Me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr shumica ka gjetur pik\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb takimit brenda vetes, duke k\u00ebnaqur pjes\u00ebrisht edhe nj\u00eb pretendim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019i v\u00ebn\u00eb kryqin kupol\u00ebs politike t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb si \u00e7erdhe kandidaturash. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, shumica ka terezitur nj\u00eb ngrehin\u00eb delikate, q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqet ta mbaj\u00eb me kujdes pasi po t\u00eb shembej nuk ka garanci se do t\u00eb pasohej n\u00eb koh\u00eb me nj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt. Brisht\u00ebsia e nj\u00eb zgjidhjeje q\u00ebndron p\u00ebr momentin mbi fjal\u00ebkryqin e eksperimenteve.<\/p>\n<p>Paradoksalisht, edhe opozita ka gjasa t\u00eb ndihet m\u00eb komode t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb, si\u00e7 po kund\u00ebrshton, nj\u00eb kandidat jo politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pyetur paraprakisht, se sa t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me t\u00eb panjohurat e nj\u00eb kthimi n\u00eb pik\u00ebn e nisjes me daljen n\u00eb sken\u00eb t\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve politik\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst kandidatura e Zaganjorit q\u00ebndron n\u00eb mes t\u00eb sken\u00ebs s\u00eb trazuar t\u00eb presidencialeve, duke marr\u00eb tiparet e nj\u00eb zgjidhjeje q\u00eb mund t\u00eb cil\u00ebsohet si gjysma e s\u00eb mir\u00ebs, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb populli.<\/p>\n<p>Opozita ka njohur te ky zhvillim nj\u00eb gjys\u00ebm hapi t\u00eb hedhur nga shumica. Opozita po i k\u00ebrkon shumic\u00ebs t\u00eb kompletoj\u00eb hapin, t\u00eb hedh\u00eb dhe gjysm\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr. Nga ana e saj, shumica po i k\u00ebrkon opozit\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqet me gjysm\u00ebn e hapit dhe t\u00eb votoj\u00eb Zaganjorin. Ka di\u00e7ka objektivisht nd\u00ebrbllokuese n\u00eb k\u00ebto k\u00ebrkesa. Opozita, edhe po t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb asnj\u00eb objeksion p\u00ebr kandidatin konkret, nuk ka si thot\u00eb \u201cpo\u201d p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kandidat p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pyetur. Kali i betej\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb ka qen\u00eb dhe mbetet p\u00ebrfshirja, bashkautor\u00ebsia, konsensusi q\u00eb prodhon kandidat dhe jo e kund\u00ebrta. Opozita nuk mund t\u00eb braktis\u00eb kalin e saj t\u00eb betej\u00ebs. P\u00ebrdryshe do t\u00eb krijonte p\u00ebrshtypjen e marrjes zvarr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Konsensusi i shum\u00ebk\u00ebrkuar do t\u00eb arrihej leht\u00eb n\u00ebse Berisha dhe Meta do t\u00eb pranonin nj\u00eb kandidat nga nj\u00eb list\u00eb e Ram\u00ebs, apo Rama do t\u00eb pranonte nj\u00eb kandidat nga nj\u00eb list\u00eb e dy t\u00eb par\u00ebve, lista t\u00eb cilat nuk do t\u00eb postoheshin n\u00eb gazeta, por do t\u00eb bisedoheshin kok\u00eb me kok\u00eb dhe shtruar prej tyre me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb shtetar\u00ebsh. Topin e konsensusit e ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb Berisha dhe Meta. K\u00ebta kan\u00eb barr\u00ebn e dyfisht\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjesis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb vendit Presidentin e Republik\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur nj\u00eb President q\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i krijoj\u00eb vendit pengesa p\u00ebr integrimin. Jemi para rastit kur zgjedhja me dobi u shkon si merit\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa zgjedhja me d\u00ebm mbetet p\u00ebrgjegjesi ekskluzive e binomit Berisha-Meta.