Nuk dihet me siguri kur e si nisi t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtoj\u00eb krishterimi n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje. Mendohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb filluar n\u00eb epok\u00ebn apostolike, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr Epirin.<\/p>\n<p>Tri jan\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e mundshme t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb fes\u00eb s\u00eb krishter\u00eb n\u00eb trojet e sotme shqiptare: p\u00ebrmes Greqis\u00eb (Patrasit) e Durr\u00ebsit; Maqedonis\u00eb ose bregdetit t\u00eb Adriatikut. Besimi i ri nisi t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapej aq shpejt, sa n\u00eb shum\u00eb qytete, si Amantja (viti 334), Shkodra (392), Matja (392), Durr\u00ebsi (424), Apollonia (431), Bylisi (431) Diokleja (451), Vlora (458), Skampa (458), Prizrendi (458), Shurdhahu (Sarda) (594), u ngrit\u00ebn seli ipeshkvnore (cfr. Thall\u00f2czy, Acta et diplomata res Albaniae Mediae aetatis illustrantia. Vol. I, n. Index.). N\u00eb historin\u00eb e shtat\u00eb shekujve t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb krishtenimit, ipeshkvijt\u00eb e Iliris\u00eb e t\u00eb Epirit duken shpesh n\u00eb sken\u00ebn historike, sidomos n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Koncileve, si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb fort\u00eb t\u00eb fes\u00eb katolike kund\u00ebr herezive.<\/p>\n<p>Duke u bazuar n\u00eb dokumentet kishtare konciliare, m\u00ebsojm\u00eb se n\u00eb Koncilin kishtar t\u00eb Nikes\u00eb (325), ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm disa ipeshkvij t\u00eb Dardanis\u00eb e t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, troje q\u00eb p\u00ebrkojn\u00eb me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb etnike lindore. Pak m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb Serdik\u00eb (343-44) gjejm\u00eb 5 a 6 provincat e Dardanis\u00eb, t\u00eb Epirit t\u00eb Ri, Epirit t\u00eb Vjet\u00ebr, e ndoshta edhe at\u00eb Prevalitane. Kat\u00ebr provincat civile p\u00ebrkojn\u00eb me ato kishtare, t\u00eb cilat kryesohen nga kat\u00ebr metropoli: e Shkupit, e Durr\u00ebsit (Dyrrachium), e Prevez\u00ebs (Nikopolis) dhe e Shkodr\u00ebs (Scutari), q\u00eb vijojn\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb deri n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur dyndjet barbare t\u00eb shekullit VII, kalojn\u00eb si uragan mbi k\u00ebto troje. Por duhet kujtuar se, q\u00eb nga fundi i shekullit IV, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 organizimit sipas provincave, niste edhe nj\u00eb organizim i ri, ai i vikariateve apostolike.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Jug Pap\u00ebt ia besuan vikariatin apostolik metropolitit t\u00eb Tesalonikut (Selanikut), n\u00eb Justiniana Prima, si kryeipeshkvni e Dardanis\u00eb, n\u00eb veri, nisi t\u00eb ndjehej fort ndikimi i metropolitit t\u00eb Salon\u00ebs (Splitit). E ky ndikim u v\u00ebrejt edhe n\u00eb Prevalitani. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb provinc\u00eb Kisha Romake ishte pronare tokash, q\u00eb mbarshtoheshin prej nj\u00eb administratori, i cili mund t\u00eb ishte delegat i pap\u00ebs ose inspektor, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb tij. Legat\u00ebt papnor\u00eb vijuan t\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb madh mbi k\u00ebto troje, q\u00eb mbeten besnike t\u00eb Rom\u00ebs. Edhe n\u00eb periudha skizmash e herezish, nuk iu n\u00ebnshtruan Kostandinopoj\u00ebs, ndon\u00ebse u p\u00ebrpoq vazhdimisht t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhynte n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e tyre t\u00eb brendshme. E jo vet\u00ebm Prevalitania, q\u00eb nuk u prek kurr\u00eb nga skizmat e as nga herezit\u00eb, por edhe dy provincat e Epirit, me kultur\u00eb tashm\u00eb t\u00eb greqizuar.