Shishe benzine, copa betoni, gur\u00eb e shkopinj. Rreth 250 vet\u00eb jan\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb luft\u00eb ndaj aksionit t\u00eb planifikuar dje nga Inspektorati Nd\u00ebrtimor. Viktima t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrplasjeje kan\u00eb qen\u00eb forcat e policis\u00eb s\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit dhe ato t\u00eb FNSH-s\u00eb s\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebr arsye sigurie do t\u00eb shoq\u00ebronin aksionin e prishjes s\u00eb 150 nd\u00ebrtime n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb, (sht\u00ebpi, bare e restorante).<\/p>\n<p>Jelek\u00ebt antigoditje dhe skafandrat kan\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar nga vdekja e sigurt punonj\u00ebsit special\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb marr\u00eb plag\u00eb t\u00eb shumta. Disa prej tyre p\u00ebrfunduan n\u00eb urgjenc\u00ebn e Durr\u00ebsit, pas m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1 or\u00eb p\u00ebrleshjeje me banor\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa tre u transportuan n\u00eb Spitalin Ushtarak. T\u00eb plagosur kan\u00eb mbetur edhe 10 banor\u00eb t\u00eb zon\u00ebs. Skenat e frikshme u regjistruan n\u00eb or\u00ebt e para t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme. Pak or\u00eb pas mesnat\u00ebs m\u00ebsohet se makinerit\u00eb e r\u00ebnda t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimor\u00ebve, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruara nga dhjet\u00ebra inspektor\u00eb t\u00eb tyre, efektiva t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, t\u00eb pyjores, t\u00eb pushtetit vendor e agjent\u00eb civil\u00eb kan\u00eb rrethuar bregdetin e Hamallajt n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin pas viteve &#8217;90 kan\u00eb &#8220;mbir\u00eb&#8221; m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 150 nd\u00ebrtime.<\/p>\n<p>Por situata degradoi papritur, duke u shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrleshje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme. T\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb reaguar ashp\u00ebr kan\u00eb qen\u00eb banor\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt rreshtuan n\u00eb &#8220;llogore&#8221; f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e vegj\u00ebl t\u00eb tyre, duke i p\u00ebrdorur si &#8220;mburoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzore&#8221;. M\u00eb pas, n\u00eb rrug\u00eb kan\u00eb dal\u00eb qindra vet\u00eb, burra, gra e pleq, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb armatosur me mjete rrethanore, t\u00eb organizuar ndaj aksionit t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimor\u00ebve. Ata bllokuan rrug\u00ebt hyr\u00ebse n\u00eb Hamallaj, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ur\u00ebn, duke u z\u00ebn\u00eb prit\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb fadromave dhe policis\u00eb. P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj skene kan\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb ball\u00eb forcat e policis\u00eb speciale t\u00eb ardhura nga Shkodra.<\/p>\n<p>Brenda pak minutash gjendja ka precipituar dhe n\u00eb rrug\u00eb kan\u00eb v\u00ebrshuar t\u00eb tjer\u00eb persona. Prej tyre kan\u00eb nisur t\u00eb v\u00ebrshojn\u00eb copa t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj gur\u00ebsh e shkopinjsh n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb policis\u00eb. Fillimisht, punonj\u00ebsit e rendit kan\u00eb reaguar me shkopinj gome, por shum\u00eb shpejt jan\u00eb rrethuar nga banor\u00ebt, pa pasur asnj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb ndalin dhun\u00ebn p\u00ebr 1 or\u00eb. Tre prej tyre kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar djegie nga shishet me benzin\u00eb q\u00eb u hidheshin nga protestuesit. N\u00eb ato momente jan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar edhe krisma arm\u00ebsh, por pa u l\u00ebnduar njeri prej tyre.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gjendjeje jan\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr, duke dal\u00eb nga fshati punonj\u00ebsit e policis\u00eb, kamion\u00ebt e Inspektoratit, t\u00eb ngarkuar me fadroma si dhe forcat e Nd\u00ebrtimores, bashk\u00eb me kreun e tyre, Gjergj Bojaxhi. Aksioni i djesh\u00ebm sh\u00ebnonte dit\u00ebn e shtat\u00eb t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Gjirin e Lal\u00ebzit. Ai ishte zhvilluar pa probleme n\u00eb Rodon, Ish\u00ebm dhe &#8220;Sh\u00ebn Pjet\u00ebr&#8221;, por ngeci n\u00eb Hamallaj dhe Hidrovor, zona k\u00ebto t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb populluar m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti pas viteve &#8217;90-t\u00eb, nga familje t\u00eb ardhura nga veriu e verilindja si dhe disa t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytura nga liqeni i Fierz\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtori Gjergji Bojaxhi n\u00eb krye t\u00eb inspektor\u00ebve mb\u00ebrriti paradite n\u00eb Hamallaj t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit p\u00ebr t\u00eb prishur mbi 150 nd\u00ebrtime pa leje n\u00eb zon\u00eb. Pas reagimeve t\u00eb paparashikuara t\u00eb komunitetit, Nd\u00ebrtimorja me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Bojaxhiut q\u00eb ndodhej n\u00eb vendngjarje pezulloi menj\u00ebher\u00eb aksionin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Policia arreston 7 protestues<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Menj\u00ebher\u00eb pasi u njoftua p\u00ebr p\u00ebrleshjen n\u00eb Hamallaj, forca t\u00eb shumta policie kan\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur n\u00eb vend. Fshatrat e Hamallajt, Hidrovorit dhe Perlatit i jan\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar nj\u00eb shtetrrethimi policor, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin postblloqe t\u00eb shumta kan\u00eb nisur kontrollet rrufe p\u00ebr arm\u00ebmbajtje pa leje. N\u00eb or\u00ebt e pasdites, policia e Durr\u00ebsit deklaroi se jan\u00eb arrestuar 7 persona, si organizator\u00ebt e protest\u00ebs s\u00eb dhunshme. Sipas deklarat\u00ebs zyrtare pohohet se: Alfret Kukaj, 26 vje\u00e7, Pjet\u00ebr Kaci, 65 vje\u00e7, Avni Rustemaj, 45 vje\u00e7, Edmir Osmanaj, 32 vje\u00e7, Mentor \u00c7ekrezi, 27 vje\u00e7, Abedin Rustemaj, 38 vje\u00e7 dhe Agim Rustemaj, 52 vje\u00e7 jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pranga, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb hetim jan\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb persona. T\u00eb arrestuarit jan\u00eb me origjin\u00eb nga Kuk\u00ebsi e Tropoja, t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Hamallajt dhe p\u00ebrreth saj.