Presidenti i ri u zgjodh, ashtu si\u00e7 edhe pritej dhe si\u00e7 nuk mund t\u00eb ndodhte ndryshe, p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb pazari. N\u00eb fakt, n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn politike u thon\u00eb negociata, por n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri k\u00ebto jan\u00eb thjesht\u00eb pazare, pasi kan\u00eb brenda matrapazll\u00ebqe ku vota shk\u00ebmbehet me para t\u00eb thata ose me koncensione ekonomike. Dhe pazari k\u00ebsaj radhe, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se mes dy pal\u00ebve ishte brenda pal\u00ebs, pra brenda mazhoranc\u00ebs. Meta, pasi kapi pozicionin e t\u00eb moderuarit dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoi Berish\u00ebn se nuk do t\u00eb votonte asnj\u00eb kandidat t\u00eb nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm dhe politik, pasi mbylli nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb mir\u00eb, dit\u00ebn e fundit tha se do t\u00eb votojm\u00eb sipas kushtetut\u00ebs, duke respektuar marr\u00ebveshjen me 2009-\u00ebs me Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa opozita nuk qe n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb asnj\u00eb lloj impakti. Dhe ky sistem nuk mund t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kryetar shteti ve\u00e7 k\u00ebt\u00eb. Edhe presidenti Topi erdhi n\u00eb fron po p\u00ebrmes pazareve. Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr votash t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr ta votuar, nuk u blen\u00eb me koncensione por past\u00ebr fare, me para n\u00eb dor\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ky mekaniz\u00ebm do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb shetar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Edhe socialist\u00ebt kur t\u00eb vijn\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb do ta zgjedhin presidentin e tyre. Do t\u00eb ishte naivitet i madh t\u00eb pretendonim q\u00eb Sali Berisha, ne em\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cpaqtimit\u201d politik do t\u00eb pranonte q\u00eb president t\u00eb b\u00ebhej nj\u00eb nga opozita. Dhe po ashtu, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb naivitet q\u00eb t\u00eb besojm\u00eb se kur PS t\u00eb vij\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet do ti thot\u00eb Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb opozit\u00eb q\u00eb presidentin zgjedh\u00eb ai. Por le t\u00eb kthehemi tek zgjedhja e Nishanit. P\u00ebrse duhet dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb duhet kontestuar zgjedhja e zotit Nishani n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shtetit? Opozita ka mbledhur ca defter\u00eb dhe b\u00ebn llogarit\u00eb se n\u00eb \u00e7or\u00eb filloi seanca e kur erdhi Jozefina Topalli n\u00eb sall\u00eb, apo kur e paraqiti k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn n\u00eb komisionin e ligjeve Nishani, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur element\u00eb antikushteutes t\u00eb procesit. Por para se t\u00eb b\u00ebhen llogarit\u00eb se kur e hapi Jozefina der\u00ebn e parlamentit, kontestimet ndaj Nishanit duhen k\u00ebrkuar n\u00eb t\u00eb tjera drejtime. Dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar ket\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb parantez\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb presidenti p\u00ebr politik\u00ebn shqiptare? Gjat\u00eb \u201cfushat\u00ebs\u201d, t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb theksonin se na duhet nj\u00eb president mbi pal\u00ebt, as i majt\u00eb e as i djatht\u00eb, as i tyre e as i yni. Duke e konceptuar politik\u00ebn si ndeshje, si luft\u00eb, partit\u00eb tona k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb arbit\u00ebr, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb kur ato t\u00eb grinden e shahen mes tyre, Ai, t\u00eb jet\u00eb i paansh\u00ebm. Kur politikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb shahen mbar\u00eb e prap\u00eb, Ai s\u00ebrish t\u00eb jet\u00eb i drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se kush ishte shkaktari i sherrit. Por presidenti yn\u00eb, para se t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb i pansh\u00ebm mes polikan\u00ebve misterc\u00eb e sherrxhinj, apo nj\u00eb qokaxhi q\u00eb t\u00eb pres\u00eb e p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb mysafir\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb Kryetari i Shtetit, \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb komandon drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb kreu i KLD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb firmos p\u00ebr em\u00ebrimet dhe shkarkimet e gjykat\u00ebsve e prokuror\u00ebve, njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb shtetin dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb. Ai do t\u00eb jet\u00eb timonieri i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, sektorit m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb shtetit i cili aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i korruptuari n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Drejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb sot n\u00eb gjendjen m\u00eb skandaloze t\u00eb mund\u00ebshme dhe shkaktare e shum\u00eb problemeve me pasoja jo vet\u00ebm mbi qytetarin e thjesht\u00eb por deri edhe mbi vet\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore. Iu referova pik\u00ebrisht drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb sepse n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku qytetari i thjesht\u00eb nuk e gjen drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku asnj\u00eb zyrtar i lart\u00eb nuk nd\u00ebshkohet edhe kur kapet me thes k\u00eb krah, nuk mund t\u00eb flas\u00ebsh as p\u00ebr demokraci e as p\u00ebr standarte t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n

Informacionet konfidenciale flasin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb merkato n\u00eb em\u00ebrimet e gjykat\u00ebsve dhe prokuror\u00ebve. Informacionet konfidenciale flasin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ushtri sekser\u00ebsh q\u00eb kontrollojn\u00eb \u201cpolitik\u00ebn e kuadrit\u201d n\u00eb sistemin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Nj\u00eb trup\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb na tha n\u00eb mes t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, se njeriu q\u00eb ju shikoni doke folur p\u00ebr miliona Euro me vart\u00ebsin e tij, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb q\u00eb duket, por ai q\u00eb mendojm\u00eb ne.<\/p>\n

Dhe ky presidenti q\u00eb sulmohet se na q\u00ebnk\u00ebrk\u00ebsh i \u201cdrejt\u00eb dhe jo pal\u00eb me qeverin\u00eb\u201d, nuk mori vesh \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhi. Sistemi gjyq\u00ebsor sot \u00ebsht\u00eb degjeneruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarje t\u00eb madhe fitimprur\u00ebse. N\u00ebse shkohet, s\u00eb paku, n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Tiran\u00ebs do t\u00eb gjesh mij\u00ebra dosje me padi t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb ndaj kompanive t\u00eb sigurimeve(atyre q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin n\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb fushatat e partive), p\u00ebr mospagim d\u00ebmi, apo sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb tjera, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb nga 5-6 vjet q\u00eb nuk shqyrtohen sepse gjykat\u00ebsit mbajn\u00eb an\u00ebn e kompanive, t\u00eb cilat padyshim q\u00eb i paguajn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Fier, nj\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs rr\u00ebzon vendimin e form\u00ebs s\u00eb prer\u00eb t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Italiane duke refuzuar ekstradimin e nj\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnuari p\u00ebr trafik drogash dhe nuk i hyn asnj\u00eb gjemb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb. Neve na duhet nj\u00eb kryetar shteti q\u00eb tu dal\u00eb p\u00ebr zot halleve t\u00eb shtetit dhe ky vend nuk ka hall m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se mosfunksionimi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.
