Shkruan: Shefqet DIBRANI<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb kuadrin e reformave q\u00eb flitet se n\u00eb vjesht\u00ebn e sivjetme do t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb LDK-ja, asaj i duhet t\u00eb merret edhe me shum\u00eb figura t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb parti e q\u00eb prej sa vitesh nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb gjall\u00ebve. N\u00ebse kryesia qendrore ka menduar se p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjall\u00ebt ka koh\u00eb, t\u00eb vdekurit e partis\u00eb jan\u00eb harruar fare, kurse praktika ka d\u00ebshmuar se harresa ka tag\u00ebr t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb plan kjo parti ka paguar tag\u00ebr t\u00eb lart\u00eb pasi \u00e7do mosp\u00ebrfillje, qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb formale iu ka kthyer bumerang\u00eb n\u00eb secil\u00ebn pal\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhjeve. Nuk e di ku \u00ebsht\u00eb defekti i k\u00ebtyre veprimeve, por LDK-ja iu ka borxh moral familjeve t\u00eb intelektual\u00ebve dhe personaliteteve t\u00eb njohura t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dikur i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb em\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj partie.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr t\u2019u reformuar nj\u00eb parti si duhet, asaj i duhet qasje serioze t\u00ebr\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb dhe struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb partis\u00eb. Nj\u00eb rishikim nga vetvetja p\u00ebr t\u2019i par\u00eb l\u00ebshimet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb parti duhet t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, p\u00ebr ndryshe nuk ka kuptim t\u00eb mbahen zgjedhjet partiake pasi LDK-ja duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebsoj reformim rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsor, dhe kjo ngjet vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn \u00be e kryesis\u00eb qendrore do t\u00eb ikin nga kryesia. Po t\u00eb kthehemi te tema ku u nis\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb m\u00ebkatet e kryesis\u00eb qendrore e cila jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb i ka harruar personalitetet e shquara nga mesi i saj, por ajo po b\u00ebn\u00eb gallata me elektoratin e saj dhe Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse i b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb rishikim t\u00ebr\u00eb aktivitetit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb plan, do t\u00eb shohim se kryesia qendrore e LDK-s\u00eb as p\u00ebr s\u00eb af\u00ebrmi nuk i ka kryer obligimet ndaj personaliteteve t\u00eb shquara nga radh\u00ebt e LDK-s\u00eb, pa le t\u00eb mos flasim p\u00ebr kujdesin dhe mir\u00ebsjelljen ndaj familjeve t\u00eb tyre. Dhe njeriu m\u00eb i r\u00ebndomt\u00eb e din se me k\u00ebt\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme, dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb mendjemadh\u00ebsi t\u00eb pa par\u00eb, proceset e reformimit nuk ecin m\u00eb p\u00ebrpara.<\/p>\n

Secili qytetar mund ta kuptoj se kryesia qendrore e LDK-s\u00eb vet\u00ebm sa p\u00ebr poenta politike po e viziton varrin e ish kryetarit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb dhe Presidentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dr. Ibrahim Rugova, por rrall\u00eb na ka r\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb shohim a d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsjellje a vizit\u00eb te varri dhe memoriali i profesor Fehmi Aganit i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb vrar\u00eb nga forcat paramilitare serbe n\u00eb koh\u00eb lufte. Po kjo far\u00eb mosp\u00ebrfillje, dhe kjo prepotenc\u00eb naive e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb LDK-n\u00eb si parti tejet qesharake, pasi her\u00eb pas here mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet Salih \u00c7ekaj, Xhemail Mustafa e Enver Maloku, po m\u00eb pak p\u00ebrmendet Uk\u00eb Bytyqi, Latif Berisha, Smajl Hajdaraj, Shaban Manaj, Ismet Rraci e me dhjet\u00ebra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb as nuk ua dim\u00eb emrat. Nuk ua dim\u00eb emrat pasi LDK-ja vet nuk i ka p\u00ebrmendur kurr\u00eb, sepse duke i kujtuar vet do ta kishte m\u00ebsuar elektoratin dhe Kosova rolin e tyre.<\/p>\n