<\/p>\n<p>Policia konfirmon se jan\u00eb l\u00ebnduar 10 punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb policis\u00eb, por tre prej tyre, efektiv\u00eb t\u00eb FNSH-s\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb. K.Kodra, N.Lezha dhe B.Vatakshi po marrin ndihm\u00ebn mjek\u00ebsore n\u00eb Spitalin Ushtarak. Nuk p\u00ebrjashtohet fakti q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb persona t\u00eb arrestohen me akuz\u00ebn e protest\u00ebs s\u00eb dhunshme dhe goditjen p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs t\u00eb polic\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kryebashkiaku: Prishen vet\u00ebm hotele<\/strong><br \/>\nFshatrat e ndezur nga p\u00ebrleshjet Hidrovor dhe Hamallaj b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb brenda territorit t\u00eb vij\u00ebs s\u00eb verdh\u00eb t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Sukthit. Kryetari i k\u00ebsaj bashkie, Hyrjan Hasani, ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb terren n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb forcave t\u00eb rendit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb bindur qytetar\u00ebt e nj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij administrative, por ka qen\u00eb e kot\u00eb. Komuniteti nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb bindur as qytetarit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb tyre, Hyrjan Hasanit. &#8220;Qytetar\u00ebt e mi nuk desh\u00ebn t\u00eb hapnin rrug\u00ebn. Nuk gjeta mir\u00ebkuptim. Doja t\u00eb negocioja p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjidhur situat\u00ebn, por qe e kot\u00eb&#8221;, tha Hasani p\u00ebr gazet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Kryebashkiaku i Sukthit thot\u00eb se 45 sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e Hamallajt dhe Hidrovorit q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb proces legalizimi nuk do t\u00eb cenohen nga aksioni. &#8220;Inspektorati i Nd\u00ebrtimit kishte objektiv vet\u00ebm lokalet dhe hotelet q\u00eb jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb hapur me urbanistik\u00ebn dhe nuk jan\u00eb taksapagues&#8221;. Sipas Hasanit, kjo zon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb studiuar dy her\u00eb dhe n\u00eb dy masterplane, (i Qeveris\u00eb Nano n\u00eb 2004 dhe i s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs n\u00eb 2009), n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar se k\u00ebto objekte bien ndesh me ligjin urbanistik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Banor\u00ebt: Policia na provokoi<\/strong><br \/>\nBanor\u00ebt e Hamallajt akuzojn\u00eb policin\u00eb p\u00ebr ushtrim dhune. Madje ata pretendojn\u00eb se ka qen\u00eb policia e para, ajo q\u00eb ka provokuar nxehjen e gjakrave. Sipas tyre, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shkopinjve t\u00eb gom\u00ebs, policia ka q\u00eblluar me arm\u00eb, me granata tymuese dhe gaz lotsjell\u00ebs. Banor\u00ebt shprehen se sht\u00ebpit\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb proces legalizimi dhe se do t\u00eb japin jet\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos lejuar prishjen. &#8220;Kemi q\u00ebndruar gjith\u00eb nat\u00ebn zgjuar, pasi e dinim se do t\u00eb vinin p\u00ebr t\u00eb na shembur, por jemi t\u00eb vendosur ta mbrojm\u00eb pron\u00ebn me jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Na kan\u00eb mashtruar, pasi kemi paguar k\u00ebstet p\u00ebr legalizim, madje na kan\u00eb premtuar p\u00ebr tapit\u00eb edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr fushata, por tani duan t\u00eb na len\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs. Ne k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk do ta lejojm\u00eb&#8221;, thot\u00eb Ndue Gjera, nj\u00eb banor i mb\u00ebrritur n\u00eb Hamallaj n\u00eb vitet &#8217;90-t\u00eb nga veriu i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Sipas banor\u00ebve, n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr t\u00eb fadromave kan\u00eb qen\u00eb sht\u00ebpi banimi, t\u00eb ngritura me gjak dhe sakrificat e nj\u00eb jete dhe jo hotele pa leje. Ata thon\u00eb se vet\u00ebm 3-4 jan\u00eb hotele, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjerat sht\u00ebpi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bojaxhi: Aksioni do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb<\/strong><br \/>\nNgjarja e djeshme duket se nuk do t\u00eb ndal\u00eb aksionin e Inspektoratit Nd\u00ebrtimor n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e plazhit n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs. Gjat\u00eb prononcimit publik t\u00eb kreut t\u00eb tij, Gjergj Bojaxhi, pas p\u00ebrplasjes mes banor\u00ebve dhe forcave mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse t\u00eb aksionit n\u00eb Hamallaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e ditur se aksioni do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb. Sipas tij, bllokimi i ur\u00ebs b\u00ebri q\u00eb forcat e Inspektoratit t\u00eb mos nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar q\u00ebllimin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb.
