Nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb merret me llogje, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se i b\u00ebn ndonj\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb madh shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, por problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i madh dhe i r\u00ebnd\u00eb kur kemi nj\u00eb qeverisje n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet, nj\u00eb shtet dhe nj\u00eb lukuni t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebsh, t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj e t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl, q\u00eb merren me llogje. T\u00eb mos na duket aspak e tep\u00ebrt kjo, madje \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e pakta q\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuash p\u00ebrball\u00eb asaj q\u00eb na ofron realiteti i vendit ku na duhet t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb. Do t\u00eb rendisim m\u00eb posht\u00eb vet\u00ebm disa shembuj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar se deri n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019pik\u00eb ka degraduar qeverisja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb mart\u00ebn, nj\u00eb djal\u00eb humbi jet\u00ebn n\u00eb spitalin e Durr\u00ebsit, pasi u godit nga nj\u00eb motor uji, kur ai ishte duke u lar\u00eb n\u00eb plazhin e mbipopulluar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij qyteti. P\u00ebr t\u2019i ndaluar k\u00ebto mjete vrastare, ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm, Lulzim Basha, organizoi nj\u00eb mbledhje dy jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, ku kishte ftuar prefekt\u00eb e drejtues policie. Mediat ishin t\u00eb gjitha atje dhe dhan\u00eb lajmin e madh, se m\u00eb n\u00eb fund pushuesit shp\u00ebtuan nga maskarenjt\u00eb e detit. Prefekt\u00ebt &#8211; tha Basha &#8211; do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb nj\u00eb vij\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn motor\u00ebt nuk do t\u00eb guxojn\u00eb ta kalojn\u00eb m\u00eb dhe derisa ajo vij\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet, motor\u00ebt nuk do t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas ministrit dol\u00ebn para kamerave edhe prefekt\u00ebt dhe drejtor\u00ebt e policis\u00eb. \u201cNuk do t\u00eb lejohen m\u00eb \u2013 than\u00eb edhe ata \u2013 dhe pushuesit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb\u201d. Por t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto ishin vet\u00ebm llogje, pasi motor\u00ebt fluturuan s\u00ebrish m\u2019u pran\u00eb bregut, m\u2019u mes njer\u00ebzve dhe nj\u00eb djal\u00eb t\u00eb ri e \u00e7an\u00eb m\u00eb dysh me helika. Prefekti i Durr\u00ebsit doli s\u00ebrish para kamerave dhe s\u00ebrish tha se motor\u00ebt do t\u00eb ndalohen. Por ne e dim\u00eb se ai tha s\u00ebrish llogje dhe ne s\u00ebrish do t\u00eb shkruajm\u00eb, kur t\u00eb \u00e7ahet koka e pushuesit t\u00eb radh\u00ebs. Disa muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, nj\u00eb qen kafshoi nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe brenda jav\u00ebs u miratua nj\u00eb ligj q\u00eb ndalonte pronar\u00ebt t\u00eb dilnin me qent\u00eb e tyre pa goj\u00ebz\u00ebn prej gome. Dhe brenda jav\u00ebs asnj\u00eb qen nuk doli n\u00eb rrug\u00eb pa k\u00ebt\u00eb mask\u00eb sigurie.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtuesit e agjencive rajonale t\u00eb mjedisit dhe zyrtar\u00ebt e bashkive n\u00eb zonat turistike, n\u00eb \u00e7do sezon vere dalin para kamerave dhe japin lajmin e shum\u00ebpritur. K\u00ebt\u00eb ver\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb lejohen lokale, q\u00eb me muzik\u00ebn e tyre terrorizojn\u00eb pushuesit dhe banor\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs. Po s\u00ebrish lokalet vazhdojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb tyren dhe askush nuk ua fik butonin, n\u00eb asnj\u00eb or\u00eb t\u00eb nat\u00ebs. Po k\u00ebshtu ndodh edhe n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb e qytete t\u00eb tjera. Zyrtar\u00ebt dalin para kamerave, japin paralajm\u00ebrime e shpallin vendime dhe asgj\u00eb nuk ndodh. Jeta vazhdon n\u00eb ritmin e saj, ku t\u00eb fort\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb pasurit na sundojn\u00eb e dhunojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb barbare si n\u00eb aj\u00ebr, n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe n\u00eb det.