N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk ekziston n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar dhe po u vazhdua k\u00ebshtu nuk ka gjasa q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb. Paradoksi \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare mungon konvergimi i kat\u00ebr element\u00ebve q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb mundshme daljen e nj\u00eb alternative t\u00eb till\u00eb serioze: ideologjia, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia, struktura partiake e mobilizuese dhe mend\u00ebsia e popullit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kat\u00ebr element\u00ebt e nj\u00eb opozite t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideologjia e duhur<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb opozit\u00ebn sot e mot, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtuar shtetin \u00ebsht\u00eb komb\u00ebtarizmi. K\u00ebta q\u00eb do t\u00eb qeverisin nuk jan\u00eb komb\u00ebtarist\u00eb. K\u00ebta q\u00eb qeveris\u00ebn deri dje nuk jan\u00eb komb\u00ebtarist\u00eb. K\u00ebta q\u00eb mor\u00ebn flamurin e komb\u00ebtarizmit dol\u00ebn kakarec\u00eb e sharlatan\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb diskredituar. Mir\u00ebpo diskreditimi i tyre nuk duhet e nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb diskreditimi i ideologjis\u00eb dhe i vlerave t\u00eb paz\u00ebvend\u00ebsueshme q\u00eb ajo ideologji p\u00ebr\u00e7on. <strong>Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia e duhur<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb opozit\u00ebn sot e mot, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtuar shtetin nes\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga politikan\u00eb q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar, q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb bler\u00eb e t\u00eb shitur, q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb njollosur nga qeverisja kriminale e tranzicionit.<\/p>\n<p>Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia e opozit\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nga njer\u00ebz q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar ndaj popullit e ndaj shtetit t\u00eb tyre e jo nga politikan\u00eb me dosje, me dosje krimi, q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbushur dosjet kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve, apo q\u00eb duan t\u00eb luajn\u00eb loj\u00ebn politike me dosjet kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve. <strong>Struktura partiake dhe mobilizuese <\/strong>e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb opozit\u00ebn duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb ideologjin\u00eb dhe bindjen se besnik\u00ebrin\u00eb e par\u00eb e t\u00eb pandryshueshme an\u00ebtari apo simpatizanti i partis\u00eb nuk e ka ndaj kryetarit t\u00eb partis\u00eb apo kryetares por ndaj shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Politika b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb shtetin e gjendjen m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur rrug\u00ebn e duhur e jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb rrug\u00eb si mitingash\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllimet e nj\u00eb individi. Struktura partiake, pra, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb dyt\u00ebsore e n\u00eb hije t\u00eb jet\u00ebs personale t\u00eb individ\u00ebve, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00ebsues, profesionist\u00eb, pun\u00ebtor\u00eb e bujq, e n\u00eb profesione t\u00eb tjera, por q\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. Koha e sistemit partishtet ka kaluar, por tek ne koha e shtet-kombit ende nuk ka filluar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mend\u00ebsia e popullit <\/strong>do t\u00eb jet\u00eb vendimtare n\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimin e t\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb opozit\u00ebs. Zgjidhja e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb ndri\u00e7imin e mendjes s\u00eb popullit dhe n\u00eb krijimin e bindjes se ka zgjidhje, se ka shpres\u00eb dhe se ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet m\u00eb e mira p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Opozita e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb do t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se strukturat partiake, ideologjia dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia e opozit\u00ebs jan\u00eb n\u00eb funksion e n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb arritjes s\u00eb objektivave t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie moderne e normale, e cila t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb siguri t\u00eb jet\u00ebs e t\u00eb nderit, mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr zhvillim, e begatim, me sisteme t\u00eb edukimit, t\u00eb mbrojtjes sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, t\u00eb kujdesit p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e t\u00eb moshuarit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb opozit\u00ebn partit\u00eb ekzistuese? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, ideologjia e duhur \u00ebsht\u00eb komb\u00ebtarizmi. AKZ \u00ebsht\u00eb partia q\u00eb e ka p\u00ebrqafuar at\u00eb ideologji, mir\u00ebpo trajtimi q\u00eb i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ka qen\u00eb jorealist, populist, i ngarkuar me nota sharlatanizmi t\u00eb theksuar dhe pa profesionalizmin q\u00eb pritej. D\u00ebshtimi i nj\u00eb politikani nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshtimi i ideologjis\u00eb. Por do t\u00eb ishte e pafalshme q\u00eb t\u00eb lejohet nj\u00eb individ q\u00eb t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb peng opozit\u00ebn e ideologjin\u00eb e saj. Njer\u00ebzit i bashk\u00ebngjiten nj\u00eb ideologjie dhe nuk e kan\u00eb pron\u00eb t\u00eb tyre. Ideologjia ka jet\u00ebn e vet dhe n\u00eb rastin ton\u00eb, komb\u00ebtarizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb ideologjia e natyrshme, e nevojshme, e dobishme dhe e pashmangshme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs, nga ana e vet, Sali Berisha mban peng t\u00eb Trustit t\u00eb G\u00ebshtenjave mas\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb e din\u00eb se kush jan\u00eb k\u00ebta q\u00eb do t\u00eb qeverisin dhe q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishin opozita e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Qeverisja e degjeneruar dhe e st\u00ebrkorruptuar e tij dhe e strukturave dhe e individ\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk lan\u00eb gj\u00eb pa b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbushur thesin me para p\u00ebr 100 vjet duhet t\u00eb gjykohet e jo t\u00eb durohet e anashkalohet.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpjekja e ethshme e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb imponuar nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb familjes n\u00eb krye t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur shqiptar\u00ebt peng duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb opozit\u00ebn do t\u00eb intensifikohet n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e ardhshme. Sali Berish\u00ebs nuk i duhet nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, atij i duhet nj\u00eb mbrojtje p\u00ebr familjen e p\u00ebr Trustin dhe kjo mbrojtje vjen nga prania n\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe nga kontrolli mbi popullin. Sali Berisha dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb PD jan\u00eb t\u00eb kapur, t\u00eb degjeneruar, t\u00eb zvet\u00ebnuar, hajna e cuba t\u00eb kategoris\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit. Nuk ka det q\u00eb i lan krimet e tyre dhe nuk mund t\u00eb vihet ujku t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb delet e t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb opozit\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse si Sali Berisha, ashtu edhe Lulzim Basha, dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt jan\u00eb vegla t\u00eb Trustit t\u00eb G\u00ebshtenjave. Ata jan\u00eb aty p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur interesat e familjes e jo t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Nuk duhen lejuar q\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, sepse ky do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb krim q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb na e falin brezat e ardhsh\u00ebm. Mend\u00ebsia e popullit q\u00eb duhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb opozite t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb e jo nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb mitingjesh, si kjo q\u00eb po nis t\u00eb p\u00ebrvijohet, \u00ebsht\u00eb mend\u00ebsia e qytetarit me bindje t\u00eb qarta civile, patriot e atdhetar, e q\u00eb i njeh t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrat e veta dhe i kupton shtr\u00ebngesat q\u00eb v\u00eb ligji. Opozit\u00ebn nuk mund ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar apo ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb kriminalizuar. Opozita e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb e duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetur tek komb\u00ebtarizmi si ideologji. Opozita e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetur tek shqiptar\u00ebt patriot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Opozita e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb do t\u00eb vij\u00eb mbas nj\u00eb periudhe t\u00eb gjat\u00eb pune e reflektimi nga ana e intelektual\u00ebve dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha e t\u00eb rinjve. Opozita e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shk\u00ebputet nga trash\u00ebgimia e sharlatan\u00ebve dhe e bandit\u00ebve politik\u00eb si Sali Berisha dhe t\u00eb punoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer dinjitetin e nderin shqiptar\u00ebve fisnik\u00eb. Sepse n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit k\u00ebta q\u00eb na qeveris\u00ebn e q\u00eb do t\u00eb qeverisin jan\u00eb k\u00ebtu me nj\u00eb projekt afatgjat\u00eb. Nuk ka zgjidhje t\u00eb lehta, rruga \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundimshme, por opozita duhet me ken\u00eb morale, komb\u00ebtariste, e p\u00ebrkushtuar, n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb popullit dhe mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebse e qeverisjes s\u00eb paris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs por n\u00eb interes t\u00eb kombit.
