Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft zem\u00ebrgjer\u00eb, p\u00ebrderisa p\u00ebrfshin 360\u00b0.<br \/>\nRrota jon\u00eb e mullirit? Ndoshta. Di\u00e7ka q\u00eb e kemi marr\u00eb vet\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Politika shqiptare ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebrat, ndon\u00ebse jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin e 21, kur mendje t\u00eb ndritura t\u00eb bot\u00ebs po p\u00ebrpiqen p\u00ebr vizione t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n<p>E ndoqa plot kureshtje p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesin e mazhoranc\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme, Kryeministrin Sali Berisha n\u00eb deklaratat e para mbi grev\u00ebn e uris\u00eb, e cila, megjith\u00ebse duket e p\u00ebrjashtuar nga fjalori i dit\u00ebs, sot po b\u00ebhet shkak p\u00ebr negociata t\u00eb reja mes dy partive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb jet\u00ebs politike shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte e natyrshme q\u00eb forca politike n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorte avantazhet e veta, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koncentrim t\u00eb protest\u00ebs n\u00eb form\u00ebn e nj\u00eb dhune t\u00eb skajshme dhe d\u00ebshp\u00ebruese pasive.<\/p>\n<p>Por leksiku i Kryeministrit e braktisi koh\u00ebn e sotme dhe e shtyu fenomenin n\u00ebp\u00ebr koh\u00ebra, thua se nuk po ndodhte p\u00ebrpara syve t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. K\u00ebsaj here i erdhi n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb folja me u ngujue, q\u00eb gjithsesi p\u00ebrfshin brenda edhe vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre, 200 grevist\u00ebt e uris\u00eb u balancuan me rreth 2000 t\u00eb ngujuarit e tjer\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk dalin nga sht\u00ebpia. E sa kan\u00eb par\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt (e forc\u00ebs sime t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nga k\u00ebto). Na \u00ebsht\u00eb regjur l\u00ebkura tash e qindra vjet q\u00eb nga mesjeta e hershme.<\/p>\n<p>Ta uniformizosh nj\u00eb ngjarje shqiptare t\u00eb vitit 2010 dhe ta hedh\u00ebsh n\u00eb koshin mesjetar, aq t\u00eb volitsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr mendjet e inteligjenc\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb re shqiptare, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kthes\u00eb e plot\u00eb prej 360\u00b0, mjaft komunikuese.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb bashkosh brenda nj\u00eb rrethi vicioz dy fenomene kaq t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta, l\u00ebvizjet e protest\u00ebs, si nj\u00eb nga format m\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrdorura n\u00ebp\u00ebr diktaturat shqiptare, me sistemin e ngujimit, kur nj\u00eb njeri mbyllet nga frika se mos e q\u00ebllojn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga synimet m\u00eb t\u00eb hapura t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj politike 360\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe m\u00eb interesante jan\u00eb k\u00ebto l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha 360\u00b0 n\u00eb ngjyrime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb dit\u00ebs. Kam pritur plot kureshtje, q\u00eb ndonj\u00eb prej opozit\u00ebs, t\u00eb reagonte s\u00eb paku, p\u00ebr n\u00eb nj\u00eb emision t\u00eb Blendi Fefziut, t\u00eb cilit do t\u2019i vij\u00eb radha edhe t\u00eb zbardhet n\u00ebp\u00ebr botimet e tij.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr panelin e tij me tem\u00eb mbi komunikimin berishian, kur dy deputet\u00eb t\u00eb mazhoranc\u00ebs shqiptare, pranuan haptazi dhe pa asnj\u00eb ngurrim, efektivitetin e eksperienc\u00ebs s\u00eb Gebelsit n\u00eb komunikim, nj\u00eb prej personave m\u00eb t\u00eb urryer t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit. Madje k\u00ebta dy deputet\u00eb, duke plot\u00ebsuar nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, i vesh\u00ebn k\u00ebto merita jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kryeministrin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr Obam\u00ebn. P\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb nder t\u00eb merituesh\u00ebm njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb kan\u00eb cituar, k\u00ebta quhen Mark Marku dhe Mesila Doda.<\/p>\n<p>Tema t\u00eb tilla do t\u00eb v\u00ebrtiten gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb inkandeshenc\u00ebn bot\u00ebrore. Vet\u00ebm dit\u00ebt e fundit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb goditur politik\u00ebn e Obam\u00ebs, pjes\u00eb t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb opinionit politik, shumica liberal\u00eb ose njer\u00ebz t\u00eb ekstremit t\u00eb djatht\u00eb, i krahasuan politikat e tij sociale t\u00eb mbiquajtura socializmi demokrat, me nacional-socializmin ose socializmin marksist.