I propozuar publikisht si nj\u00eb zgjidhje q\u00eb k\u00ebnaqte luft\u00ebrat e brendshme n\u00eb pushtet dhe jo si nj\u00eb president konsensual si\u00e7 u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn ta paraqisnin, ikja e tij la t\u00eb zbuluara gjith\u00eb prapaskenat dhe mungesat e sinqeritetit q\u00eb shoq\u00ebruan k\u00ebt\u00eb proces deri m\u00eb sot.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb parin q\u00eb la zbuluar \u00ebsht\u00eb Sali Berisha. Si\u00e7 e tha dhe paraditen e s\u00eb premtes n\u00eb Kuvend, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb qet\u00ebsuar Jozefina Topallin, ai me qejf do t\u00eb kishte zgjedhur at\u00eb presidente, por n\u00ebn shantazhin e Ilir Met\u00ebs shkoi tek emri i Zaganjorit, nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor i tij i vjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij oportune, k\u00ebnaqte \u00e7do pal\u00eb brenda shumic\u00ebs. Sali Berisha pra cedoi nga parimet e tij dhe shkolla e vet politike.<\/p>\n<p>Ai vendosi t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohet shantazhit, i cili n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb vjen nga nj\u00eb \u201cspurdhjak\u201d brenda PD-s\u00eb, strukur n\u00eb Bashki. Lul\u00ebzim Basha p\u00ebrdori hallin e Ilir Met\u00ebs p\u00ebr tu pastruar para opozit\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i rritur r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb vetes para Berish\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shantazhuar Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes LSI dhe ia arriti. Ato q\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb vet\u00eb, p\u00ebr dit\u00eb dhe jav\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra dukeshin si kriz\u00eb e raporteve t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs me Ilir Met\u00ebn, ishin n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim i Ilir Met\u00ebs ndaj nj\u00eb klani pervers n\u00eb pushtet, ku gjith\u00e7ka ishte kurdisur p\u00ebr t\u00eb shantazhuar Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb LSI.<\/p>\n<p>Sapo Berisha i iku shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb vet politike dhe mori nj\u00eb vendim n\u00ebn shantazh, ai u t\u00ebrhoq zvarr\u00eb pa m\u00ebshir\u00eb deri k\u00ebtu ku mb\u00ebrriti sot. Burr\u00ebria e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb em\u00ebruar n\u00eb krye t\u00eb vendit nj\u00eb drejtues t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb u shua si kripa n\u00eb uj\u00eb dhe filloi t\u00eb fliste me superlativa dhe adhurim p\u00ebr Zaganjorin, dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebnte jo se adhuronte at\u00eb, por se donte t\u00eb na tregonte se kishte ceduar nga pozicioni i vet p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka m\u00eb cil\u00ebsore. Sapo e b\u00ebri k\u00ebt\u00eb, LSI, e cila u p\u00ebrdor p\u00ebr ta shantazhuar Berish\u00ebn nga nj\u00eb klan brenda PD-s\u00eb, shpalli paqen me Berish\u00ebn dhe filloi t\u2019i g\u00ebzohej hileve t\u00eb saj n\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb kontaktova nj\u00eb jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb me zotin Zaganjori, pas disa q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb ashpra kritike t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs ndaj tij dhe ai m\u00eb siguroi si gazetar se do t\u00eb respektonte propozimin q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb si kandidat konsensual dhe jo si nj\u00eb kandidat vet\u00ebm i shumic\u00ebs. Me th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn, besova se ai nuk do kishte fuqi t\u00eb vendoste pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb e kishin propozuar. Vendimi p\u00ebr dor\u00ebheqje t\u00eb tij fare papritur, dhe qartazi pa u konsultuar me ata q\u00eb nuk po e \u201cllogarisnin\u201d, tregon se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb fyer nga e gjith\u00eb kjo fars\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kushdo tjet\u00ebr. At\u00eb e propozuan publikisht dhe nuk