisha, p\u00ebrgatit nj\u00eb dekret, t\u00eb kund\u00ebrfirmuar nga kryeministri, Aleksand\u00ebr Meksi, q\u00eb sakt\u00ebson sasin\u00eb e tok\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u2019u jepej n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi n\u00eb zonat me p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi turizmin. <\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr familjet me mbi 6 an\u00ebtar\u00eb, sip\u00ebrfaqja e kthyer do t\u00eb ishte deri n\u00eb 1500 metra katror\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb projektligjin e ri q\u00eb ka mb\u00ebrritur n\u00eb Kuvend, kjo sasi toke q\u00eb do jepet n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb reduktuar ndjesh\u00ebm dhe ka shkuar n\u00eb vet\u00ebm 500 metra katror\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se toka n\u00eb k\u00ebto zona bregdetare \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb fole manipulimesh p\u00ebr zyrtar\u00ebt, q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur banor\u00ebt q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonin nga dekreti p\u00ebr t\u2019u marr\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tokave n\u00eb kompensim t\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs q\u00eb do u afronin. Sekser\u00ebt e pushtetit kan\u00eb v\u00ebrshuar n\u00eb bregdet p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb tokat m\u00eb t\u00eb lakmuara n\u00eb vend duke p\u00ebrdorur garancit\u00eb paraprake. <\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb q\u00eb banor\u00ebve do u kthehet m\u00eb pak tok\u00eb, pjesa tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb p\u00ebr shtetin q\u00eb ka legalizuar dhe shitjen e tokave shtet\u00ebrore. <\/p>\n<p>Pasi fitoi zgjedhjet, kryeministri, Sali Berisha, nd\u00ebrmori nj\u00eb seri nismash q\u00eb synonin kryesisht \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb. Pas formimit t\u00eb kabinetit t\u00eb ri, nismat jan\u00eb shtuar dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e pronave \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb \u201cspecialitet\u201d i pushtetar\u00ebve t\u00eb sot\u00ebm. <\/p>\n<p>Ligji p\u00ebr blerjen e vilave n\u00eb fshatrat turistik\u00eb apo ai p\u00ebr shitjen e pronave shtet\u00ebrore jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e k\u00ebsaj. <\/p>\n<p>PS: Vendimi p\u00ebr shitjen e tok\u00ebs publike b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb favorizuar Familjen Berisha<\/p>\n<p>Deputetja e Partis\u00eb Socialiste, Shegush Ligori, tha dje se vendimi i qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shitur toka publike b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb maksimalizuar fitimet e Familjes Berisha. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cDje Sali Berisha na tregoi t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve se Familja dhe shteti jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb. Dje kryeministri ua b\u00ebri s\u00ebrish t\u00eb qart\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve se qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Familjes, dhe tashm\u00eb kjo b\u00ebhet haptazi.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi i dha mund\u00ebsin\u00eb vajz\u00ebs dhe ministrave t\u00eb tij t\u00eb privatizojn\u00eb tokat dhe vilat n\u00eb bregdet, pasi p\u00ebrdori Policin\u00eb e Shtetit kund\u00ebr pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Orikum p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar Rrahmanin, mikun e ngusht\u00eb t\u00eb djalit tij, pasi rrethoi forc\u00ebrisht nj\u00eb pron\u00eb private n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nj\u00ebr\u00ebn dit\u00eb Olldashi e mbolli me shkurre, dhe dit\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr Berisha vendosi ta shiste, konflikti i interesit arriti dje kulmin, me vendimin e marr\u00eb nga qeveria p\u00ebr t\u00eb shitur tok\u00ebn publike.<\/p>\n<p>Nga t\u00eb gjitha fjal\u00ebt q\u00eb tha dje Sali Berisha, vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb gj\u00eb ishte e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Vendimi i djesh\u00ebm b\u00ebhej p\u00ebr t\u00eb maksimalizuar fitimin.