<\/p>\n<p>Dy muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb, vet\u00eb Kryeministri i vendit l\u00ebshoi nj\u00eb lajm t\u00eb madh nga zyra e tij. K\u00ebt\u00eb ver\u00eb do t\u00eb pastrohet i t\u00ebr\u00eb bregdeti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb turizmit t\u2019i jepet nj\u00eb hov i ri. Me vendim qeverie, Kryeministri Sali Berisha krijoi nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb Task Forc\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ishte e para Ministria e Turizmit, Ministria e Mjedisit, ajo e Arsimit, e Mbrojtjes dhe e Brendshme.<\/p>\n<p>Televizionet dhan\u00eb lajmin e madh se qeveria m\u00eb n\u00eb fund e mori seriozisht pun\u00ebn e plehrave q\u00eb kan\u00eb pushtuar bregdetin nga Velipoja deri n\u00eb Orikum. Taks Forca u mblodh edhe nja dy her\u00eb pas krijimit dhe\u2026 asgj\u00eb. As edhe nj\u00eb kano\u00e7e nuk u hoq nga bregdeti dhe as nj\u00eb p\u00ebll\u00ebmb\u00eb vend nuk u pastrua nga kjo Task Forc\u00eb. Nga llogjet e ministrave dhe drejtor\u00ebve para kamerave, u kalua te llogjet me VKM.<br \/>\nN\u00eb pikun e ver\u00ebs, n\u00eb shum\u00eb sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe qyteteve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb vendit, uji shkon me orar, apo nuk shkon fare.<\/p>\n<p>Por, p\u00ebrbri rrug\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebrmes lagjeve, lavazhet e makinave q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin ujin e pijsh\u00ebm vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb biznes. Ata nuk kan\u00eb leje, nuk paguajn\u00eb taksa, fitojn\u00eb para dhe shpenzojn\u00eb ujin ton\u00eb q\u00eb e paguajm\u00eb. Zyrtar\u00ebt e bashkis\u00eb dalin para kamerave dhe deklarojn\u00eb se asnj\u00eb lavazh q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor ujin e pijsh\u00ebm nuk do t\u00eb lejohet. Por asnj\u00eb nuk bllokohet dhe p\u00ebr\u00e7udnimi i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb vazhdon.<\/p>\n<p>Mund t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb rendisim pafund shembuj q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb degradimin e institucioneve qeveritare e shtet\u00ebrore, nga zyra e Kryeministrit, deri tek e kryetarit m\u00eb batak\u00e7i t\u00eb komun\u00ebs. T\u00eb drejtosh sot qeverin\u00eb, bashkin\u00eb, komun\u00ebn, policin\u00eb, prefektur\u00ebn e gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se duhet t\u00eb dal\u00ebsh n\u00eb televizor e n\u00eb gazet\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb flas\u00ebsh pafund, t\u00eb thuash se kjo apo ajo gj\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb, kur ai q\u00eb duhet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ai vet\u00eb. Pushtetar\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha niveleve, t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha sojeve politike, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs k\u00ebmb\u00eb e kok\u00eb p\u00ebr padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb u b\u00ebhen njer\u00ebzve, p\u00ebr matrapazll\u00ebqet q\u00eb b\u00ebhen me pron\u00ebn dhe pasurin\u00eb publike, krekosen para kamerave e b\u00ebrtasin p\u00ebr zbatimin e ligjit, kur jan\u00eb ata p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit p\u00ebr zbatimin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ky model ordiner qeverisjeje ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb besimi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb te politikan\u00ebt t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb pik\u00ebn m\u00eb kritike, q\u00ebkurse edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend politika u b\u00eb profesion. Bot\u00ebs s\u00eb zhvilluar, ata q\u00eb vet\u00ebm flasin, q\u00eb vet\u00ebm kujtojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb e vet\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb asgj\u00eb, quhen demagog\u00eb dhe demagogjia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb art m\u00eb vete p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb popullin t\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb, e madje t\u00eb t\u00eb besoj\u00eb.
