P\u00ebr shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt s\u00ebmundjen e shikojn\u00eb si fatkeq\u00ebsi dhe t\u00eb s\u00ebmurin si njeri q\u00eb duhet m\u00ebshiruar, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tem\u00eb e rrezikshme, pasi gjith\u00eb problemet q\u00eb ka profili i tij si zyrtar i em\u00ebruar rrezikohen nga m\u00ebshira q\u00eb ngjallet p\u00ebr njeriun e s\u00ebmur\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gar\u00ebn elektorale t\u00eb vitit 1994, kur Miteran nuk garonte m\u00eb, rreziku m\u00eb i madh p\u00ebr Shirakun ishte m\u00ebshira q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit po ndjenin p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundjen e ish presidentit dhe rrezikun q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb ta konvertonin n\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe vota p\u00ebr pasardh\u00ebsin e tij socialist. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn situat\u00eb, s\u00ebmundja problematike e presidentit t\u00eb votuar Nishani po trajtohet si nj\u00eb problem p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin jo vet\u00ebm duhet m\u00ebshiruar Nishani, por gjith\u00eb e shkuara e tij aspak politike n\u00eb krye t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb PD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt ne ende nuk kemi kartel\u00ebn klinike t\u00eb Bujar Nishanit dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb turp q\u00eb mbahet fshehur, por ne kemi n\u00eb dor\u00eb kartel\u00ebn e politikanit Bujar Nishani, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbushur me rekorde t\u00eb zeza. Bujar Nishani si Minist\u00ebr i Brendsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb theu progresin q\u00eb u sh\u00ebnua n\u00eb dy vitet e para t\u00eb ardhjes n\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr disa bandave t\u00eb lidhura me politik\u00ebn dhe krimit t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs. Me ardhjen e Bujar Nishanit Minist\u00ebr i Brendsh\u00ebm filloi faza e lul\u00ebzimit t\u00eb bandave t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb lidhura me pushtetin e ri, dhe kriminalizimit t\u00eb policis\u00eb. Statistikat tregojn\u00eb se krimi n\u00ebn drejtimin e tij u rrit ndjesh\u00ebm, vrasjet kaluan kufij historik\u00eb dhe korrupsioni n\u00eb polici arriti majat e veta. A \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb Bujar Nishani? Jo drejtp\u00ebrdrejt, por m\u00eb keq se kaq.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ai u \u00e7ua Minist\u00ebr i Brendsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos pasur Minist\u00ebr t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm<\/strong> dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb problem i madh i tij, q\u00eb na b\u00ebn t\u00eb dyshojm\u00eb pse u zgjodh dhe president. Mbaj mend se kur u prezantua, Agron Kuli\u00e7i e kishte bezdi t\u2019i shkonte dhe n\u00eb ceremoni dhe askush nuk e merrte dhe nuk e mori seriozisht. Natyrisht as kriminel\u00ebt, q\u00eb ky nisej t\u2019i arrestonte, dhe ata i arrestonin polic\u00ebt. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin rekord t\u00eb zi sh\u00ebnoi dhe n\u00eb Ministri t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Ai i hapi rrug\u00eb pa fund konflikteve mes institucioneve dhe konsolidoi praktikat korruptive t\u00eb gjith\u00eb institucioneve q\u00eb vareshin prej tij, ve\u00e7mas hipotekave, dhe kthimit t\u00eb gjykatave n\u00eb reparte ushtarake t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb p\u00ebrmes rolit t\u00eb kancelarit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse ka nj\u00eb fjali q\u00eb portretizon vlerat e tij politike, \u00ebsht\u00eb <strong>aft\u00ebsia e tij p\u00ebr t\u2019i hapur rrug\u00eb \u00e7do t\u00eb keqe<\/strong>, n\u00eb \u00e7do pozicion q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe duke par\u00eb me meskinitet ato pun\u00ebt e veta, shumic\u00ebn e t\u00eb cilave ia rregullon rrethi familjar. T\u00eb vetmet mbledhje autoritare