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e herezis\u00eb aka\u00e7iane (fund i shekullit V-fillim i shekullit VI), q\u00eb u mb\u00ebshtet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb posa\u00e7me nga perandori Anastasi, lindur n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs (491-518), pas nj\u00eb rezistence t\u00eb fort\u00eb, n\u00eb Dardani dhe n\u00eb Epirin e Ri u duk\u00ebn shenja n\u00ebnshtrimi. Por, duke nisur nga viti 519, legat\u00ebt papnor\u00eb, t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar pran\u00eb perandorit dardan Justini p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund grindjeve, duke kaluar nep\u00ebr Epir, siguronin mb\u00ebshtetjen e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ipeshkvijve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt premtonin se do t\u2019i bindeshin me zell e pa asnj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim, metropolitit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Shek VII-XI: Me pushtimin sllav, u duk se gjith\u00e7ka do t\u00eb kthehej p\u00ebrmbys. Zona jug-per\u00ebndimore (Durr\u00ebsi e Nikopoja), q\u00eb mbeti e paprekur nga kjo dyndje, iu n\u00ebnshtrua perndjekjes s\u00eb eg\u00ebr ikonoklaste (731-826). Ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, me vendim autokratik t\u00eb perandorit Leon Izauriku (731), provincat e Ilirikut u shk\u00ebput\u00ebn nga Patriarkati i per\u00ebndimit e u bashkuan me at\u00eb t\u00eb Kostandinopoj\u00ebs. Kjo shk\u00ebputje nuk pati ndikim mbi Prevalitanin\u00eb, por ndikoi shum\u00eb mbi Epirin, pavar\u00ebsisht nga protestat e Rom\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrkaq n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb lindor\u00eb t\u00eb vendit filluan t\u00eb duken bullgar\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, si rrok\u00ebn krishterimin rreth vitit 864, nis\u00ebn t\u00eb l\u00ebkunden nd\u00ebrmjet Rom\u00ebs e Kostandinopoj\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb ndjekjen e ritit bizantin, n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllave, t\u00eb prir\u00eb nga dishepujt e Shenjtor\u00ebve v\u00ebllez\u00ebr, \u00c7irili e Metodi.<\/p>\n<p>Formuan, k\u00ebshtu, nj\u00eb patriarkat autoqefal n\u00eb Presp\u00eb, m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr (Ochrida), duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb territoreve t\u00eb lashta sufragane t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit e t\u00eb Nikopolit (Prevez\u00ebs). Me uljen n\u00eb fron t\u00eb Perandorit Bazili, bullgarokton, Shqip\u00ebria qendrore e ajo jugore ran\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00ebn sundimin bizantin (1019), por jo plot\u00ebsisht n\u00ebn vart\u00ebsin\u00eb e Patriarkan\u00ebs s\u00eb Kostandinopoj\u00ebs, sepse k\u00ebsaj Patriarkane iu duk m\u00eb e arsyeshme ta pranonte autoqefalin\u00eb e b\u00ebrtham\u00ebs s\u00eb Ohrit, me titullin e kryeipeshkvis\u00eb e me dioqezat e veta t\u00eb shumta sufragane. Nd\u00ebrkaq n\u00eb Veri fuqizohej nj\u00eb shtet me ndikim t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm latin, Dioklea, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte pak a shum\u00eb Prevalitanin\u00eb e lasht\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebtu rilindnin selit\u00eb e vjetra ipeshkvnore, n\u00eb qytetet e m\u00ebdha (si Shkodra, Ulqini, Drishti, Suacia) e n\u00eb qendra ma t\u00eb vogla (si Pulti e Sarda), ku flitej shqip, niste edhe themelimi i selive t\u00eb reja, n\u00ebn ndikimin e Kish\u00ebs latine.<\/p>\n<p>Shek XII-XII: Fillimisht k\u00ebto seli iu n\u00ebnshtruan metropolis\u00eb s\u00eb Raguz\u00ebs, m\u00eb von\u00eb asaj t\u00eb Splitit e t\u00eb Salon\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb formuar, pastaj, metropolin\u00eb e tyne t\u00eb Antivarit (Tivarit) ku, n\u00eb vitin 1199, u mblodh nj\u00eb koncil i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm provincial, q\u00eb i dha fund shp\u00ebrdorimeve t\u00eb shumta.