Prandaj Kosova veriore dhe ajo Lindore jan\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb trungu. Nuk duhet t&#8217;i shk\u00ebmbejm\u00eb k\u00ebto dy hap\u00ebsira, jo vet\u00ebm si pjes\u00eb tok\u00ebsore, por nuk duhet t&#8217;i nd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb as popullat\u00ebn q\u00eb jeton n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy an\u00eb. Shqiptar\u00ebt dhe Serb\u00ebt kurdoher\u00eb do t\u00eb duhen t\u00eb ulen dhe mbyllin periudh\u00ebn m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb shekull. Ku n\u00eb mes t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy popujve ka mbret\u00ebruar nj\u00eb raport armiq\u00ebsie dhe lufte, q\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk u shpall si e till\u00eb, por duhet mbyllur me nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje.<\/p>\n<p>Bisedimet n\u00eb mes Prishtin\u00ebs dhe Beogradit do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb normalizoheshin si dy popuj m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj n\u00eb num\u00ebr n\u00eb k\u00ebto hap\u00ebsira. Nuk mund t\u00eb pretendohet se k\u00ebto bisedime do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb shum\u00eb leht\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr do t\u00eb mbyllen me sukses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse Veriun e do Serbia dhe Kosova pajtohet q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb veriut t\u00eb marr\u00eb Preshev\u00ebn, at\u00ebher\u00eb Kosova nuk ka fituar asgj\u00eb sepse po jep di\u00e7ka, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb trupit p\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb po ashtu q\u00eb ishte dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb si pjes\u00eb trupit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar. N\u00ebse Kosova shk\u00ebmben veriun, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb territorit q\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ishte e banuar me shumic\u00eb serbe. Kurse Presheva ishte me shumic\u00eb mbi 90% e banuar me shqiptar\u00eb. Kosova n\u00ebse e humb\u00eb veriun nuk ka as mund\u00ebsi, e as arsye t\u00eb jet\u00eb shtet. Por, gjymtimi i Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebshtu dhe do t\u00eb pushoj\u00eb arsyeja q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm njohje t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb q\u00eb askush nuk duhet ta d\u00ebshiroj\u00eb, si shp\u00ebtim \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm kjo pjes\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb bashkohet me m\u00ebm\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebri. Serbia do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte t\u00ebr\u00eb veriun e Kosov\u00ebs bile edhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb rajonit t\u00eb Anamorav\u00ebs. Serbis\u00eb do t&#8217;i konvenonte pasi mendon q\u00eb nuk do ti shk\u00ebputet shum\u00eb territor sa ta hendikepoj\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb. Serbia shk\u00ebmbim do t\u00eb mendonte q\u00eb p\u00ebr veriun e Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb jep\u00eb vet\u00ebm Komun\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs. Mendohet q\u00eb autostrada dhe vija hekurudhore Beograd-Nish-Shkup-Athin\u00eb, i quajtur Kooridorit 10 prap do t\u00eb mbetet n\u00ebn kontrollin e Serbis\u00eb edhe pse popullata \u00ebsht\u00eb shumic\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebp\u00ebr territorin e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Bujanocit dhe Preshev\u00ebs, kalon hekurudha nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe autostrada q\u00eb lidh Evrop\u00ebn me Azin\u00eb. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb Serbia do t&#8217;i heq\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt qafe dhe pa futur n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim territorin e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Bujanocit, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi qytetin e Vranj\u00ebs dhe Medvegj\u00ebn shum\u00eb af\u00ebr dhe kufizohet me Komun\u00ebn e Leskocit. Pra k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Serbia ta marr\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb veriun af\u00ebr 30% t\u00eb territorit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ky shk\u00ebmbim do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb akt vet\u00eb-vetiu, do ta shpall\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin e Kosov\u00ebs si nj\u00eb plan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs. Kosova juridikisht dhe faktikisht nuk do t\u00eb mund\u00eb t\u00eb funksiononte pa veriun e saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse thuhet se p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnjen e veriut do t\u00eb merr kompenzim Preshev\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb jo e drejt\u00eb. Se Presheva do t\u00eb mbetet nj\u00eb qytet i ndar\u00eb dhe totalisht jashta funksionimit. Prandaj n\u00ebse flasim edhe p\u00ebr form\u00ebn e shk\u00ebmbimit q\u00eb popullata shqiptare q\u00eb jeton n\u00eb Serbi me nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb dy anshme dhe t\u00eb mbikqyrur t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb apo n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Po ashtu edhe kjo do t\u00eb ishte e d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt. Ne nuk duhet t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb pasi Prokupla, Kurshumlija, Nishi, Vranja ishin territore dhe popullata e saj ishte shqiptare. Neve shqiptar\u00ebve nuk na konvenon n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb me serb\u00ebt t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbejm\u00eb popullat\u00ebn apo Kosov\u00ebn veriore me Preshev\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Shk\u00ebmbimi q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb serb\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs me nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb dyanshme dhe t\u00eb mbikqyrur t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi. Dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Serbi t\u00eb b\u00ebhen banor\u00eb t\u00eb saj. Kjo form\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbehet popullata po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb e favorshme vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Republik\u00ebn e Serbis\u00eb pasi do ti ruante\u00a0 &#8220;territoret e veta\u2019\u2019. Mbi t\u00eb gjitha kjo do t\u00eb prodhonte efekt tep\u00ebr t\u00eb pad\u00ebshirueshme n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha hap\u00ebsirat e dikurshme t\u00eb ish-jugosllavis\u00eb. Do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet rishkruarja, ridefinimi i kufijve etnik\u00eb, sidomos n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb, Kroaci dhe Mal\u00eb t\u00eb zi, kurse Maqedonia si popull\u00eb dhe shtet\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar me direktiva t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Komunist\u00eb t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb do t\u00eb shpartallohej dhe fshihej prej gjeografis\u00eb.<br \/>\nBisedimet duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohen n\u00eb aspektin tekniko-praktike lidhur me dokumentacionin, t\u00eb pagjeturit q\u00eb jan\u00eb 1862 ende n\u00eb Serbi.Ve\u00e7mas p\u00ebr reciprocitetin q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ato t\u00eb drejta q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke i g\u00ebzuar serb\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs minimun t&#8217;i g\u00ebzojn edhe shqiptar\u00ebt jo vet\u00ebm nga Komuna e Medvegj\u00ebs, Bujanocit dhe Preshev\u00ebs por edhe nga t\u00ebr\u00eb Serbia.<\/p>\n<p>Duke marr\u00eb parasysh edhe shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra, pala Kosovare duhet t&#8217;i marrin shum\u00eb seriozisht k\u00ebto bisedime dhe t\u00eb pregaditemi duke u konsultuar edhe me dy akademit\u00eb tona dhe me politik\u00ebn dhe diplomacin shqiptare.
