Disa ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme po ndodhin s\u00eb fundi n\u00eb rajonin ton\u00eb dhe n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti me Kosov\u00ebn.
\nVet\u00ebm pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb Parlamenti Europian zhvilloi nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe miratoi nj\u00eb rezolut\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen europiane t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe sfidat e saj.<\/p>\n

Pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb, ndoshta n\u00eb 22 korrik, Gjykata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare do t\u00eb shprehet p\u00ebr shpalljen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb nga populli i Kosov\u00ebs. Ekspert\u00ebt e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare paralajm\u00ebrojn\u00eb se vendimi mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb jo qart\u00ebsisht t\u00eb leht\u00eb. Ndoshta Serbia do t\u00eb nxitoj\u00eb ta lexoj\u00eb …k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim n\u00eb interes t\u00eb saj. Opsioni m\u00eb i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00eb Serbin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e njoh\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mos e respektoj\u00eb vendimin, n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb ai q\u00eb ajo do t\u00eb d\u00ebshironte.<\/p>\n

Rritja e aktivitetit diplomatik t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb penguar njohjen e m\u00ebtejshme t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e menj\u00ebhershme dhe shum\u00eb intensive. Ky paralajm\u00ebrim i p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur vjen nga nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e lidershipit politik t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Ky q\u00ebndrim rrezikon t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb periudhat e v\u00ebshtira n\u00eb Ballkan. Politikisht, por edhe ekonomikisht edhe vet\u00eb Serbia rrezikon t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb nj\u00eb kosto jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Ky q\u00ebndrim mund t\u00eb rigjall\u00ebroj\u00eb ndjenjat nacionaliste, duke d\u00ebmtuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb perspektiven europiane t\u00eb vet\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Efektet negative t\u00eb k\u00ebtij q\u00ebndrimi t\u00eb saj p\u00ebr rajonin ton\u00eb mund t\u00eb reduktohen nga nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb, m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe pa vonesa, ndaj Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Vullneti pozitiv i europarlamentar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur t\u00eb ardhmen europiane t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ishte shum\u00eb inkurajues. Rezoluta e Parlamentit Europian me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn publike p\u00ebr ta njohur Kosov\u00ebn, ndaj pes\u00eb vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb q\u00eb akoma nuk e kan\u00eb njohur, ishte masazhi i duhur dhe n\u00eb kohen e duhur.
\nRezoluta ritheksoi sfidat e v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, por jetike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e saj. Ritheksoi luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr krimit t\u00eb organizuar, kund\u00ebr korrupsionit dhe luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr varf\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Pavar\u00ebsia e vonuar e Kosov\u00ebs, e arritur me aq shum\u00eb vuajtje dhe sakrifica njer\u00ebzore, funksionimi i shtetit ligjor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, p\u00ebrballimi i sfidave t\u00eb zhvillimit ekonomik e social, padyshim jan\u00eb element\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb paqes dhe prosperitetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin ton\u00eb.
\n\u00cbsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e plot\u00eb, t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe produktive t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb faktorit shqiptar n\u00eb rajonin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Situata e acaruar politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, d\u00ebshtimi i bisedimeve p\u00ebr gjetjen e zgjidhjes, zhg\u00ebnjimi nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimet tekanjoze t\u00eb lidershipit politik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin apo reduktojn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare ndaj sfidave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
\nKjo u duk qart\u00eb edhe n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb Parlamentit Europian ku diskutohej p\u00ebr dy rezoluta, nj\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Detyrimi yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb jo thjesht n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e Parlamentit Europian, por ndaj opinionit publik, sidomos ndaj vendeve t\u00eb rajonit, sidomos ndaj disa skeptik\u00ebve apo nacionalist\u00ebve. T\u00eb gjitha vendet e rajonit ton\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Serbin\u00eb, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, perspektiv\u00ebn europiane. Ndaj nuk duhet t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb jemi peng i s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs son\u00eb. Europianizimi i Ballkanit \u00ebsht\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm opsioni m\u00eb i mir\u00eb, por duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe i vetmi.
\nAngazhimi i vendit ton\u00eb ndaj paqes dhe prosperitetit n\u00eb rajon mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb me produktiv, n\u00ebse ndjehet dhe respektohet m\u00eb mir\u00eb detyrimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar dhe mb\u00ebshtetur sfidat e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Mb\u00ebshtetja jon\u00eb ndaj sfidave historike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs pas vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare b\u00ebhet e domosdoshme. Kriza politike n\u00eb vend, zvarritja e zgjidhjes, risku i p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb krize t\u00eb t\u00ebjzgjatur, mund ta d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb jo pak efikasitetin ton\u00eb n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen konkrete q\u00eb duhet t’i garantoj\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si pjes\u00eb edhe e angazhimit ton\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr paqen dhe prosperitetin n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rajonin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n