<\/p>\n<p>Por politika shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb rrotullimin e saj 360\u00b0. Stili i Berish\u00ebs, madje edhe Obam\u00ebs a la Gebels, jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb qenka mjaft i p\u00ebrdorsh\u00ebm deri sot, por k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk ka nevoj\u00eb ta thon\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Ne jemi t\u00eb zot\u00ebt ta pohojm\u00eb vet\u00eb. Politik\u00eb 360\u00b0 pa din e iman, q\u00eb mund ta kthejm\u00eb si t\u00eb duam, pa asnj\u00eb princip brenda, vet\u00ebm q\u00eb q\u00ebllimi t\u00eb justifikoj\u00eb mjetet. T\u00eb nd\u00ebrthurr\u00ebsh k\u00ebso lloj kthesash brenda vetes, t\u00eb pohosh at\u00eb q\u00eb mund ta kund\u00ebrshtosh me sa ke fuqi, kjo mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Arsyet e l\u00ebvizjeve 360\u00b0 t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare, ose si ta doj\u00eb e bardha e zemr\u00ebs, tregojn\u00eb se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk mund t\u00eb flitet ende p\u00ebr grupime t\u00eb fuqishme interesi, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat njeriu ndjehet m\u00eb i pozicionuar.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto pozicionime sot po l\u00ebvizin n\u00eb kahje nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet edhe n\u00eb shtetet m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme demokratike. Vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr aprovimin e buxhetit historik n\u00eb mbrojtje kund\u00ebr krizave dhe kolapseve ekonomike, Senatit amerikan, pothuajse k\u00ebt\u00eb jav\u00eb iu desh\u00ebn votat e tre senator\u00ebve republikan\u00eb. Deri m\u00eb sot, e djathta shqiptare, sidomos kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, ka shpresuar nga votat e s\u00eb majt\u00ebs shqiptare, por nuk ka ndodhur deri m\u00eb sot, q\u00eb e djathta shqiptare, t\u00eb furnizoj\u00eb n\u00eb vendimmarrje t\u00eb majt\u00ebn shqiptare, si n\u00eb rastin e senator\u00ebve amerikan\u00eb. Duke u p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb sa m\u00eb tep\u00ebr njer\u00ebz rreth vetes, t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs jan\u00eb edhe sloganet e opozit\u00ebs. Shqip\u00ebria e vog\u00ebl nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ende e fuqishme t\u00eb bashkoj\u00eb interesat ekonomike financiare, n\u00eb qarkun mbar\u00ebshqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>E vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb t\u00eb mira mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare dhe forc\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe integruese ndon\u00ebse modeste n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb rajonale dhe bot\u00ebrore, si dhe forca m\u00eb t\u00eb qarta politike n\u00eb mbrojtje interesash, q\u00eb burojn\u00eb prej prodhimit. Duke qen\u00eb e pafuqishme t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, ajo e ka m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb si t\u2019i doj\u00eb qejfi, n\u00eb 360\u00b0 t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore, t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcej\u00eb koh\u00ebrat, pasqyrat e diktatur\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb prap\u00eb se prap\u00eb mjaft komode dhe e sigurt p\u00ebr \u00e7do p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi q\u00eb mban duke shpallur \u00e7far\u00eb t\u2019i doj\u00eb qejfi.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja shpat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7ar\u00eb p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb histori, q\u00eb u ka l\u00ebn\u00eb Enver Hoxha n\u00eb duar. Por fleksibiliteti i shqiptar\u00ebve ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb vjen si nj\u00eb dhunti.<br \/>\nKy fleksibilitet mund t\u00eb na sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb ende, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e marr\u00ebveshjeve, ku n\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebnd kaq t\u00eb plot\u00eb prej 360\u00b0 jan\u00eb t\u00eb mundura dhe t\u00eb hapura shum\u00eb pika komunikimi, q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrfytyronin dot. Politika 360\u00b0 mund t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb sot p\u00ebr sot edhe kompromiset mes partive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha politike, ashtu si\u00e7 ka arritur her\u00eb pas here kompromise t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, apo kombinacione nga m\u00eb t\u00eb papriturat.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb kemi t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb pyesim. A mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb politik\u00eb e mullinjve me er\u00eb, politika 360\u00b0, kur edhe mullinjt\u00eb me er\u00eb jan\u00eb kaq t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr kursimin e energjis\u00eb.
