2012<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb gjykat\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e Fierit n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj jave liroi tre t\u00eb dyshuar t\u00eb gjetur fajtor\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjen p\u00ebr t\u00eb korruptuar Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse prokuror\u00ebt provuan se tre t\u00eb akuzuarit tentuan t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjyq p\u00ebr vrasje, ata nuk do t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb burg pasi d\u00ebnimet e tyre jan\u00eb pezulluar p\u00ebr shkaqe humanitare.<\/p>\n<p>Gjykat\u00ebsit pezulluan d\u00ebnimet pasi tre t\u00eb akuzuarit kishin f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl.<\/p>\n<p>Tre t\u00eb akuzuarit tentuan t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr gjyqin ndaj Vilson Millarajt, q\u00eb ishte d\u00ebnuar me 20 vite burg p\u00ebr vrasje.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNga p\u00ebrgjimet doli q\u00eb dy nga t\u00eb dyshuarit po mblidhnin shuma t\u00eb m\u00ebdha parash p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Millarajt,\u201d than\u00eb t\u00eb premten prokuror\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPersoni q\u00eb premtonte t\u00eb zgjidhte \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb, Agron Lumeshi, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb i af\u00ebrm i drejtuesit t\u00eb trupit gjykues, Gani Dizdari,\u201d theksuan ata.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse Gjykata e Lart\u00eb n\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 2011 e la n\u00eb fuqi d\u00ebnimin ndaj Millarajt, prokuror\u00ebt thon\u00eb se t\u00eb dyshuarit ishin informuar se ishin n\u00ebn mbik\u00ebqyrje dhe se ata ishin njoftuar p\u00ebr vendimin e gjykat\u00ebs nj\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb b\u00ebhej i ditur.<\/p>\n<p>Prokuror\u00ebt thon\u00eb se gjykat\u00ebsit e Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb ishin njoftuar se \u00e7\u00ebshtja po hetohej, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb ata t\u00eb linin n\u00eb fuqi vendimin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja kund\u00ebr nipit t\u00eb Dizdarit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga \u00e7\u00ebshtjet me profil t\u00eb lart\u00eb kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, ku p\u00ebrfshihet gjykata m\u00eb e lart\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb n\u00ebn kritik\u00eb nga media e publiku, e akuzuar se ka p\u00ebrdorur argumente t\u00eb dyshimta p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje korrupsioni kund\u00ebr ministrave t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Prokuror\u00ebt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb penguar disa her\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb hetuar gjykat\u00ebsit p\u00ebr shkak se ata kan\u00eb imunitet.<\/p>\n<p>Prokurorja e P\u00ebrgjithshme, Ina Rama, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje disa her\u00eb p\u00ebr amendime kushtetuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar imunitetin p\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebsit, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb forcohet lufta kund\u00ebr korrupsionit n\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n<p>Duke folur p\u00ebrpara Komisionit t\u00eb Ligjeve jav\u00ebn e shkuar n\u00eb Kuvend, Rama n\u00ebnvizoi se edhe ato pak raste kur kan\u00eb mundur t\u00eb mbledhin prova t\u00eb forta dhe t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs dhe prokuror\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar n\u00eb gjyq, gjykat\u00ebsit nuk kan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar k\u00ebnd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKa nj\u00eb lloj korporate mes gjykat\u00ebsve p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur nj\u00ebri tjetrin dhe prokuror\u00ebve (t\u00eb akuzuar p\u00ebr korrupsion),\u201d tha Rama.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAta nuk e shohin \u00e7\u00ebshtjen si padi ndaj nj\u00eb gjykat\u00ebsi apo prokurori, por m\u00eb shum\u00eb si nj\u00eb padi ndaj nj\u00eb miku