Po LDK-ja e ka harruar krejt\u00ebsisht pr. dr. Xhavit Ahmeti, akademik\u00ebt Anton \u00c7etta, Dervish Rozhaja e historiani Zekiria Cana dhe nj\u00eb plejad\u00eb veprimtar\u00ebsh e aktivist\u00ebsh t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj partie q\u00eb i takojn\u00eb nivelit lokal, pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebt LDK-ja as q\u00eb do t\u00eb mundte t\u00eb mbetej gjall\u00eb. Por fatkeq\u00ebsisht t\u00eb gjall\u00ebt e LDK-s\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur kufoma n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjer\u00eb keq secili qytetar i Kosov\u00ebs, pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse jan\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb, p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs a kund\u00ebrshtar t\u00eb konceptit politik t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Shikuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi LDK-ja jo q\u00eb nuk i ka respektuar, po madje i ka injoruar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht dhe fare e aspak nuk kan\u00eb ditur t\u00eb sillen edhe me familjar\u00ebt e tyre t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sa do pak do t\u00eb gjenin ngush\u00ebllim n\u00ebse kjo parti n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb eveniment, rast g\u00ebzimi a p\u00ebrvjetor do t\u2019u d\u00ebrgonte ftesa familjar\u00ebve dhe kjo tradit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb zgjerohej dhe t\u00eb praktikohej edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr deg\u00ebt e n\u00ebndeg\u00ebt e partis\u00eb edhe n\u00eb nivelin lokal.<\/p>\n

Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb plan LDK-s\u00eb i duhet koh\u00eb e pun\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u reformuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb parti q\u00eb din ti vler\u00ebson vlerat e luft\u00ebs. Vlerat e mira t\u00eb paraardh\u00ebsve t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Padyshim LDK-ja ka shum\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u reformuar dhe kur do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim t\u00eb men\u00e7ur dhe demokratik mundet vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb Zot ta dij\u00eb, por q\u00eb jan\u00eb irrituar an\u00ebtar\u00ebt dhe elektorati i k\u00ebsaj partie s\u2019ka asnj\u00eb dyshim.<\/p>\n

Gjithsesi LDK-ja, pasi rrihet si nj\u00eb parti e djatht\u00eb q\u00eb anon kah qendra duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e nd\u00ebrgjegjshme ndaj personaliteteve q\u00eb ajo i ka pasur dikur por q\u00eb me kalimin e koh\u00ebs ose kan\u00eb vdekur, ose jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr n\u00ebp\u00ebr proceset q\u00eb po kalon Kosova, nuk i lejon askujt t\u00eb sillet me komoditetin e st\u00ebrngarkuar nga prezantimet dhe paraqitjet publike p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar ndonj\u00eb send, apo thjesht kjo gjendje kaq e dhembshme duhet t\u00eb vazhdoj edhe m\u00eb tej dhe n\u00ebse po kjo parti do ta paguaj tagrin edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, kurse pasojat do t\u2019i bart\u00eb Kosova p\u00ebr vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra, t\u00eb mos themi p\u00ebr shekuj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Personalitetet e LDK-s\u00eb q\u00eb tashm\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb gjall\u00ebve ishin figura t\u00eb njohura p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat jo q\u00eb duhet kujtuar e sh\u00ebnuar por duhet m\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn dhe sakrific\u00ebn e tyre, n\u00ebse me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb LDK-ja mendon t\u00eb stimuloj e cyt brezin e ri q\u00eb t\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb aktiv n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe gjithsesi edhe p\u00ebr veprime politike e partiake n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj partie.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebse mendojm\u00eb pak\u00ebz dhe gjykojm\u00eb me nj\u00eb gjakftoht\u00ebsi e t\u00eb shohim se si LDK-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb sjell me k\u00ebt\u00eb shtres\u00eb qytetare, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk duhet as t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohemi p\u00ebr rrokullisjen tragjike drejt humner\u00ebs sepse t\u00eb mos i respektosh pun\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb ishin para nesh, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb nuk ia din vler\u00ebn t\u00eb tashmes dhe do ta shkat\u00ebrrosh t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n

Kryesia qendrore e LDK-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb e denj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me reforma, duhet t\u00eb tregohet m\u00eb e nd\u00ebrgjegjshme dhe jo kaq naive si \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe si\u00e7 po b\u00ebn\u00eb. N\u00ebse LDK-ja e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u2019i nderon dhe respekton t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00ebt p\u00ebr liri?! At\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t\u2019i pranon humbjet edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb thella dhe ta shuaj ambicien p\u00ebr t\u00eb rikthyer pushtetin.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb shohim, mbase duhet t\u00eb shpresojm\u00eb se kjo parti do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohet e zonja p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me ndryshime, qofshin ato t\u00eb dhembshme, T\u00eb shpresojm\u00eb se n\u00eb k\u00ebshillin e saj t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndryshime n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb interesit nacional… ndoshta LDK-s\u00eb i duhet t\u00eb nis fillin e respektimit diku, dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb le ta b\u00ebj\u00eb s\u00eb pari te ish an\u00ebtar\u00ebt dhe veprimtar\u00ebt e saj.<\/p>\n
