{"id":334,"date":"2009-11-13T01:26:13","date_gmt":"2009-11-13T00:26:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fjala.shkoder.net\/?p=334"},"modified":"2009-11-13T01:26:13","modified_gmt":"2009-11-13T00:26:13","slug":"rruga-e-kombit-gezimi-qe-na-ngriu-ne-buze","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2009-2015\/rruga-e-kombit-gezimi-qe-na-ngriu-ne-buze\/","title":{"rendered":"Rruga e Kombit, g\u00ebzimi q\u00eb na ngriu n\u00eb buz\u00eb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Namik Dokle<\/strong>, <em>12.11.2009<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Interesimi i deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb grupit socialist, pran\u00eb autoriteteve nd\u00ebrtuese t\u00eb tunelit Thirr\u00eb-Kalimash dhe informacioni sado i kufizuar q\u00eb ata mor\u00ebn n\u00eb terren, v\u00ebrteton dhe konfirmon edhe m\u00eb qart\u00eb, at\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim q\u00eb opozita e ka ngritur q\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb her\u00ebs, se ky arter i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebt:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nisi mbar\u00eb si rrug\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe u shnd\u00ebrrua p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq n\u00eb rrug\u00eb elektorale.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nisi mbar\u00eb si projekti i shekullit, dhe u shnd\u00ebrrua p\u00ebr turp n\u00eb korrupsion t\u00eb shekullit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nisi shkenc\u00ebrisht me teknologji moderne dhe u godit nga parametrat e shkelur politikisht dhe arbitrarisht nga megalomania e ecjes s\u00eb shpejt\u00eb se koha, politika n\u00eb plan t\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto shkelje, b\u00ebn q\u00eb g\u00ebzimi i mbar\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr hapjen e k\u00ebsaj rruge t\u00eb ngrij\u00eb n\u00eb buz\u00eb nga mbyllja e saj kur ende atje val\u00ebviten flamuj t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs elektorale.<\/p>\n<p>Shembja e tunelit t\u00eb Kalimashit, nuk erdhi nga presionet radiale, por nga presionet qeveritare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb mbi rregullat e teknologjis\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore.<\/p>\n<p>Shembja e tunelit t\u00eb Kalimashit, nuk erdhi nga strukturat e dob\u00ebta shk\u00ebmbore, por nga strukturat shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb p\u00ebr shkenc\u00eb njohin fjalimet e Kryeministrit, p\u00ebr teknologji njohin premtimet elektorale t\u00eb tij dhe p\u00ebr koh\u00eb e mas\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimesh n\u00eb tunel njohin shp\u00ebrthimet mitingashe t\u00eb Kryeministrit&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ne ishim atje p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar transparenc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjen, n\u00ebse 5 verbanak\u00eb t\u00eb zyrave komunar\u00eb t\u00eb Fanit, nuk duan t\u00eb din\u00eb asgj\u00eb, 5 milion shqiptar\u00eb, k\u00ebtu dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duan t\u00eb din\u00eb pse u mbyll rruga, pse u mashtrua me inaugurimet elektorale dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha dhe m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, kur do t\u00eb hapet p\u00ebrfundimisht dhe normalisht kjo rrug\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt duan t\u00eb din\u00eb koston e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj rruge, dhe t\u00eb mos konfuzohen nga shifra gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb jep treshja &#8220;Babeshi&#8221; (Basha-Berisha-Olldashi).<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt duan t\u00eb din\u00eb se sa para t\u00eb tjera do t\u00eb paguhen nga xhepi i tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbyllur shembjen e tunelit dhe kush do t&#8217;i paguaj ato, qeveria, firma nd\u00ebrtuese nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, apo shkrepat e Thirr\u00ebs?!<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt duan t\u00eb din\u00eb, se pse nuk paguhen dhe kur do t\u00eb paguhen firmat shqiptare, p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt e mbaruara n\u00eb at\u00eb rrug\u00eb.
