K\u00ebta duan q\u00eb \u00e7do akt t\u00eb padenj\u00eb, akt t\u00eb d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr interesin publik, akt korruptiv t\u00eb na e imponojn\u00eb si \u201cnormalitet\u201d, t\u00eb pranuesh\u00ebm, madje shembull!<\/p>\n<p>Zyrtarisht \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur ministri i Financave dhe p\u00ebrgjigjet e tij meritojn\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigje.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari, ministri ka th\u00ebn\u00eb sot se qeveria i ka besuar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht \u201ckonsulentit\u201d n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb praktik\u00eb. Ky element i ri nuk e zhb\u00ebn skandalin, por n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb d\u00ebshmon p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn totale t\u00eb transparenc\u00ebn n\u00eb \u00e7do hallk\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj praktike. Kurrkush deri m\u00eb sot nuk ka ditur se qeveria paska b\u00ebr\u00eb tender p\u00ebr konsulentin, paska shpallur nj\u00eb fitues dhe se ky paska pasur t\u00eb gjitha atributet q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i ushtroj\u00eb shteti!<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb dyti, ministri ka th\u00ebn\u00eb sot se q\u00ebllimi i qeveris\u00eb paska qen\u00eb kredibiliteti i praktik\u00ebs dhe i fituesit t\u00eb licenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Lotaris\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dy aspekte, duke e dh\u00ebn\u00eb licenc\u00ebn tek nj\u00eb kompani private, duke u interesuar p\u00ebr ndalimin e dep\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb kapitaleve t\u00eb pista!<\/p>\n<p>Madje ministri i ka v\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpara p\u00ebrvojave t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb BE q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lotari e kan\u00eb mbajtur publike, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se bindja e tij ka qen\u00eb q\u00eb lotaria duhet t\u00eb shkonte n\u00eb duart e nj\u00eb kompanie private sepse po t\u00eb mbetej shtet\u00ebrore do kishte akuza p\u00ebr korrupsion.<\/p>\n<p>Logjika e ministrit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht e papranueshme.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb e di q\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb qeveri pa kredibilitet apo me kredibilitet t\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar prej korrupsionit. Por n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend an\u00ebtar t\u00eb NATO-s, kredibiliteti nuk vjen nga administrimi privat i Lotaris\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Skandali d\u00ebshmon se kredibiliteti \u00ebsht\u00eb cenuar edhe me nga nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb e till\u00eb jo transparente dhe korruptive. D\u00ebmi ka dy dit\u00eb q\u00eb konsumohet.<\/p>\n<p>Ne i q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tej bindjes se ky monopol duhet t\u2019i mbetet shtetit duke adresuar qart\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimet prej tij n\u00eb politika sociale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e papranueshme q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimet nga kjo lotari t\u2019i shkojn\u00eb klientit t\u00eb radh\u00ebs s\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, deklarimi i ministrit se p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb pasi kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar shtetin nga p\u00ebrfitimet direkte t\u00eb lotaris\u00eb, nuk ishte prioritet \u00e7mimi, por ndalimi i dep\u00ebrtimit\u00eb t\u00eb kapitaleve t\u00eb pista, \u00ebsht\u00eb skandaloz.<\/p>\n<p>Kuvendi ka miratuar ligje, prej tyre jan\u00eb ngritur agjenci, me taksat e tyre shqiptar\u00ebt paguajn\u00eb k\u00ebto agjenci q\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb shtetin nga dep\u00ebrtimi i parave t\u00eb pista.<\/p>\n<p>Pra qeveria ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb plota ligjore t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb kapitalet e pista dhe natyrisht t\u00eb ftoj\u00eb e t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb kapitalet e pastra si \u00e7mim tregu p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat q\u00eb tregton.<\/p>\n<p>Nga tre mund\u00ebsi, ta mbante lotarin\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore, ta tregtonte licenc\u00ebn n\u00eb vler\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb tregut, ta falte, qeveria zgjodhi ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qerasur klientin e \u201cband\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb interesave\u201d pran\u00eb saj me nj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb monopol q\u00eb kushton deri n\u00eb 100 milion euro.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb dua edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u2019i th\u00ebrras Sali Berish\u00ebs: Anuloje tenderin.
