Deri k\u00ebtu nuk kemi arsye ta penalizojm\u00eb, por maksimumi mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb humor me t\u00eb, me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb \u201cmaster\u201d me \u00e7do kusht.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb vitin 2011, kur Bujar Nishani ishte minist\u00ebr n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb shqiptare, ai ka m\u00ebsuar zyrtarisht se Gjykata e Tiran\u00ebs ka provuar edhe p\u00ebrmes d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve, q\u00eb i bie t\u00eb jen\u00eb shok\u00eb kursi me Bujar Nishanin (n\u00ebse kursi \u00ebsht\u00eb mbledhur ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb), se shtetasi francez q\u00eb kishte regjistruar shkoll\u00ebn e lart\u00eb p\u00ebr studime pasuniversitare pran\u00eb Fakultetit Histori- Filologji, duke p\u00ebrdorur dhe pedagog\u00eb t\u00eb atij fakulteti, ishte thjesht nj\u00eb mashtrim. Gjesti i par\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebnte n\u00eb at\u00eb moment ishte t\u00eb dor\u00ebzonte publikisht masterin e tij fallco s\u00eb bashku me zyrtar\u00ebt e lart\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar, ku ka plot shefa kabinetesh ministrash, deputet\u00eb, etj. Bujar Nishani nuk e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb. Edhe k\u00ebtu mund ta justifikojm\u00eb s\u00ebrish duke b\u00ebr\u00eb humor me t\u00eb, se i vjen turp q\u00eb i shkuan 500 euro d\u00ebm dhe disa dit\u00eb sorollatje derisa ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb at\u00eb cop\u00eb let\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Deri k\u00ebtu ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb viktim\u00eb qesharake p\u00ebr nivelin q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Por, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb Bujar Nishani u votua n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebr President t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, ai paraqiti zyrtarisht para Kuvendit, dhe e ka ende n\u00eb faqen e tij zyrtare, masterin p\u00ebr studime evropiane, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i provuar nga Gjykata e Tiran\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mashtrim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnuar dhe pronari i shkoll\u00ebs fantazm\u00eb. Nga ky moment Bujar Nishani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mashtrues. Ai ka paraqitur me vet\u00ebdije para Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nj\u00eb dokument fallco, q\u00eb identifikohet me grad\u00ebn \u201cmaster\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kemi plot shembuj t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit kur n\u00eb Gjermani dhe Hungari jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb beteja t\u00eb m\u00ebdha publike derisa Presidenti hungarez dhe ministri gjerman i Mbrojtjes u larguan nga detyra p\u00ebr disa paragraf\u00eb plagjiatur\u00eb n\u00eb punimet e tyre shkencore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb qen\u00eb koshient\u00eb, por thjesht viktima t\u00eb ndihm\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre. Bujar Nishani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mashtrues i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb i aft\u00eb nga ana sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore. Ai na ka mashtruar zyrtarisht se ka nj\u00eb master t\u00eb rregullt p\u00ebr studime evropiane, nga nj\u00eb institut fantazm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk duhet t\u00eb tolerohet. E kam t\u00eb qart\u00eb tani si psher\u00ebtijn\u00eb mij\u00ebra shqiptar\u00eb kur d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb nj\u00eb lajm t\u00eb till\u00eb duke folur me vete se ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb qamet i madh. I kam parasysh ata q\u00eb do nxitojn\u00eb t\u00eb thon\u00eb se ky burr\u00eb me mustaqe nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje as kur u varros\u00ebn 26 vet\u00eb n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, as kur shpalli pu\u00e7 shteti m\u00eb 21 Janar dhe as kur u doli n\u00eb krah gardist\u00ebve q\u00eb vran\u00eb demonstruesit e pafajsh\u00ebm. N\u00ebse ai do t\u00eb ishte modeli i tyre n\u00eb jet\u00eb, ata nuk do t\u00eb kishin nevoj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb arsimohen, por me 600 euro mund t\u00eb blinin nj\u00eb master si presidenti yn\u00eb. Nuk duhet ta falim k\u00ebt\u00eb shembull t\u00eb ndyr\u00eb t\u00eb falsitetit dhe mashtrimit. Nuk duhet tu l\u00ebm\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve shqiptar\u00eb nj\u00eb model kaq fyes p\u00ebr d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb diplom\u00eb normale n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Si viktim\u00eb Bujar Nishani mund t\u00eb d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblehet me 600 ose 1 mij\u00eb euro n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb fatur\u00ebs q\u00eb ka paguar, n\u00ebse e ka.