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shekullin XIII mbi trojet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb sotme, frynte er\u00eb e fort\u00eb lindore. Pas sundimit jet\u00ebshkurt\u00ebr venedikas mbi bregdet (1204-12), si pasoj\u00eb e pushtimit t\u00eb Kostandinopoj\u00ebs nga latin\u00ebt e kryq\u00ebzat\u00ebs (1204), n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs u themelua nj\u00eb kryeipeshkvni latine, n\u00ebn vart\u00ebsin\u00eb e patriarkatit latin t\u00eb Kostandinopoj\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa mbar\u00eb Epiri formoi nj\u00eb despotat t\u00eb pavarur, n\u00ebn dinastin\u00eb Engj\u00ebllore-Komnene (1212-59) e cila, p\u00ebr arsye politike, p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket fes\u00eb, l\u00ebkundej nd\u00ebrmjet Lindjes e Per\u00ebndimit, duke iu n\u00ebnshtruar, m\u00eb n\u00eb fund, s\u00eb par\u00ebs. Edhe kleri, me kultur\u00eb greke, ndon\u00ebse me prirje autoqefale, anonte m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga Kostandinopoja (ose Nicea, pas pushtimit t\u00eb kryeqytetit prej latin\u00ebve, m\u00eb 1204), sesa nga Roma. Despotati asokohe ndahej n\u00eb tre qarqe kishtare, q\u00eb kaluan n\u00ebn vart\u00ebsin\u00eb e kryeipeshkvis\u00eb s\u00eb Ohrit, pastaj t\u00eb Naupatos (Lepanto, pasuar nga Nikopoli) dhe t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb veri, mbret\u00ebria e Diokles\u00eb u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Serbis\u00eb, duke pranuar plot\u00ebsisht prirjen bizantine t\u00eb nj\u00eb pinjolli t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb sunduese Nemanja, Sh\u00ebn Sab\u00ebs, i cili ishte kryepeshkopi i par\u00eb i nj\u00eb far\u00eb province kishtare. Gjithsesi, asokohe e m\u00eb von\u00eb, zona e Shkodr\u00ebs mbeti n\u00ebn drejtimin e hjerarkis\u00eb latine, besnike ndaj ritit t\u00eb vet e gjithnj\u00eb n\u00ebn vart\u00ebsin\u00eb e Rom\u00ebs, p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht e patrazuar nga politika e dinastis\u00eb Nemanja.Vet\u00ebm aty-k\u00ebtu dep\u00ebrtimet etnike serbe, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht n\u00eb veri (Zet\u00eb) e n\u00eb lindje (Pej\u00eb, Ipek e Prizrend) kishin prirje bizantine. Nd\u00ebrkaq nisi lul\u00ebzimi i urdh\u00ebrave t\u00eb lashta murgare (posa\u00e7e ai i benediktin\u00ebve) e u duken kuvendet e para t\u00eb rregulltar\u00ebve l\u00ebmoshtar\u00eb (fran\u00e7eskan\u00ebt e domenikan\u00ebt), q\u00eb nis\u00ebn t\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm mbi gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shekullin XIV shum\u00eb krahina kaluan nga anzhuin\u00ebt, perandori bizantine e nemanjave, n\u00eb duar t\u00eb Engj\u00ebllor\u00eb-Komnen\u00ebve e, m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb duar t\u00eb dinastive vendase, q\u00eb nis\u00ebn t\u00eb formohen n\u00eb qend\u00ebr e n\u00eb jug. N\u00eb veri u krijua principata e Balshajve, me qend\u00ebr Shkodr\u00ebn. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb shekullit, p\u00ebrball\u00eb rrezikut turk, gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb bregdetit, prej Tivarit, n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, u ngrit\u00ebn ledhet mbrojt\u00ebse venedikase q\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht nga toleranca fetare e Republik\u00ebs detare t\u00eb Venedikut, (serenissima), ndikuan fuqimisht n\u00eb forcimin e ritit latin. Durr\u00ebsi, n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, kishte nj\u00eb kryeipeshkvi latine.