Parat\u00eb i kan\u00eb fituar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Sllobodan Millosheviqit dhe q\u00eb prej at\u00ebher\u00eb jan\u00eb pasuruar n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta &#8220;biznesmen\u00eb&#8221; kan\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb vitin 2000, q\u00eb Millosheviqi t\u00eb mos mbetet m\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet. Si\u00e7 duket, ata kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr formimin e yjeve t\u00eb reja n\u00eb politik\u00ebn serbe, si\u00e7 ishte p\u00ebr shembull Vojisllav Koshtunica dhe Zoran Gjingjiq.<\/p>\n<p>Marr\u00ebveshja ishte q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e biznesit t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb ndjekin interesat e tyre t\u00eb dyshimta, n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim me t\u00eb hollat q\u00eb ata do t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr politikan\u00ebt dhe partit\u00eb e tyre. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, k\u00ebta biznesmen\u00eb gjithashtu kan\u00eb bler\u00eb edhe ndikimin politik.<\/p>\n<p>Me shkarkimin e Millosheviqit n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb 2008-s, elementet korruptive dhe kriminale q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesnin regjimin e tij, nuk ishin t\u00eb gatshme dhe t\u00eb afta t\u00eb vazhdonin ashtu si\u00e7 kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht se kush ishte njeriu q\u00eb ishte ulur n\u00eb zyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta njer\u00ebz kan\u00eb ndar\u00eb tregjet mes vete dhe kan\u00eb mbajtur t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt &#8211; serb\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb huajt &#8211; larg k\u00ebsaj skene. N\u00eb muajt e fundit, mediat serbe kan\u00eb publikuar disa shkrime p\u00ebr k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz dhe perandorit\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb biznesit, t\u00eb cilat shpesh jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar duke bler\u00eb ish-kompanit\u00eb apo tokat n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta biznesmen\u00eb kontrollojn\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka, q\u00eb prej qendrave tregtare e deri te tokat n\u00eb portin e Beogradit, duke i shfryt\u00ebzuar t\u00eb gjitha pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime personale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dy rr\u00ebfime<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fenomeni i biznesmen\u00ebve, megjithat\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak i ri. Ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb kam shkruar se arsyeja e vetme pse politikan\u00ebt serb\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb aq zhurm\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me tendenc\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvendosur v\u00ebmendjen e votuesve nga problemet reale t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. K\u00ebto probleme jan\u00eb krimi dhe korrupsioni, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka k\u00ebta biznesmen\u00eb jan\u00eb shembulli m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i ilustrimit.<\/p>\n<p>Jav\u00ebn e kaluar, k\u00ebta biznesmen\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet dy lajmeve. I pari kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me nj\u00eb raport n\u00eb mediat gjermane, sipas t\u00eb cilit Bogolub Kariq kishte fituar azil politik n\u00eb Rusi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb rikujtojm\u00eb se dy qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjithashtu g\u00ebzojn\u00eb &#8220;azilin politik&#8221; n\u00eb parajs\u00ebn e Putinit jan\u00eb Mira Markoviq dhe Marko Millosheviq, e veja dhe i biri i diktatorit tashm\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur. Kjo d\u00ebshmon se cilin lloj t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve Kremlini e konsideron &#8220;politikisht t\u00eb persekutuar&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Kariq dikur ishte nj\u00eb nga biznesmen\u00ebt e fuqish\u00ebm, por ka thyer rregullin m\u00eb kryesor: nuk k\u00ebnaqej vet\u00ebm duke bler\u00eb ndikimin politik, ai synonte nj\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb politik p\u00ebr vetveten. K\u00ebsisoj, ai pati themeluar partin\u00eb e tij politike dhe fitoi 18 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb votave gjat\u00eb zgjedhjeve presidenciale t\u00eb 2004-\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Partia e tij filloi t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb rritje n\u00eb anketimet e opinionit dhe ai filloi t\u00eb blej\u00eb deputet\u00eb t\u00eb Kuvendit p\u00ebr t&#8217;iu bashkuar partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij. E gjith\u00eb kjo ishte nj\u00eb alarm p\u00ebr establishmentin politik. Befasisht, ata filluan &#8220;t\u00eb zbulojn\u00eb parregullsit\u00eb&#8221; e biznesit t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb vitet e fundit. Ia mor\u00ebn bizneset, ia mbyll\u00ebn televizionin dhe l\u00ebshuan nj\u00eb flet\u00eb-arrest kund\u00ebr tij m\u00eb 2006-\u00ebn. Tani, ai shfaqet si nj\u00eb refugjat politik n\u00eb Rusi.<\/p>\n<p>Lajmi i dyt\u00eb ka filluar t\u00eb qarkulloj\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00ebt e fundit dhe kulmoi m\u00eb 2 gusht, kur perandoria mediale gjermane WAZ konfirmoi se largohet nga Ballkani. P\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, ka pasur n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshmet n\u00eb Bullgari dhe kudo tjet\u00ebr, por p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshmen beogradase &#8220;Novosti&#8221;, kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, biznesmen\u00ebt serb\u00eb dhe ata q\u00eb marrin urdhra prej tyre, i kan\u00eb mbajtur gjerman\u00ebt larg tregut t\u00eb mbyllur serb.<\/p>\n<p>WAZ dhe drejtori i saj, Bodo Hombach, jan\u00eb biznesmen\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm, por Hombach ka th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb 2 gusht se, madje edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb, &#8220;ka abuzim t\u00eb zgjeruar pushteti&#8221; n\u00eb Ballkan. Ai ka shtuar se Serbia &#8220;\u00ebsht\u00eb rast i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb&#8221; p\u00ebr faktin se edhe qeveria madje ka ndihmuar q\u00eb &#8220;WAZ t\u00eb p\u00ebrndiqet nga vendi&#8221;. Hombach ka argumentuar se &#8220;lidhjet e ngushta midis oligark\u00ebve dhe pushtetit politik jan\u00eb duke e helmuar tregun&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Hombach ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se p\u00ebrvoja e WAZ-it n\u00eb Serbi ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb &#8220;rast sprove&#8221; p\u00ebr gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb karshi Bashkimit Europian. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb zotuar se do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb n\u00eb Komisionin Europian p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb v\u00ebrtet pun\u00ebt.
