Sa m\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb Serbia do ta njoh\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs dhe shk\u00ebmbehen ambasador\u00ebt aq\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebr fillimin e nj\u00eb epoke p\u00ebr “normalizimin e raporteve shqiptaro-serbe”. Njohja e realitetit t\u00eb ri nga Serbia do ta lironte vet\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti \u00ebsht i ngarkuar nga barrierat e kaluar nga ish-ngrehina artificiale e quajtur Jugosllavi. K\u00ebto dy shtete nuk kan nevoj p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb territorit e as t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs, por t\u00eb ulen n\u00eb tryez\u00ebn e bisedimeve dhe t\u00eb njohin nj\u00ebri tjetrin si shtete t\u00eb barabarta.<\/p>\n

Njohja dhe shk\u00ebmbimi i ambasador\u00ebve Paralajmrimet se n\u00eb vjesht\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti do t\u00eb organizohen bisedime praktiko-teknike n\u00eb mes\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, ku k\u00ebto bisedime t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebseardhura p\u00ebr ne. T\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb v\u00ebnjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnjeve diplomatike dhe caktimin e koh\u00ebs p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb ambasador\u00ebve. K\u00ebto bisedime, pas shpalljes pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, do t\u00eb jen t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb komisioneve t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebto bisedime do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb afroheshin k\u00ebto dy shtete,prandaj roli i bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb ta detyroj serbin\u00eb q\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb ta njoh\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. Rrethanat ksaj here p\u00ebr ne jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar,pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb njoftuar opininoni se Gjyqi Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i Hag\u00eb m\u00eb 22 korrik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti do t\u00eb shpall rezultatat e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Prandaj, pas k\u00ebtyre ngjarjeve bisedimet n\u00eb mes\u00eb t\u00eb dy shteteve do t\u00eb jen n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Serbia me rastin e nj\u00eb incidenti n\u00eb Mitrovic\u00eb ku nj\u00eb qytetar\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vrar\u00eb dhe Deputeti i parlamentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb plagosur, thirri nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshilit t\u00eb Sigurimit, por k\u00ebt\u00eb betej n\u00eb sken\u00ebn globale si n\u00eb fush\u00ebn politike edhe ate diplmatike e humbi. Pas k\u00ebtyre bisedimeve praktiko-tekniko n\u00eb fund\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebti viti apo n\u00eb vitin 2011, Serbia duhet ta njoh\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn dhe asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb mos k\u00ebrkon faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb por vet\u00ebm t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbehen ambasador\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

JO shk\u00ebmbim i popullat\u00ebs<\/strong>
\nIdeja e shk\u00ebmbimit human t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr, prandaj edhe nuk ka rezultate dhe nuk do t\u00eb realizohet .N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt humb\u00ebs do t\u00eb jemi ne shqiptar\u00ebt,kurse serb\u00ebt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb p\u00ebrfitues m\u00eb t\u00eb mdhenj\u00eb. L\u00ebvizja e organizuar e popullat\u00ebs prej nj\u00eb vendi p\u00ebrmes\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje dhe popullata do t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb b\u00ebhen banor\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Kjo form\u00eb e shk\u00ebmbimit kolektiv asnj\u00ebher n\u00eb rrjedhat historike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar e dobishme.Kur marrim k\u00ebto parasysh k\u00ebto,nuk duhet k\u00ebrkuar,p\u00ebrkrahur se edhe nuk do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb mes\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe serb\u00ebve.Faktori politik dhe ushtarak i bot\u00ebs ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb lejon q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh nj\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim n\u00eb mes\u00eb t\u00eb dy pupujve m\u00eb t\u00eb mdhenj\u00eb t\u00eb ballkanit.<\/p>\n

JO shk\u00ebmbim i territoreve<\/strong>
\nNe shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kemi t\u00eb japim territore tona, pasi komuna e Medvegj\u00ebs, Bujanocit dhe Preshev\u00eb jan hapsira tona etnike. P\u00ebr serb\u00ebt lokal t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs po ashtu do t\u00eb bisedohet,por pasi k\u00ebto standarde p\u00ebr pakicat Kosova tashm i ka plot\u00ebsuar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht. Kurse Mitovica nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb territor i huaj, por \u00ebsht\u00eb qytete i trungut shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shk\u00ebmbim nuk duhet t\u00eb kemi,pasi pjes\u00ebt e trupit ton\u00eb Komb\u00ebtar\u00eb nuk jepen p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn ton.Interes i reciprok i popullit shqiptar dhe atij serb \u00ebsht\u00eb normalizimin e raporteve. Me k\u00ebto bisedime, Serbia n\u00ebse don t\u00eb fiton dhe t\u00eb afrohet m\u00eb af\u00ebr me NATO-n duhet t\u00eb pranoj Kosov\u00ebn si shtet.<\/p>\n

Interes i dy shteteve \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbehen ambasador\u00ebt. Kemi parasysh q\u00eb Serbia shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir e ka t\u00eb pranoj q\u00eb n\u00eb Beograd t\u00eb jen\u00eb dy amabasada t\u00eb shteteve shqiptare, por ky \u00ebsht\u00eb rendi dhe rregullimi i ri bot\u00ebror. N\u00eb k\u00ebto bisedime duhet t\u00eb shtrohet drejt\u00eb dhe me kompetenc edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e pazgjidhur e shqiptar\u00ebve nga kjo Krahin\u00eb e mbetur n\u00ebn\u00eb administrimin e Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Vet\u00ebm pasi Serbia ta njoh\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn, at\u00ebher do t\u00eb fillon faza p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ecje n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha aspektet e jet\u00ebs,p\u00ebr dy popujt. Shk\u00ebmbim i popullat\u00ebs dhe shk\u00ebmbim i territoreve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb zgjdhje,dhe do t\u00eb krijonte probleme zingjirore n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb Rajonin e Balllkanit dhe m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb. E vetmja \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kalohet ish-hapsira e ngrehin\u00ebs s\u00eb quajtur Jogosllavi t\u00eb stabilizohet dhe t\u00eb krijohet s\u00eb paku nj\u00eb treg unik dhe fillohet t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunohet n\u00eb shum\u00eb fusha t\u00eb interesit reciprok.<\/p>\n