e konsideruan kurr\u00eb si nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej president, por si nj\u00eb nga ata q\u00eb e caktonin \u201cAta\u201d. Ikja nga kjo fars\u00eb i jep atij dinjitet, dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne q\u00eb e paragjykuam duke e em\u00ebruar dhe duke e kund\u00ebrshtuar si nj\u00eb kukull, nj\u00eb leksion t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr se si nuk duhet ta zgjedhim presidentin e Republik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht ky vendim e b\u00ebn dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb pafuqish\u00ebm Sali Berish\u00ebn. Prej dit\u00ebs q\u00eb ai i iku q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb tij politik arrogant, ai po hiqet zvarr\u00eb dita- dit\u00ebs nga nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb gjob\u00ebv\u00ebn\u00ebse brenda shumic\u00ebs, dhe po detyrohet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb loj\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president q\u00eb tashm\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i ngjaj\u00eb dot as Zaganjorit.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha kishte mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb fshihte pafuqin\u00eb e vet duke luftuar ashtu si opozita p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president realisht konsensual. Ai donte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte t\u00eb fortin dhe trembi gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb ata aleat\u00eb t\u00eb tez\u00ebs s\u00eb opozit\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte ai ose do respektonte q\u00ebndrimin e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb, ose do fshihej pas konsensusit real. Futja e tij n\u00eb spiralen e pazareve e ka nxjerr\u00eb nga kjo gar\u00eb si nj\u00eb rob lufte, q\u00eb e t\u00ebrheq pas karroca e Ilir Met\u00ebs, me shpres\u00eb se k\u00ebshtu do ta shtyj\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 2013.<\/p>\n<p>I dyti q\u00eb ka dal\u00eb i d\u00ebmtuar nga kjo manov\u00ebr e ul\u00ebt politike \u00ebsht\u00eb Ilir Meta. Gara p\u00ebr president t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb u b\u00eb interesante vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arsye, p\u00ebr arsyen se Ilir Meta g\u00ebnjeu shqiptar\u00ebt dhe opinionin publik nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar se po vendoste nj\u00eb raport t\u00eb ri me opozit\u00ebn. E gjith\u00eb kjo mobilizoi emocione dhe debat politik plot mistere n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebrfshiu n\u00eb bisedime opozit\u00ebn, tronditi shumic\u00ebn dhe risolli n\u00eb sken\u00eb llogarit\u00eb p\u00ebr jet\u00ebgjat\u00ebsin\u00eb e shumic\u00ebs n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>Gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb energji t\u00eb prodhuar Ilir Meta e p\u00ebrdori ngusht\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr interes t\u00eb nj\u00eb klani gjob\u00ebv\u00ebn\u00ebs brenda PD-s\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk ka guxim t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb vet\u00eb luft\u00eb politike. Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu ai ka humbur tashm\u00eb besimin e Berish\u00ebs, ka marr\u00eb natyrisht p\u00ebr\u00e7mimin e opozit\u00ebs dhe e gjith\u00eb kjo do t\u2019i p\u00ebrkthehet n\u00eb kosto t\u00eb re negative elektorale n\u00eb vitin q\u00eb vjen. Ai konsolidoi portretin e tij si politikan kulisash, i pasinqert\u00eb dhe i pabes\u00eb me t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt. Kjo natyrisht i \u00ebsht\u00eb mbajtur sh\u00ebnim nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, ikja e Zaganjorit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fitore e pesh\u00ebs s\u00eb opinionit publik dhe parimeve mbi kulisat dhe luft\u00ebrat e vogla. N\u00eb thelb Zaganjori iku si\u00e7 e theksoi dhe vet\u00eb, pasi opozita nuk e pranoi dhe ai nuk donte t\u00eb d\u00ebmtonte interesat e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Kjo