Nj\u00eb premtim i till\u00eb ishte n\u00eb rezonanc\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb me frym\u00ebn antikomuniste q\u00eb mbizot\u00ebronte aso kohe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb mbar\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Lindore, ku, duke filluar nga Gjermania, po b\u00ebheshin hapat e par\u00eb p\u00ebr hapjen e dosjeve t\u00eb policive sekrete t\u00eb regjimeve komuniste.<\/p>\n<p>Por fill pasi erdhi n\u00eb pushtet, \u201canti-komunisti\u201d Berisha e harroi premtimin e tij t\u00eb bujsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar moshapjen e dosjeve t\u00eb sigurimit, ai prodhoi sloganin e famsh\u00ebm \u201cBashk\u00ebfajtor\u00eb dhe bashk\u00ebvuajt\u00ebs\u201d. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, duke pasur n\u00eb kontroll t\u00eb plot\u00eb SHIK-un, Berisha kishte akses t\u00eb pakufizuar n\u00eb dosjet sekrete t\u00eb Sigurimit, me t\u00eb cilat kishte mund\u00ebsi t\u2019u b\u00ebnte shantazh si kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve, ashtu edhe vart\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n<p>I pari nd\u00ebr vart\u00ebsit q\u00eb duket se u b\u00eb pre e shantazhit t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs ishte Artan Hoxha, kandidati presidencial q\u00eb mori 40 firma t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes p\u00ebr t\u2019u votuar si president dhe q\u00eb u t\u00ebrhoq disa or\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb. Por n\u00eb vitin e larg\u00ebt 1993, Hoxha nuk ishte kandidat presidencial, ishte thjesht nj\u00eb minist\u00ebr i qeveris\u00eb Meksi. Dhe n\u00eb fund t\u00eb atij viti, ai dha dor\u00ebheqjen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb papritur.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb spekuluar n\u00ebn z\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb dor\u00ebheqje, por deri dje, askush nuk kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb aludim publik. Heshtjen e theu m\u00eb s\u00eb fundi Mustafa Nano n\u00eb Top Channel, kur tha: \u201cBerisha, n\u00eb vitin 1993 a 1994, ka dashur ta shkarkoj\u00eb [Artan Hoxh\u00ebn] p\u00ebr lidhjet e tij me Sigurimin e Shtetit t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb koh\u00eb pas kohe. Kjo mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb gjepur, a shpifje, por kandidati presidencial Hoxha duhet ta sqaroj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes nuk m\u00eb shqet\u00ebson fakti q\u00eb Artani ka qen\u00eb spiun i Sigurimit; nuk kam qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb i interesuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb tilla gj\u00ebra. M\u00eb shqet\u00ebson vet\u00ebm fakti q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb President t\u00eb shantazhuesh\u00ebm.\u201d Nd\u00ebrsa Gazeta Shqiptare raportonte t\u00eb mart\u00ebn se Berisha ka deklaruar n\u00eb mbledhjen grupit parlamentar t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb se \u201cKemi informacion q\u00eb kur ka qen\u00eb 17-18 vje\u00e7, ai [Artan Hoxha] ka shk\u00ebmbyer informacion me nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb ish- Sigurimit t\u00eb Shtetit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rasti \u201cArtan Hoxha\u201d duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti m\u00eb spektakolar i loj\u00ebs berishiane me dosjet e informator\u00ebve t\u00eb fam\u00ebkeqit Sigurim. N\u00eb vitin 1993, Hoxha mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb shantazhuar nga Berisha p\u00ebr t\u2019u larguar nga qeveria, sepse nuk po i sh\u00ebrbente atij, dhe n\u00eb vitin 2012 mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb shantazhuar p\u00ebr t\u2019u futur n\u00eb Presidenc\u00eb, sepse po i sh\u00ebrbente Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 rastit t\u00eb Artan Hoxh\u00ebs, me dhjet\u00ebra mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb rastet (t\u00eb p\u00ebrfolura e t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfolura) e njer\u00ebzve publik\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb shantazhuar nga Berisha me dosjet e Sigurimit t\u00eb Shtetit. Dhe ai mund ta vazhdoj\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb koh\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb loj\u00eb, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se dikush nuk ia rrit koston politike asaj.<\/p>\n<p>FRD-ja, fill pas themelimit, publikoi nj\u00eb nism\u00eb p\u00ebr prezantimin n\u00eb Kuvend t\u00eb nj\u00eb projektligji p\u00ebr lustracionin, i cili, n\u00ebse aprovohet, do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb akses publik t\u00eb dosjeve t\u00eb Sigurimit, t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me at\u00eb t\u00eb dosjeve t\u00eb STASI-t t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb Lindore. Duke presupozuar se projektligji i propozuar nga FRD-ja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrputhje me konventat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mbi t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, mund t\u00eb thuhet pa frik\u00eb se moskalimi i tij n\u00eb Kuvend apo mosdekretimi nga presidenti i em\u00ebruar nga Berisha, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte nj\u00eb kosto jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl politike p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit. Sepse nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e elektoratit t\u00eb djatht\u00eb tradicional mund ta d\u00ebnoj\u00eb me vot\u00eb PD-n\u00eb p\u00ebr moshapjen e dosjeve t\u00eb fam\u00ebkeqit Sigurim\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Koha ka ardhur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb se ka kaluar, q\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do figur\u00eb publike ta dim\u00eb n\u00ebse ka qen\u00eb informator i Sigurimit dhe n\u00ebse sa ka shkat\u00ebrruar jet\u00ebn e dikujt, duke e \u00e7uar n\u00eb burg apo internim.
