Mir\u00ebpo mu ku ndahet rruga kryesore n\u00eb t\u00eb dal\u00eb t\u00eb Fierit, ku i ngjitesh t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjet\u00ebs p\u00ebr n\u00eb Ballsh, mikrobusi yn\u00eb ngadal\u00ebsoi shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr disa \u00e7aste dhe papritmas d\u00ebgjova nj\u00eb ul\u00ebrim\u00eb. Nj\u00eb prej grave britanike po tregonte di\u00e7ka me dor\u00eb dhe u thoshte t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve \u201cO Zot paskemi ardhur n\u00eb Mesjet\u00eb\u201d. Duke ndjekur shikimin e \u00e7meritur t\u00eb anglezes s\u00eb shkret\u00eb dhe fytyrat e ngrira t\u00eb bashk\u00ebudh\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj pash\u00eb nga dritarja nj\u00eb sken\u00eb t\u00eb llahtarshme. Lopa, e cila mesa duket nuk kishte ngordhur akoma, p\u00ebrp\u00eblitej n\u00ebn goditjet e xhelatit shqiptar, i cili kishte p\u00ebrzgjedhur k\u00ebt\u00eb vend publik mu n\u00eb mes t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb llahtarisur dynjan\u00eb. Thertorja e improvizuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb lavazh makinash ishte vet\u00ebm disa metra nga rruga, dhe lop\u00ebn q\u00eb p\u00ebrp\u00eblitej shqipot tan\u00eb krenar\u00eb e mb\u00ebrthyen p\u00ebr k\u00ebmb\u00ebsh duke e varur n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7engel ku po ashtu ishte varur nj\u00eb dele, e cila duhej t\u00eb ishte ekzekutuar para pak \u00e7astesh.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi e var\u00ebn lop\u00ebn ende t\u00eb gjall\u00eb, nj\u00ebri prej kasap\u00ebve la hanxharin, fshiu duart e gjakosura n\u00eb pantallona dhe me nj\u00eb thike t\u00eb gjat\u00eb i \u00e7au barkun lop\u00ebs tejp\u00ebrtej duke i nxjerr\u00eb rropullit\u00eb me duar. Pak m\u00eb posht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u201crival\u201d i tij, i cili po k\u00ebshtu me sat\u00ebr n\u00eb dor\u00eb ka vite q\u00eb ther buze xhades\u00eb dhe askush nuk i thot\u00eb asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr fat kasap\u00ebt e Fratarit kishin mbaruar pun\u00eb para se ne t\u00eb kalonim duke na kursyer nga skena t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb llahtarshme t\u00eb ekzekutimit publik.<\/p>\n<p>Por nuk ishte e th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebtonim p\u00ebrfundimisht nga kjo masak\u00ebr e p\u00ebrgjakshme me kafshe t\u00eb therura. Mu n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb Sarand\u00ebs turistike nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shqipo kishte z\u00ebn\u00eb pusin\u00eb me thik\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb. Jam i bindur se shum\u00ebkush qe e lexon k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim e di mir\u00eb se do t\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb naive q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb apo t\u00eb presim prej tyre q\u00eb p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb \u201cfasad\u00ebs son\u00eb europiane\u201d t\u00eb mos na turp\u00ebrojn\u00eb n\u00eb syte e t\u00eb huajve me k\u00ebto skena barbarie. Por problemi q\u00ebndron gjetiu. Ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb presim nga disa institucione shtet\u00ebrore si Ministria e Mjedisit apo Ministria e Kultur\u00ebs dhe Turizmit, apo fundja edhe ajo e Bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat e kan\u00eb p\u00ebr detyre ligjore t\u00eb mos lejojn\u00eb skena t\u00eb tilla n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Nuk po merrem fare me heshtjet e higjien\u00ebs, past\u00ebrtis\u00eb e m\u00eb the e t\u00eb thash\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por po flas p\u00ebr nj\u00eb prej gj\u00ebrave m\u00eb elementare p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb turiz\u00ebm, ndalimin e therjeve t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve n\u00eb rrug\u00eb publike.