deklarat\u00eb n\u00eb thelb tregon se ai, ndryshe nga klasa politike, e beson realisht r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij procesi dhe e ka besuar realisht termin konsensual ashtu si shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fakti q\u00eb opozita e respektoi at\u00eb personalisht, por e refuzoi politikisht si nj\u00eb em\u00ebr jokonsensual dhe iu p\u00ebrmbajt deri t\u00eb premten n\u00eb drek\u00eb parimit se duhet zgjedhur nj\u00eb president konsensual, ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye e besueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Ndryshe nga Sali Berisha dhe Ilir Meta, q\u00eb flisnin p\u00ebr konsensus dhe kishin parasysh \u201cnj\u00eb t\u00eb tyrin\u201d, opinioni publik nuk b\u00ebri shkaka me k\u00ebt\u00eb fjal\u00eb dhe pati pesh\u00ebn e vet s\u00eb paku mbi njeriun, t\u00eb cilin Sali Berisha dhe Ilir Meta desh\u00ebn ta p\u00ebrdorin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar munges\u00ebn e sinqeritetit t\u00eb tyre. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fitore e madhe e nj\u00eb politike q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet mbi nj\u00eb parim t\u00eb shpallur, dhe n\u00eb ket\u00eb rast nj\u00eb fitore e opozit\u00ebs, e cila nuk u tundua dhe nuk e tradhtoi parimin e presidentit konsensual.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha u mundua sa mundi t\u00eb b\u00ebnte diversion me \u201cdal\u00ebzotsat\u201d e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur opozit\u00ebn nga parimi i presidentit konsensual, por nuk ia arriti. Fakti q\u00eb opozita i q\u00ebndroi atij parimi, e b\u00ebn at\u00eb fituese morale t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi, pasi triumfoi parimi i saj. Sali Berisha, i cili u detyrua t\u00eb shmangej nga q\u00ebndrimi i tij fillestar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president polik nga PD-ja, n\u00ebn shantazhin e Ilir Met\u00ebs, donte doemos q\u00eb dhe opozita t\u00eb shmangej nga parimi i shpallur i konsensusit, duke e provokuar at\u00eb me skema p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00ebse, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb mblidhnin firma p\u00ebr Fatos Nanon, vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm q\u00eb dhe opozita t\u00eb p\u00ebrbaltej.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb finale ne kemi nj\u00eb Berish\u00eb q\u00eb po t\u00ebrhiqet zvarr\u00eb nga Ilir Meta p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb grupit Basha- Meta brenda pushtetit dhe nj\u00eb gjunj\u00ebzim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb tij edhe p\u00ebr raundin e kat\u00ebrt n\u00ebn diktatin e k\u00ebtij grupi. Berisha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb merr vendime n\u00eb shumic\u00eb. Ai nuk dikton dot m\u00eb as Topallin dhe asnj\u00eb figur\u00eb politike q\u00eb nuk i p\u00eblqen Ilir Met\u00ebs, dhe as q\u00eb kthehet dot tek parimi i konsensusit, apo tek parimi i nj\u00eb kandidature politike. Ai tani ka probleme me zemr\u00ebn deri n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn e s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs, kur shpreson se shumica q\u00eb tashm\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e tij, t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb nj\u00eb president.<\/p>\n<p>Ai po i paguan nj\u00eb hara\u00e7 t\u00eb madh gjith\u00eb hipokrizis\u00eb me t\u00eb cilin e nisi k\u00ebt\u00eb proces dhe gjith\u00eb paburr\u00ebris\u00eb me t\u00eb cilin e vazhdoi s\u00eb bashku me aleatin e vet. Dhe t\u00eb mendosh se nj\u00eb parti e madhe si PD-ja, q\u00eb nuk ka qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb skifter t\u2019i thot\u00eb \u2018ndal\u2019 vazhdimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij posht\u00ebrimi, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se aty nuk ka m\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe dinjitet, po vet\u00ebm pazare dhe t\u00ebrheqje zvarr\u00eb pas gjithkujt q\u00eb i siguron dhe disa muaj pushtet m\u00eb shum\u00eb.