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zhvillim, opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb loj\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet deri n\u00eb fund p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zgjidhje konsesuale. N\u00eb politik\u00eb ka beteja q\u00eb duhen bwr\u00eb dhe beteja q\u00eb duhen fituar. P\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn kjo e Presidentit konsensual \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb betej\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb. E p\u00ebrligj natyra e postit t\u00eb Presidentit, e p\u00ebrligj kushtetuta, e p\u00ebrligj konteksti politik n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin po zgjidhet Presidenti i ri i repubik\u00ebs, problematika e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2009, p\u00ebrplasjet q\u00eb kan\u00eb prodhuar ato zgjedhje, pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e reja nga fronti i integrimit europian n\u00eb 100 vjetorin e shtetit, e tjer\u00eb. Por askush nuk duhet t\u00eb pres\u00eb q\u00eb opozita ta fitoj\u00eb e vetme k\u00ebt\u00eb betej\u00eb dhe askush nuk mund ta qortoj\u00eb n\u00ebse nuk e fiton. Sepse nuk varet prej saj. N\u00eb rastin e Presidentit opozita gjykohet p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn si e e b\u00ebn betej\u00ebn dhe jo p\u00ebr rrezultatin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto lloj betejash fitore jan\u00eb dhe barazimet, madje dhe humbjet e ngushta kan\u00eb vler\u00ebn e fitores morale t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs. Gjysma e hapit t\u00eb hedhur vlen gjithsesi m\u00eb shum\u00eb se asnj\u00eb. Nga ana e saj opozita ka detyrimin t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e procesit n\u00eb kontekstin konkret politik dhe ligjor. Opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrur n\u00eb kauz\u00eb t\u00eb shtyj\u00eb me mas\u00eb, t\u00eb loz\u00eb me inteligjenc\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u dh\u00ebn\u00eb alibi lojtar\u00ebve dinak\u00eb t\u00eb prishin at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur, pra p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos rrezikuar me zgjidhje me t\u00eb k\u00ebqija se sa t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqshmet. Opozita po e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb. Duke mos e ven\u00eb n\u00eb surdin\u00eb, opozita i ka krijuar v\u00ebshtrir\u00ebsi shumc\u00ebs t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb pozicionet e vjetra t\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve politik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Opozita mund t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nj\u00eb plan tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb raundin e kat\u00ebrt, nj\u00eb plan gare, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb regjistrohet si precedent p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen, ku t\u00eb afishoj\u00eb vizonin e vet p\u00ebr Presidentin n\u00eb figur\u00ebn e nj\u00eb kandidati, q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i nj\u00eb fushe t\u00eb ndryshme apo t\u00eb larg\u00ebt me at\u00eb t\u00eb kandidatit t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs Zaganjori, q\u00eb nuk garon p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar, por mund edhe t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb n\u00eb votim t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb. N\u00eb syt\u00eb e publikut, n\u00ebse v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i mir\u00eb, kandidati humb\u00ebs i opozit\u00ebs do t\u00eb konsidetohet Presidenti moral i Republik\u00ebs. Duke th\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, duhet tw pohojmw se opozita, fal\u00eb betej\u00ebs q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb e po b\u00ebn p\u00ebr konsensusin, nuk se merr ndonj\u00eb kosto po t\u00eb rrij\u00eb jasht\u00eb gar\u00ebs. Ndryshe nga reforma zgjedhore q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb betej\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u fituar, kjo e Presidentit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb bet\u00ebj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk do thot\u00eb aspak p\u00ebr t\u00eb lar\u00eb goj\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ngrehina delikate e presidencialeve \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb n\u00ebn goditjen e er\u00ebrave q\u00eb fryjn\u00eb nga lobingje brenda e jasht\u00eb parlamentit, q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb motivuar nga interesat e tyre t\u00eb ligjshme, por pa kontekst t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm shoq\u00ebror.