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shekullin XV fillon epopeja e luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr pushtimit osman, e udh\u00ebhequr nga Sk\u00ebnderbeu. Dihet me siguri se Gjergj Kastrioti ishte i krishter\u00eb, por nuk dihet i \u00e7\u2019riti. Gjithsesi dokumentet historike v\u00ebrtetoj\u00eb se Sk\u00ebnderbeu kishte me Rom\u00ebn jo vet\u00ebm marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb ngushta politike, por edhe fetare. E edhe princat e tjer\u00eb nis\u00ebn t\u00eb ndiqnin rrug\u00ebn e tij. Pas sulmeve t\u00eb t\u00ebrbuara turke, rreth vitit 1479, n\u00eb qytetet e braktisura nga venedikasit dhe nga banor\u00ebt vendas, nis\u00ebn t\u00eb vendosen kolon\u00eb mysliman\u00eb turq e feudal\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl ushtarak\u00eb turq. E pasoja m\u00eb e hidhur e k\u00ebtyre shnd\u00ebrrimeve, ishte ikja e prelat\u00ebve latin\u00eb dhe e urdh\u00ebrave rregulltare.<\/p>\n<p>Shek XVI P\u00ebrball\u00eb furis\u00eb turke, n\u00eb vend mbet\u00ebn vet\u00ebm fran\u00e7eskan\u00ebt. Fatet e Kish\u00ebs katolike shqiptare u lidh\u00ebn ngusht\u00eb me konopin e bijve t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Fran\u00e7eskut, n\u00eb sa k\u00ebshtjellat binin nj\u00ebra-pas tjetr\u00ebs n\u00eb duart e turqve e turma shqiptar\u00ebsh kap\u00ebrcenin detin, p\u00ebr t\u2019u vendosur n\u00eb mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Napolit, ku formuan kolonit\u00eb italo-shqiptare. Nisi historia e arb\u00ebresh\u00ebve, q\u00eb vijojn\u00eb edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb ritin bizantin, ndon\u00ebse duke i thelluar gjithnj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb lidhjet me selin\u00eb romake. U zhduk\u00ebn, k\u00ebshtu, edhe dinastit\u00eb e vjetra. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e trashigimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre ik\u00ebn n\u00eb Itali, pjesa tjet\u00ebr kaluan n\u00eb fen\u00eb islame, pa l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme as n\u00eb bot\u00ebn shqiptare e as n\u00eb at\u00eb myslimane.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb asokohe, lidhjet me Rom\u00ebn u nd\u00ebrpren\u00eb, duke i l\u00ebn\u00eb kishat e veriut n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e fatit, e ato t\u00eb jugut, n\u00ebn ndikimin e fuqish\u00ebm t\u00eb Patriarkan\u00ebs bizantine. Gjithsesi, pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e popullsis\u00eb mbeti e krishter\u00eb e vijoi p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb rifituar pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, duke lypur ndihm\u00eb her\u00eb nga Venediku, her\u00eb nga Perandoria bizantine e her\u00eb nga Spanja, por m\u00eb shum\u00eb, nga papa. E, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjen p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi, t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt e veriut e ata t\u00eb jugut ishin p\u00ebrher\u00eb nj\u00eb mendjeje.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu rodh\u00ebn vitet e erdhi shekulli XVII, q\u00eb solli me vete humbjen e ledheve t\u00eb fundme mbrojt\u00ebse bregdetare t\u00eb Venedikut, forcimin e dep\u00ebrtimit turk e kushtet tejet t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb klerit, n\u00eb atmosfer\u00ebn e p\u00ebrhapjes gjithnj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb fes\u00eb islame. Posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht nd\u00ebr qytete, nis\u00ebn t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohen jo vet\u00ebm xhami, por edhe shkolla fillore e t\u00eb mesme (medrese) q\u00eb pregatisnin klerin e ult\u00eb e t\u00eb lart\u00eb islam. P\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimi t\u00eb till\u00eb, kleri e hjerarkia katolike nis\u00ebn p\u00ebrpjekjet e lavd\u00ebrueshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u riorganizuar.