Nj\u00eb pankart\u00eb tregon nj\u00eb lejlek q\u00eb sjell nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb. \u00c7far\u00eb tregon fakti q\u00eb ka vet\u00ebm dy vende parkimi? Popullsia e Serbis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebnie. <\/p>\n<p>Demografia po shkakton alarm n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb Ballkanit. N\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb themelore. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Maqedoni, nj\u00eb projekt i qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndihm\u00eb financiare p\u00ebr t\u00eb inkurajuar maqedonasit (me natalitet t\u00eb ul\u00ebt) p\u00ebr t\u00eb lindur dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar nga kjo skem\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt (me natalitet t\u00eb lart\u00eb) u rr\u00ebzua nga Gjykata Kushtetuese n\u00eb prill. <\/p>\n<p>Goran Penev, nj\u00eb demograf serb, thot\u00eb se vendi i tij ka nj\u00eb popullsi prej 7.2 milion\u00ebsh, p\u00ebrjashto Kosov\u00ebn. Por Serbia ka nj\u00eb prej popullsive m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb nivel shum\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt fertiliteti, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb popullsia \u00ebsht\u00eb duke r\u00ebn\u00eb me 30 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb n\u00eb vit. Kjo, jo p\u00ebr shkak se serb\u00ebt po b\u00ebhen m\u00eb t\u00eb pasur dhe duan familje m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla. P\u00ebr<\/p>\n<p>m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, vitet e luft\u00ebrave dhe kushtet ekonomike t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira q\u00eb pasuan, i kan\u00eb lodhur sllav\u00ebt n\u00eb gjith\u00eb ish-Jugosllavin\u00eb, e kjo ka \u00e7uar n\u00eb uljen e lindjeve, rritjen e emigracionit dhe t\u00eb aborteve. <\/p>\n<p>Zoti Penev ka frik\u00eb se, n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb keq, popullsia e Serbis\u00eb mund t\u00eb ulet n\u00eb mesin e shekullit deri n\u00eb 6 milion\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Popullsia e Kroacis\u00eb, aktualisht 4.4 milion\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu n\u00eb r\u00ebnie, por jo n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kaq drastike. Si n\u00eb Spanj\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Itali, ndikimi i Kish\u00ebs Katolike \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar. <\/p>\n<p>Rajonet e banuara nga serb\u00ebt, q\u00eb u arratis\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 1995, vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb shum\u00eb pak t\u00eb populluara. Planet p\u00ebr t\u2019i ripopulluar me kroat\u00eb etnik\u00eb nga vende t\u00eb tjera, kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar masivisht. Po k\u00ebshtu, edhe serb\u00ebt, q\u00eb e shihnin shp\u00ebtimin demografik te qindra e mij\u00ebra serb\u00eb q\u00eb arratiseshin nga Bosnja, Kroacia dhe Kosova n\u00eb vitet \u201990, jan\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb, demografia \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e politizuar. N\u00eb num\u00ebrimin e fundit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1991, Bosnja kishte nj\u00eb popullsi prej 4.3 milion\u00eb banor\u00ebsh. Tanim\u00eb ajo p\u00ebrllogaritet t\u00eb jet\u00eb 3.8 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, fal\u00eb emigracionit dhe pak a shum\u00eb 100 mij\u00eb t\u00eb vdekurve n\u00eb luft\u00eb. Por askush nuk e di me sakt\u00ebsi, dhe koha po ec\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur nj\u00eb matje t\u00eb re t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2011. N\u00eb tetor, boshnjak\u00ebt (mysliman\u00ebt e Bosnj\u00ebs) dhe kroat\u00ebt, rr\u00ebzuan nj\u00eb ligj p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e matjes s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Milorad Dodik, kryeministri i Republika Srpska, pjes\u00ebs serbe t\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebs, thot\u00eb se ai do t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebrim t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse banor\u00ebt do t\u00eb pyeten n\u00eb lidhje me etnin\u00eb q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin. Lider\u00ebt boshnjak\u00eb tremben se zoti Dodik k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se sa pak jo-serb\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Republika Srpska, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb atij nj\u00eb arsye m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pyetur se p\u00ebrse duhet t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet boshnjak. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ashtu si n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb, demografia \u00ebsht\u00eb betej\u00eb, por me mjete t\u00eb tjera. Shqiptar\u00ebt etnik\u00eb bojkotuan nj\u00eb num\u00ebrim t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1991. N\u00eb vitin 2006, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrllogaritje thekson se popullsia n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 2.1 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, dhe mbi 90 p\u00ebr qind e tyre jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Tani, Mimoza Dushi, nj\u00eb demografe, p\u00ebrllogarit se n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb 2.5 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Implikimet mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Kosova i b\u00ebri l\u00ebshime shum\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha minoritetit serb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar njohje nga Per\u00ebndimi, por shumica e serb\u00ebve vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb refuzojn\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb institucionet e Kosov\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Oliver Ivanovi\u00e7, nj\u00eb zyrtar i qeveris\u00eb serbe, q\u00eb merret me problemin e Kosov\u00ebs, beson se nuk ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 115 mij\u00eb serb\u00eb aty. Disa kosovar\u00eb akoma habiten se si mund t\u00eb meritojn\u00eb nj\u00eb trajtim kaq special kaq pak persona. <\/p>\n<p>Zoti Ivanovi\u00e7 thot\u00eb se serb\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb num\u00ebrimin e popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2011. <\/p>\n<p>Do t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr manipulime, thot\u00eb ai, duke shtuar se aktualisht ka vet\u00ebm 1.7 milion\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nataliteti n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu n\u00eb r\u00ebnie. Zonja Dushi beson se nataliteti \u00ebsht\u00eb 2.2, pak m\u00eb sip\u00ebr nivelit t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb popullsi t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme. N\u00eb vitin 1950, thot\u00eb ajo, kjo ishte 7.8, m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb vitet 1990, ishte tek 3.6. <\/p>\n<p>Por m\u00eb dramatike \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebnia e natalitetit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nga 2.0 n\u00eb vitin 2000 n\u00eb 1.33 n\u00eb vitin 2007. N\u00eb vitin 1999 popullsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ishte 3.3 milion\u00eb, n\u00eb vitin 2008 ajo kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb 3.1 milion\u00eb (megjithat\u00eb do t\u00eb rritet n\u00eb vitin 2050.
