Kur flitet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president konsensual, n\u00ebnkuptohet q\u00eb shumica t\u00eb jap\u00eb konsensusin p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn dhe jo e kund\u00ebrta, pra q\u00eb opozita t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrpara nj\u00eb list\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsh t\u00eb kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb PD-s\u00eb apo Familjes dhe opozita t\u00eb jap\u00eb konsensusin ose t\u00eb shpall\u00eb list\u00ebn e saj. Bile fiks p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak n\u00eb k\u00ebto bisedime \u00ebsht\u00eb shkuar n\u00ebn shantazhin e emrit t\u00eb shpallur nga Sali Berisha, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Xhezair Zaganjori, dhe pas tij n\u00eb pritje Jozefina Topalli.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkesa e par\u00eb q\u00eb i b\u00ebhet Edi Ram\u00ebs nga Berisha n\u00eb fillim, pastaj dhe nga njer\u00ebz jasht\u00eb logjik\u00ebs politike t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi, p\u00ebr \u201ct\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ajo q\u00eb e hedh n\u00eb er\u00eb gjith\u00eb procesin, pasi kjo po k\u00ebrkohet nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha e ka nxjerr\u00eb emrin e tij dhe thjesht do t\u00eb noterizoj\u00eb gar\u00ebn. Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb p\u00ebrse e \u201ck\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb em\u00ebr\u201d nga Edi Rama, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb e ndjekin, ca nuk kan\u00eb nerva t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb dredhit\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs, e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb ia kan\u00eb hequr vetes luksin e t\u00eb menduarit, pasi flet Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 e kemi theksuar, opozita nuk i ka votat p\u00ebr president dhe futja e saj n\u00eb procesin e presidentit konsensual ka kuptim vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse Berisha demonstron vullnet p\u00ebr konsensus me t\u00eb dhe jo n\u00ebse e fut at\u00eb n\u00eb loj\u00eb emrash apo list\u00eb kandidat\u00ebsh. Ky proces \u00ebsht\u00eb posht\u00ebrues dhe shum\u00eb m\u00eb i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm se zgjedhja e nj\u00eb presidenti me 71 vota.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebmb\u00ebngulja p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201ck\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb em\u00ebr\u201d pasi Berisha ka nxjerr\u00eb dy prej tyre, Zaganjorin dhe Topallin, \u00ebsht\u00eb qershia mbi tort\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha k\u00ebrkon t\u2019i vendos\u00eb procesit t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm t\u00eb zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit, dhe opozita nuk ka pse ia jep k\u00ebt\u00eb luks.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi i dyt\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha ka ngritur paralelisht me \u201cpritjen\u201d p\u00ebr nj\u00eb em\u00ebr nga opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb se do t\u2019i q\u00ebndroj\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund emrit t\u00eb Zaganjorit dhe do ta hedh\u00eb n\u00eb gar\u00eb me emrin e opozit\u00ebs. K\u00ebtu n\u00eb fakt zbulohet formaliteti i gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi. Dy emrat e Berish\u00ebs, Topalli dhe Zaganjori, megjith\u00ebse kan\u00eb raporte nx\u00ebn\u00ebs-pedagog\u00eb me nj\u00ebri- tjetrin, jan\u00eb formate shum\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme. Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb format politik, ashtu si\u00e7 e njohim t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, acaruese, radikale me leje, megalomane, arrogante, dhe agresive edhe ndaj t\u00eb vet\u00ebve, n\u00ebse nuk i ka pas vetes.<\/p>\n<p>Por ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb PD-ja. N\u00eb vetvete ajo p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson tipare thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve pas Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb PD, q\u00eb jan\u00eb servil\u00eb me Berish\u00ebn dhe arrogant\u00eb me ata posht\u00eb tij, besnik\u00eb ndaj tij dhe plot intriga ndaj nj\u00ebri- tjetrit, t\u00eb heshtur para tij dhe gramafon\u00eb t\u00eb prishur para t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Duke qen\u00eb e till\u00eb, Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese reale e PD, edhe n\u00ebse b\u00ebhet presidente. Ajo e mbush at\u00eb vend me gjith\u00eb tiparet e PD-s\u00eb s\u00eb sotme, pavar\u00ebsisht se shum\u00eb prej tyre jan\u00eb negative.