<\/p>\n<p>Hierarkia u rikthye n\u00eb selit\u00eb ipeshkvnore dhe filloi p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr formimin e klerit shekullar, gj\u00eb q\u00eb e nxiti Kongregat\u00ebn e Propaganda Fide, t\u00eb sapothemeluar, t\u00eb jepte ndihmes\u00ebn me kolegjet e veta: kolegjin grek t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Athanasit (1572), at\u00eb Urbanian, Ilirik t\u00eb Loretos (1580) e Ilirik t\u00eb Fermos (1631) si dhe me rifillimin e misioneve fran\u00e7eskane italiane (1634). E pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb, kur Kisha katolike shqiptare kishte nevoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetje, n\u00eb fronin e Sh\u00ebn Pjetrit u ul nj\u00eb pap\u00eb, q\u00eb shpalli bot\u00ebrisht zanafill\u00ebn e vet shqiptare: Klementi XI Albani.<\/p>\n<p>Shek XVIII Papa shqiptar nisi t\u00eb interesohej menj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr rilindjen politike e fetare t\u00eb atmes s\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebve, p\u00ebrmes kryeipeshkvit reformator t\u00eb Tivarit, Vin\u00e7enc Zmajevi\u00e7, t\u00eb cilit i k\u00ebrkoi t\u00eb b\u00ebnte vizit\u00ebn kanonike n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kishat dhe qendrat katolike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Imzot Zmajevi\u00e7i i p\u00ebrcillte dokumentet me nj\u00eb let\u00ebr, idet\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs i paraprijn\u00eb Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare. Me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi, ky takim i madh, q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoi normat e sjelljes s\u00eb klerit n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet dogmatike, morale, kanonike e baritore. Nd\u00ebrkaq, u v\u00ebrejt nj\u00eb far\u00eb afrimi me Kish\u00ebn ortodokse e nisi t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb far\u00eb bashkimi.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebrpjekje, q\u00eb nuk u realizua, ndikoi p\u00ebr krijimin e selive kryeipeshkvnore p\u00ebr latin\u00ebt, n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr e n\u00eb Shkup. Rreth vitit 1577 n\u00eb Himar\u00eb u vendos nj\u00eb mision katolik lindor. N\u00ebn drejtimim e misionar\u00ebve bazilian\u00eb, ortodoks\u00ebt e Himar\u00ebs, t\u00eb ndihmuar politikisht nga papa, i pren\u00eb lidhjet me peshkopat\u00ebn e Janin\u00ebs, pa hequr dor\u00eb nga riti e liturgjia bizantine. Por shum\u00eb shpejt Patriakana e Stambollit nd\u00ebrhyu energjikisht dhe, rreth vitit 1628, e rivendosi ndikimin e vet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e jugut.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shekullin XVIII vijoi puna p\u00ebr rifillimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs. Pritej q\u00eb kjo pun\u00eb t\u00eb ecte me ritme t\u00eb shpejta, fal\u00eb autonomis\u00eb s\u00eb fiseve mal\u00ebsore, t\u00eb mbrojtura me arm\u00eb p\u00ebr faqe, dhe lul\u00ebzimit t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsive t\u00eb pasura tregtare kristiane. Por ritmet u ngadal\u00ebsuan p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb vjetra e t\u00eb reja. Shkaku i par\u00eb ishte mungesa e klerit, n\u00eb sa lidhjet civile me mjediset myslimane ndikonin n\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjen e indiferenc\u00ebs fetare. Shkak tjet\u00ebr i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, joshja p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur karrier\u00ebn ushtarake, q\u00eb Turqia nuk ngurronte t\u2019ua siguronte shqiptar\u00ebve, mjafton q\u00eb t\u00eb ktheheshin n\u00eb fen\u00eb islame.