Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb mesjet\u00eb nuk kishte kombe, Beteja e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb vitet 1980 jo vet\u00ebm nga qarqet luft\u00ebnxit\u00ebse serbe u lart\u00ebsua si p\u00ebrpjekje heroike e popullit serb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur Europ\u00ebn e krishter\u00eb nga pushtimi osman.<\/p>\n<p>Derisa n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Lindore ngadh\u00ebnjente ideja e demokracis\u00eb, e t\u00eb drejtave individuale, e qytetarit si bart\u00ebs t\u00eb sovranitetit shtet\u00ebror \u2013 tamam ashtu si\u00e7 e kishte propaganduar Jean-Jacques Rousseau n\u00eb shkrimet e tij \u2013 n\u00eb Serbi u popullarizua doktrina e homogjenizimit komb\u00ebtar: jo qytetari, por kombi unik shikohej si instrument p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur horizontin e lumturis\u00eb. Doli q\u00eb kjo lumturi ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb aventur\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjakshme.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPor, si avokat i qytetarit ai (Rousseau) u angazhua vendosm\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr supermacin\u00eb politike dhe refuzimin e t\u00eb gjitha pretendimeve sunduese, t\u00eb cilat arsyetohen me religjion. Si filozof ai e di se filozofia dhe d\u00ebgjueshm\u00ebria ndaj fes\u00eb nuk shkojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku\u201d, shkruan profesori i filozofis\u00eb Heinrich Meier n\u00eb nj\u00eb ese p\u00ebr gazet\u00ebn \u201cNeue Z\u00fcrcher Zeitung\u201d. E kaluara m\u00eb e re e konfliktit serbo-shqiptar mund t\u00eb shpjegohet edhe me Rousseau-n\u00eb: suspendohet e drejta e individit p\u00ebr angazhim publik dhe fiton mend\u00ebsia e mas\u00ebs, s\u00eb cil\u00ebs i prijn\u00eb grah\u00ebsit. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb asgj\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me moralin e konfliktit, i cili nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb tem\u00eb e k\u00ebtij teksti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vepr\u00ebn \u201cDiskurs mbi pabarazin\u00eb\u201d Rousseau shkruante: \u201c\u00c7ka tani? A ta shkat\u00ebrrojm\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, t\u00eb eliminojm\u00eb ty dhe mua dhe t\u00eb kthehemi n\u00eb mal p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar me arinj\u201d. Kjo dukej iluzore, e pamundshme, sepse procesi i zhvillimit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit \u00ebsht\u00eb i pakthyesh\u00ebm prapa. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij zhvillimi mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb eksese dhe fundosje, por popujt kan\u00eb dal\u00eb edhe prej humnerave m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Shembulli m\u00eb i fresk\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb kombi gjerman, i cili pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, pas krimeve t\u00eb pashembullta dhe llahtaris\u00eb t\u00eb paharrueshme, u ngrit nga rr\u00ebnojat dhe brenda nj\u00eb kohe rekorde ringjalli ekonomin\u00eb dhe nisi nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb p\u00ebrt\u00ebritjes morale dhe kulturore. Kthimi te arinjt\u00eb s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb i mundsh\u00ebm as p\u00ebr vendet e Ballkanit. Por, kjo do t\u00eb kuptohet m\u00eb mir\u00eb kur n\u00eb rajon do t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb politikan\u00eb q\u00eb nxjerrin m\u00ebsimet e duhura nga veprat e filozof\u00ebve si Rousseau. Qe, pra, edhe nj\u00eb arsye p\u00ebr aktualitetin e vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb filozofit francez.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Filozof francez? Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e diskutueshme. Zviceran\u00ebt e konsiderojn\u00eb Jean-Jacques Rousseau si dijetar helvetik. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se ai u lind n\u00eb Gjenev\u00eb, se e kishte quajtur veten krenar q\u00eb ishte \u201ccitoyen de Gen\u00e8ve\u201d. Por, qyteti i lindjes nuk ishte aq i p\u00ebrzem\u00ebrt me filozofin e ardhsh\u00ebm. N\u00eb shekullin e 18-t\u00eb Gjeneva ishte republik\u00eb e pavarur, por jo edhe aq demokratike, si\u00e7 shpallte nga t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt. Pushteti ndodhej n\u00eb duart e disa familjeve t\u00eb pasura, t\u00eb cilat kishin nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb sistem oligarkik. P\u00ebr rend e qet\u00ebsi n\u00eb metropolin e protestantizmit kujdesej policia e moralit.<\/p>\n<p>I ati i Rousseau ishte nj\u00eb or\u00ebndreq\u00ebs dhe i p\u00ebrkiste shtres\u00ebs s\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb mesme, e \u00ebma kishte vdekur pak dit\u00eb pas lindjes. Rousseau shkruan me admirim p\u00ebr t\u00eb atin, i cili q\u00eb her\u00ebt e kishte orientuar drejt dijes: \u201cF\u00ebmij\u00ebt e mbretit nuk mund t\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb kujdes m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se sa un\u00eb q\u00eb g\u00ebzova n\u00eb vitet e para\u201d. P\u00ebr bab\u00eb e bir tregohen plot legjenda. Nj\u00ebra nd\u00ebr to ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me pangop\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre me lexim deri nat\u00ebn von\u00eb, madje nganj\u00ebher\u00eb deri n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes. \u201cKur i d\u00ebgjonim dall\u00ebndyshet, baba i turp\u00ebruar thoshte: hajde shkojm\u00eb n\u00eb shtrat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Si filozof Jean-Jacques Rousseau shpejt u b\u00eb i paduruesh\u00ebm si n\u00eb Franc\u00eb, ashtu edhe n\u00eb Gjenev\u00ebn nominalisht republikane. Duke u angazhuar q\u00eb pushteti t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb duart e popullit, ai n\u00eb kryevepr\u00ebn e tij \u201cKontrata shoq\u00ebrore\u201d shkroi: \u201cMonarkia do t\u00eb rr\u00ebzohet, populli do t\u00eb sundoj\u00eb\u201d. Librat e tij pastaj u dogj\u00ebn n\u00eb Paris, nj\u00eb parlamentar madje k\u00ebrkoi: \u201cNuk mjafton t\u00eb digjen vet\u00ebm librat, duhet t\u00eb digjet edhe autori i tyre\u201d. Djegia e veprave vazhdoi edhe n\u00eb Gjenev\u00eb. \u201cN\u00eb Gjenev\u00eb un\u00eb isha nj\u00eb i paf\u00e9, nj\u00eb ateist, i \u00e7mendur, i \u00e7ak\u00ebrdisur, nj\u00eb kafsh\u00eb e eg\u00ebr, nj\u00eb ujk\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Jacques Rousseau ishte padyshim nj\u00eb pehlivan mes dijetar\u00ebve. Raporti i tij me Zvicr\u00ebn dhe zviceran\u00ebt ishte ambivalent.
