(E PERDITESUAR<\/em>) – Artan Hoxha \u00ebsht\u00eb kandidati i mazhoranc\u00ebs p\u00ebr president. Pavar\u00ebsisht takimit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm mes opozit\u00ebs dhe pozit\u00ebs, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kandidat konsensual dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, mazhoranca ka zgjedhur e vetme kandidatin p\u00ebr president. Hoxha do t\u00eb votohet nes\u00ebr n\u00eb Kuvend dhe me shum\u00eb gjasa do t\u00eb jet\u00eb presidenti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kush eshte Artan Hoxha<\/strong>
\nArtan Hoxha ka mbaruar studimet n\u00eb Fakultetin Gjeologji Miniera n\u00eb vitin 1989, me rezultate t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera. Ka punuar p\u00ebr dy vite n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjen shpim k\u00ebrkim gazit n\u00eb ult\u00ebsir\u00ebn e bregdetit dhe n\u00eb vitin 1991 drejtoi Partin\u00eb Demokratike n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs. Pas fitores s\u00eb zgjedhjeve m\u00eb 22 mars 1992, ai u b\u00eb Minist\u00ebr i Tregtis\u00eb me jasht\u00eb<\/em>, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe ministri m\u00eb i ri n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Hoxha u konfliktua<\/strong> shpejt me Berish\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1993, u detyrua t\u00eb dorhiqet. N\u00eb Korrik t\u00eb vitit 1994 ai shkoi n\u00eb Milano ku mbaroi studimet pasuniversitare si ekonomist p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb e mjedisit, dhe u kthye prej andej n\u00eb vitin 1995. Berisha nxiti nj\u00eb hetim ndaj tij, q\u00eb nisi n\u00eb Dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 1994, pas humbjes s\u00eb referendumit p\u00ebr Kushtetut\u00ebn. Hoxha shikohej n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb si njeri i af\u00ebrt me Ministrin e Financave Genc Ruli, ndaj t\u00eb cilit po ashtu u tentua t\u00eb niste nj\u00eb proces penal por u bllokua nga kuvendi, i cili nuk i hoqi imunitetin.<\/p>\n

Pas daljes nga qeveria dhe nisjes s\u00eb hetimeve, Hoxha u largua nga Shqip\u00ebria, dhe u rikthye pas vitit 1997. S\u00eb bashku me Genc Rulin themeloi Institutin e Studimeve Bashk\u00ebkohore, nj\u00eb OJQ e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e projekteve p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqeverisjen dhe zhvillimin e vendit.<\/p>\n

Ai ka punuar ngusht\u00eb me gjith\u00eb qeverit\u00eb shqiptare, p\u00ebrfshi at\u00eb t\u00eb Ilir Met\u00ebs, Pandeli Majkos dhe Fatos Nanos.
\nPas vitit 2004, Hoxha filloi t\u00eb riafrohet me PD, dhe Berish\u00ebn. Ai u p\u00ebrfshi n\u00eb grupet e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr hartimin e programit t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, fal\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit me qeverit\u00eb socialiste.
\nPas vitit 2005, ai ka vazhduar t\u00eb drejtoj OJQ e tij, e cila ka nj\u00eb qarkullim t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb projekteve t\u00eb shumta q\u00eb menaxhon n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me qeverin\u00eb dhe institucionet partnere t\u00eb saj.
\nN\u00eb vitin 2010 ka krijuar dhe nj\u00eb Universitet privat, Tirana Business Universiety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb i njohur p\u00ebr publikun shqiptar koh\u00ebt e fundit si nj\u00eb pjesmar\u00ebs aktiv n\u00eb debatet politike i afishuar shum\u00eb fort pro PD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

M\u00ebsohet se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb propozuar qysh dit\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar Zaganjori, prej Berish\u00ebs dhe ka arritur t\u00eb bashkoj votat e shumic\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Z. Hoxha, trajner i licencuar n\u00eb Administrim Biznesi nga ILO Training Center n\u00eb Torino t\u00eb Italis\u00eb (1997), \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb njoh\u00ebs i thelluar i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb lidhura me zhvillimin e sektorit privat. Institucione shtet\u00ebrore shqiptare apo nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si dhe biznese shqiptare e t\u00eb huaja ne Shqip\u00ebri i drejtohen p\u00ebr k\u00ebshillim. <\/p>\n

Z. Hoxha ka kryer studimet pasuniversitare Master n\u00eb Ekonomin\u00eb e Mjedisit dhe Energjis\u00eb n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn Pasuniversitare Enrico Mattei t\u00eb Grupit Eni, Itali (1994-1995) dhe ato universitare n\u00eb Fakultetin e Gjeologjis\u00eb e Minierave t\u00eb Universitetit Politeknik t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs (1984-1989). Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur dy her\u00eb rresht, n\u00eb vitet 1982 dhe 1983, fitues i vendit t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Olimpiadat Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Matematik\u00ebs. <\/p>\n