t\u00eb Nishanit vart\u00ebsit e tij kujtojn\u00eb kur i th\u00ebrriste n\u00eb dhjet\u00eb t\u00eb nat\u00ebs n\u00eb zyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer pronat e gruas s\u00eb tij, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb mir\u00eb i ka marr\u00eb. P\u00ebr asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ky njeri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb penges\u00eb n\u00eb ato ministri q\u00eb ka drejtuar, as p\u00ebr kriminel\u00ebt, as p\u00ebr hajdut\u00ebt, as korrupsionin dhe as p\u00ebr vrasjet q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit kur ai \u00ebsht\u00eb Minist\u00ebr i Brendsh\u00ebm kan\u00eb arritur rekord historik.<\/p>\n<p>Ky begraund i err\u00ebt e tij si zyrtar n\u00eb pushtet n\u00eb majat e politik\u00ebs, po fshihet dhe po mbulohet nga nj\u00eb an\u00eb me faktin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb, por do sh\u00ebrohet pas 1 viti e gjysm\u00eb (\u00e7udi sa t\u00eb sakt\u00eb e paskan dat\u00ebn e skadenc\u00ebs s\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes) dhe me faktin q\u00eb nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb d\u00ebm se nuk ia ka prishur qejfin njeriu. N\u00eb fakt k\u00ebto jan\u00eb dy arsye perse nj\u00eb njeri duhet t\u00eb stopohet n\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e tij dhe jo pse duhet t\u00eb lart\u00ebsohet.<\/p>\n<p>Presidenti Barroso n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e tij drejtuar Nishanit duket se shpreson q\u00eb ky t\u00eb ndal\u00eb revanshin e Berish\u00ebs ndaj gjyq\u00ebsorit dhe t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb klim\u00eb pajtimi politik. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mision i pamundur. P\u00ebr gjith\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb andej nga vjen, e p\u00ebr aq sa ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb, ky njeri nuk b\u00ebn asgj\u00eb, por i hap rrug\u00eb \u00e7do t\u00eb keqe me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn p\u00ebrballet. As mos tu shkoj\u00eb mendja se ky i ndal rrug\u00ebn Sali Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar Ina Ram\u00ebn me nj\u00eb \u201cArgit\u00eb\u201d Konti, q\u00eb nuk varros \u00e7do dosje q\u00eb ka tronditur shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare p\u00ebr lidhje t\u00eb politik\u00ebs me krimin dhe q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebn dot asnj\u00eb hap p\u00ebr pajtimin politik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, pasi as di, as do, as mund.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht e shkuara e tij e palavdishme n\u00eb krye t\u00eb institucioneve t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar q\u00eb po shmanget, duke u p\u00ebrqendruar tek fakti q\u00eb ai \u00ebsht\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohet pas nj\u00eb viti e gjysm\u00eb. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se i s\u00ebmur\u00eb. Ai ka nj\u00eb dosje t\u00eb mbushur me paaft\u00ebsi si politikan dhe drejtues shteti, me nepotiz\u00ebm dhe klienteliz\u00ebm familjar e deri me detaje t\u00eb paqarta t\u00eb pasurimit t\u00eb tij, ashtu heshturazi duke buz\u00ebqeshur n\u00ebn mustaqe.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebshira p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundjen, e cila po paraqitet si nj\u00eb arsye p\u00ebr t\u00eb anashkaluar s\u00ebmundjet e tjera politike t\u00eb tij, nuk duhet t\u00eb na g\u00ebnjej\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebt ka spitale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb paaft\u00ebt ka vende t\u00eb tjera pune, kurse p\u00ebr manekin\u00ebt ka vend vet\u00ebm n\u00eb teatro. Edhe pse ai nuk e beson as vet\u00eb, por duhet t\u2019u kujtoj\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb votuar me 73 vota p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shtetit, edhe si s\u00ebmur\u00eb, edhe si i paaft\u00eb, edhe pa nj\u00eb histori shtetari t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm.
