Shkruan: Shefqet DIBRANI<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb kuadrin e reformave dhe ndryshimeve q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb LDK-ja v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb posa\u00e7me duhet t\u2019i kushtoj Qendr\u00ebs p\u00ebr Informim t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e njohur me sigl\u00ebn (QIK), institucion ky partiak q\u00eb po luan rol jo aq pozitiv sa po thuhet e mendohet nga drejtuesit e saj. QIK-u, tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb portal q\u00eb nuk thot\u00eb gj\u00eb as p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb e as p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. QIK-u n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e informimit dhe t\u00eb propagand\u00ebs ka r\u00ebn\u00eb aq posht\u00eb sa p\u00ebr t\u2019i ardhur keq secilit qytetar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Sa do q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se QIK-u \u00ebsht\u00eb institucion i Kosov\u00ebs, me t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar lufta kjo Qend\u00ebr Informative \u00ebsht\u00eb katandisur dhe deri m\u00eb sot nuk ka arritur ta gjej veten n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e lir\u00eb dhe konkurruese edhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e informimit. Madje drejtuesit e saj po sillen me nj\u00eb prepotenc\u00eb dhe me nj\u00eb injoranc\u00eb e pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi morale, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb aspektin politik apo profesional. Themi pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi morale, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb jo e sh\u00ebndetshme t\u2019ua mohosh shkrimet me dhjet\u00ebra veprimtar\u00ebve, deg\u00ebve e n\u00ebndeg\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj partie kudo q\u00eb ato veprojn\u00eb, ve\u00e7mas t\u00eb atyre n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore ku simpatia p\u00ebr QIK-un sikur nuk ka t\u00eb sosur.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb mos i publikosh informacionet p\u00ebr veprimtarit\u00eb dhe aktivitetet partiake, n\u00eb \u201cportalin e partis\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn militojn\u00eb edhe drejtuesit e QIK-ut, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb injorim politik. Themi pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi profesionale sepse profesionalizmi i treguar n\u00eb QIK, sidomos n\u00eb k\u00ebto dhjet\u00eb vitet e pasluft\u00ebs, roli i gazetarit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qend\u00ebr, kultura e tij shpreh\u00ebse dhe pjes\u00ebt tjera p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebse q\u00eb duhet ta kompletojn\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion informativ, jan\u00eb larg \u00e7do profesionalizmi q\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet e diskutohet n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e vendet demokratike.<\/p>\n

Drejtuesit e QIK-ut \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur q\u00eb moti t\u00eb pensionohen, dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen p\u00ebr rehabilitim klimatik n\u00eb vendet piktoreske t\u00eb Sht\u00ebrpc\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb loj\u00ebn e djallit bashk\u00eb me minoritar\u00ebt e pa p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shohin \u00ebndrra n\u00eb mitin e tyre t\u00eb nj\u00eb koncepti t\u00eb per\u00ebnduar, duke i shkaktuar t\u00eb par\u00ebt d\u00ebme Kosov\u00ebs, kurse k\u00ebta t\u00eb dyt\u00ebt po i shkaktojn\u00eb d\u00ebme t\u00eb pa kompensuesh\u00ebm LDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Drejtuesit e k\u00ebsaj qendre t\u00eb mos hidh\u00ebrohen me konstatimet e mia pasi konsideroj se ata jan\u00eb treguar tep\u00ebr t\u00eb ngath\u00ebt dhe joprofesional, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrcjelljen e ngjarjeve, e qoft\u00eb n\u00eb pasimin e lajmeve. Lajmet, informatat, komentet dhe materialet e tjera nuk kan\u00eb nj\u00eb renditje e sistemim profesional, ndon\u00ebse drejtuesit e tij mund t\u00eb pensionohen si gazetar profesionist. Kjo pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e skajshme mund ta shpjer\u00eb QIK-un n\u00eb shtendosje, bile edhe n\u00eb katandisje t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni informativ.<\/p>\n

