Procesi i zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit dhe vullneti i opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr tu p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb e l\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb zbuluar planin e qart\u00eb t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta injoruar rekomandimin e Evrop\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr ta zgjeruar rrethin e votimit p\u00ebrtej 73 votave t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shantazhi n\u00eb dukje i Ilir Met\u00ebs u kompensua sipas disa deputet\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb me nj\u00eb superkoncension p\u00ebr marrjen e Albpetrolit, nd\u00ebrsa klient\u00eb mafioz\u00eb t\u00eb tij, q\u00eb i kan\u00eb shtetit deri 100 milion\u00eb euro borxh, jan\u00eb amnistuar me vendime formale gjykatash duke marr\u00eb shtetin peng. Pas gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb se mori presidenc\u00ebn, por humbi gjith\u00eb shanset q\u00eb t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb statusin e vendit kandidat, n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces ku p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia ishte t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht e tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte e vetmja rrug\u00eb q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrpara Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb sabotimi i rekomandimeve t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb reform\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb zgjedhore, nj\u00eb reform\u00eb parlamentare dhe heqjen e imuniteteve. Edhe pse nuk dua t\u00eb b\u00ebj kasandr\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, shihet qart\u00eb se ai do ta degradoj\u00eb debatin p\u00ebr reform\u00ebn zgjedhore n\u00eb y\u00e7kla t\u00eb vogla dhe meskinitete duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb panevojshme p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn, bile stresuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Ai do t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb simbolikisht Ristanin p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar opozit\u00ebn dhe do t\u00eb sabotoj\u00eb me ndihm\u00ebn e diplomat\u00ebve q\u00eb ka n\u00eb xhep n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, kontrollin elektronik t\u00eb votuesve dhe num\u00ebrimin elektronik t\u00eb votave q\u00eb jan\u00eb vendimtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur votimin familjar dhe mbushjen e kutive gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu reforma e imunitetit do t\u00eb vonoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb ndryshimin e kryeprokurores. Nj\u00eb heqje e menj\u00ebhershme e imunitetit me k\u00ebt\u00eb kryeprokurore, s\u00eb paku Fatmir Mediun e \u00e7on n\u00eb qeli dhe bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb mund t\u00eb rihapet historia e rolit t\u00eb djalit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb bizneset e fishek\u00ebve n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec dhe Rinas. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb as reforma p\u00ebr imunitetin nuk ka p\u00ebr tu mbyllur pa ikur Ina Rama, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin Presidenti Nishani premtoi se e ka n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Reforma parlamentare po ashtu do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb problem m\u00eb vete pasi zonja Topalli ndjehet e p\u00ebrjashtuar nga partia e saj, duke u p\u00ebrjashtuar nga gara p\u00ebr presidente sikur t\u00eb ishte bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtore sigurimi dhe jo bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtore e ngusht\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs. Klani Meta- Basha diktoi p\u00ebrjashtimin e saj dhe nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb siguroi nj\u00eb llokm\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga pasuria komb\u00ebtare si shp\u00ebrblim p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar nj\u00eb eunuk n\u00eb Presidenc\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana Berisha as q\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb hapa p\u00ebrpara p\u00ebr k\u00ebto reforma, s\u00eb paku n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sezon parlamentar. Humbja e statusit t\u00eb vendit kandidat p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar n\u00eb BE \u00ebsht\u00eb gati e sigurt, ose minimumi mund t\u00eb jepet nj\u00eb status i kusht\u00ebzuar me zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme. N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana Berisha m\u00eb mir\u00eb preferon nj\u00eb zvarritje t\u00eb reformave dhe ringjallje t\u00eb retorik\u00ebs antipozitare se sa hapa gjysmak\u00eb p\u00ebrpara, q\u00eb i hapin m\u00eb shum\u00eb telashe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n<p>Izolimi i tij pas zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit, p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimi i kriz\u00ebs ekonomike, detyrimi i tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb toleruar biznesmen\u00eb mafioz\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i kan\u00eb borxhe shtetit shqiptar sa gjysma e borxheve q\u00eb shteti u ka biznesmen\u00ebve t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve, dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha pritshm\u00ebria q\u00eb Berisha t\u00eb marr\u00eb gjith\u00eb pushtetet mbi drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, KLD, Prokurorin\u00eb dhe gjykatat, e b\u00ebjn\u00eb marrjen e statusit nj\u00eb mision t\u00eb pamundur p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Dhe n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla Berisha natyrisht \u00ebsht\u00eb i interesuar ta largoj\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb at\u00eb dit\u00eb, duke hapur polemika shterp me opozit\u00ebn se sa t\u2019i futet detit me k\u00ebmb\u00eb e ta \u00e7oj\u00eb vendin drejt Brukselit, duke u detyruar t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohet pak nga pak n\u00eb spiralen e kushteve t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtet juridik dhe republik\u00eb parlamentare.<\/p>\n<p>Sot Sali Berisha ka presidentin, i cili premtoi se do t\u00eb konsultohet me shumic\u00ebn p\u00ebr kryeprokuroren dhe pasardh\u00ebsin e saj, ka gati shumic\u00ebn n\u00eb KLD dhe em\u00ebrimin e gjykat\u00ebsve t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb presin n\u00eb radh\u00eb, ka gati kontrollin mbi Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese dhe Sh\u00ebrbimin Informativ Komb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin mund t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt dhe me SHBA. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto pushtete natyrisht e b\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb pad\u00ebshiruar n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, dhe ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i shqet\u00ebsuar.