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb momentin q\u00eb ajo b\u00ebhet presidente, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 luajalitetit me Sali Berish\u00ebn, ajo ka plot cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mund t\u2019i zhvilloj\u00eb pesha e pushtetit dhe mund t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb politik\u00eb. Ajo mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nervoze nga z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i saj n\u00eb PD, nga afrimi i Bash\u00ebs, nga lart\u00ebsimi i Olldashit, nga nd\u00ebrrimi i bodigardit, nga em\u00ebrimet e reja dhe gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e t\u00ebra nj\u00eb pirg me komplekse, inate dhe servilizma q\u00eb gjallojn\u00eb. Bash p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb Berisha po e z\u00ebvend\u00ebson at\u00eb me nj\u00eb figur\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, thuajse me gjak peshku, pa nerv, pa asnj\u00eb armik, pa asnj\u00eb ide, pa asnj\u00eb kontribut, pa asnj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar dik\u00eb q\u00eb e em\u00ebron diku. Diferenca me Topallit dhe Zaganjorit \u00ebsht\u00eb se Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb kandidat e PD-s\u00eb dhe e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson at\u00eb, Zaganjori \u00ebsht\u00eb kandidat i Berish\u00ebs, ose si t\u00eb thuash, hija e tij n\u00eb karrigen e presidentit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb president me 71 vota nga shumica, Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjedhje m\u00eb e drejt\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e sinqert\u00eb p\u00ebr PD se sa Zaganjori. Edhe p\u00ebr vet\u00eb retorik\u00ebn e PD-s\u00eb si parti antikomuniste, i takon t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese t\u00eb familjeve jokomuniste, p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb nisi t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohej n\u00eb Partin\u00eb e Pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb kur ajo po ikte, dhe q\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrgatitur nga regjimi t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i hetuesve dhe gjykat\u00ebsve t\u00eb atij regjimi, t\u00eb cilin kam frik\u00eb se e kap dhe ligji p\u00ebr gjenocidin q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Berisha. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb president Berisha, nd\u00ebrsa Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur p\u00ebr ta pasur presidenc\u00ebn PD-ja. Kjo e fundit do ishte nj\u00eb zgjidhje m\u00eb realiste dhe m\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese se Zaganjori.<\/p>\n<p>Kund\u00ebrshtimet e Ilir Met\u00ebs ndaj Topallit m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa me ndonj\u00eb parim, lidhen ngusht\u00ebsisht me klanin Meta-Basha brenda PD-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po kusht\u00ebzojn\u00eb shmangien e Topallit jo p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb vendit, por p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn e brendshme n\u00eb PD. Bile d\u00ebmi m\u00eb i madh q\u00eb po b\u00ebn Ilir Meta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces \u00ebsht\u00eb se p\u00ebrgatiti opozit\u00ebn q\u00eb do ta kishte nj\u00eb aleat n\u00eb zgjedhjen e presidentit dhe p\u00ebrfundoi si nj\u00eb aleat i grupeve brenda PD-s\u00eb, kryesisht Bash\u00ebs dhe Balliut q\u00eb nuk duan Jozefin\u00ebn. N\u00ebse Meta do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb aleat i sinqert\u00eb i opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, ai do kund\u00ebrshtonte \u00e7do em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm. Ai n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ka kund\u00ebrshtuar vet\u00ebm Topallin, pasi vet\u00ebm ajo ka probleme me grupin e tij brenda pushtetit. Dhe opozita nuk ka luksin t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb Ilir Met\u00ebs dhe qokat e vogla brenda PD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u2019i k\u00ebrkosh n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte Edi Ram\u00ebs nj\u00eb em\u00ebr, q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb Berisha si alibi p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur o Topallin, o Zaganjorin, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb naivitet. Edi Rama ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u2019i k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb Berish\u00ebs vullnet politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur konsensus p\u00ebr nj\u00eb president t\u00eb pranuar nga t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt, duke hequr dor\u00eb nga emrat q\u00eb ka nxjerr\u00eb dhe shantazhi q\u00eb po b\u00ebn. N\u00ebse Berisha nuk e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb as n\u00eb raundin e tret\u00eb, opozita nuk ka pun\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb proces. Le t\u00eb zgjidhet n\u00eb da\u00e7 Zaganjori, n\u00eb da\u00e7 Topalli. I pari do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb ushtar i Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb presidenc\u00eb, ose nj\u00eb Berish\u00eb i heshtur, e dyta nj\u00eb fanatike e PD-s\u00eb, por m\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues e saj.