Sot nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr informative si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb QIK-u nuk ia vlen ta ket\u00eb asnj\u00eb Bashk\u00ebsi Lokale pa le m\u00eb t\u00eb thuhet se kontrollohet e menaxhohet nga vet LDK-ja, sepse ne mendojm\u00eb QIK-u \u00ebsht\u00eb pasqyra m\u00eb e mir\u00eb e LDK-s\u00eb. N\u00eb secil\u00ebn etap\u00eb kohore dhe n\u00eb secil\u00ebn shoq\u00ebri fusha e informimit dhe ajo e propagand\u00ebs e kan\u00eb rolin prij\u00ebs n\u00eb proceset e brendshme partiake, ose n\u00eb proceset e p\u00ebrmasave nacionale. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb plan QIK-u tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pus t\u00eb fundit, a m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb themi n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mjeruar dhe larg \u00e7do etike profesionale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e politik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb gazetaris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e propagand\u00ebs LDK-ja ka \u00e7aluar m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti, pasi ky sektor ka qen\u00eb hallka m\u00eb e dob\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj partie q\u00eb nga themelimi i saj, dhe nuk arriti t\u00eb konsolidohet kurr\u00eb, madje LDK-ja nuk arriti t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb gazet\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebn, as nj\u00eb radio e televizion. T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb gazete ku e ushtronte ndikimin e saj, ashtu si\u00e7 do t\u2019i duhej t\u00eb kishte edhe nj\u00eb radio e televizion ndoshta do t\u00eb na vinte si nj\u00eb ngush\u00ebllim i mir\u00eb, por gjendja e krijuar brenda LDK-s\u00eb dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha hallkat e organizimit t\u00eb saj na b\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr tu ndjer\u00eb keq, madje shum\u00eb keq.<\/p>\n

Te kryesia qendrore e LDK-s\u00eb sikur duken disa shenja me konotacione t\u00eb nj\u00eb narcisoidi, p\u00ebrndryshe s\u2019ke se si e kupton nj\u00ebfar\u00eb krenarie t\u00eb marr\u00eb, p\u00ebrndryshe s\u2019ka se si t\u00eb ndjehet mir\u00eb kryesia e LDK-s\u00eb me politik\u00ebn drejtuese t\u00eb QIK-ut, ku drejtuesit e saj nuk do t\u00eb lejojn\u00eb publikimet e opinioneve sidomos nga veprimtar\u00ebt shum\u00ebvje\u00e7ar t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb dhe madje sikur \u00ebsht\u00eb e verbuar kjo parti nga vet\u00ebk\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia, pasi n\u00eb QIK, s\u2019ka mbetur gj\u00eb as p\u00ebr t\u2019u krenuar e as p\u00ebr tu lavd\u00ebruar.<\/p>\n

Sot n\u00eb portalin e QIK-ut m\u00eb par\u00eb publikohen shkrimet e autor\u00ebve q\u00eb s\u2019kan\u00eb qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb n\u00eb strukturat e partis\u00eb se sa shkrimet e ndonj\u00eb autori militant n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e LDK-s\u00eb i cili me gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e tij p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndihmuar QIK-ut, nga drejtuesit e tij, ai nuk do t\u00eb gjej streh\u00ebn e LDK-s\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse LDK-ja jo pak \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb streh\u00eb e atyre q\u00eb posedojn\u00eb vila me parat\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal nga rob\u00ebria informuese e ka tkurrur hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn manovruese brenda LDK-s\u00eb sa vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb gjysm\u00eb fjale po ta kritikoje presidentin a dik\u00eb n\u00eb stafin qeveris\u00ebs, QIK-u jo q\u00eb do ta bllokoj, por ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb t\u00eb fut si \u201cperson non grata\u201d dhe t\u00eb mos e shihje m\u00eb lumturin\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend t\u00eb pasur me ndjenja burr\u00ebrie e dashurie.<\/p>\n