<\/p>\n<p>Fanatizmit t\u00eb sundimtar\u00ebve turq, i shtohej edhe apostazia e shum\u00eb familjeve vendase, q\u00eb zgj\u00ebruan feudet e tyre, duke siguruar edhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb. Por gjithsesi, nuk duhet menduar se kalimi n\u00eb islamiz\u00ebm qe aq i thjesht\u00eb: shqiptar\u00ebt zbuluan nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb re, p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrshtatur rrethanave t\u00eb reja: nd\u00ebrruan emrat, por jo fen\u00eb. Nisi, k\u00ebshtu, fenomeni i kriptokristianizmit apo, m\u00eb kuptuesh\u00ebm, i laramanizmit. Laraman\u00ebt p\u00ebrdornin emrin e ri turk n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me mjediset sunduese e emrin e vjet\u00ebr katolik, n\u00eb vatr\u00ebn familjare. Ishte kthim n\u00eb islamiz\u00ebm sa p\u00ebr sy e faqe. Shpesh vet\u00ebm i nj\u00eb dege t\u00eb familjes, q\u00eb zakonisht zgjidhte sektet m\u00eb pak fanatike e m\u00eb af\u00ebr fes\u00eb s\u00eb krishter\u00eb, si bektashijt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shekullin XIX barra e r\u00ebnd\u00eb e persekutimit mbi t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt u leht\u00ebsua, fal\u00eb mbrojtjes zyrtare t\u00eb Austro-Hungaris\u00eb, q\u00eb nisi t\u2019i ndihmonte me t\u00eb gjitha mjetet e mundshme klerin e veprat katolike, duke u p\u00ebrpjekur edhe p\u00ebr zhvillimin kulturor t\u00eb shekullar\u00ebve. Qysh n\u00eb shekullin XVII, n\u00eb vend kishin nisur p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr themelimin e seminareve, por kjo u mb\u00ebrrijt vet\u00ebm n\u00eb vitin 1856, kur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr filloi veprimtarin\u00eb e vet Seminari papnuer, n\u00ebn drejtimin e jezuit\u00ebve, ku nisi t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitej kleri shekullar vendas, q\u00eb do t\u00eb drejtonte edhe selit\u00eb ipeshkvnore. M\u00eb 1877 jezuit\u00ebt hap\u00ebn n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb mesme, \u2018Kolegj\u00ebn Saveriane\u201d; m\u00eb 1870 kishin ngritur tashm\u00eb edhe tipografin\u00eb tyre e p\u00ebrgatiteshin p\u00ebr \u2018misionin shetit\u00ebs\u2019 n\u00eb male, ku p\u00ebrt\u00ebrin\u00eb jet\u00ebn fetare.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe fran\u00e7eskan\u00ebt filluan t\u00eb hapnin shkollat e tyre fillore e pastaj edhe liceun \u2018Illyricum\u201d e, sidomos, t\u00eb riorganizonin famullit\u00eb, q\u00eb u ishin besuar, duke p\u00ebrgatitur meshtar\u00eb t\u00eb rinj vendas, t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pun\u00eb aq t\u00eb v\u00ebshir\u00eb, si\u00e7 ishte puna e famullitarit t\u00eb maleve.<br \/>\nBashk\u00ebsia ortodokse, n\u00ebn vart\u00ebsin\u00eb e Patriarkan\u00ebs s\u00eb Kostantinopoj\u00ebs, nuk mundi t\u00eb ecte me ritmin e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb katolike, madje humbi at\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb klerit, tejet t\u00eb kulturuar, q\u00eb kishte themeluar aq shum\u00eb qendra t\u00eb lul\u00ebzuara fetare. Mjafton t\u00eb kutojm\u00eb Voskopoj\u00ebn e Beratin. Pasi g\u00ebzoi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb far\u00eb kohe mb\u00ebshtetjen e Greqis\u00eb, iu desh t\u00eb hiqte dor\u00eb nga ndihma e nj\u00eb Kishe, q\u00eb donte t\u00eb helenizonte gjith\u00e7ka e gjithk\u00ebnd. K\u00ebshtu, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrparonte ekonomikisht me shpejt\u00ebsi, Jugu mbeti shum\u00eb prapa p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket lul\u00ebzimit t\u00eb fes\u00eb e t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Shekulli XX Pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, m\u00eb 1912, i dha fund apostazis\u00eb, por n\u00ebn sundimin e Zogut, ligji mbi bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb fetare i lig\u00ebshtoi keqas k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit, duke i p\u00ebrjashtuar nga ndihmat shtet\u00ebrore. Kisha katolike mund t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetej vet\u00ebm n\u00eb ndihmat q\u00eb vijonin t\u00eb vinin nga Italia, mbas nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb ndihmave austro-hungare. Por grushti m\u00eb i fort\u00eb ishte ai i mbylljes s\u00eb shkollave private (1933), q\u00eb e la bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb katolike pa institutet e veta t\u00eb lul\u00ebzuara dhe i hapi rrug\u00ebn propagand\u00ebs s\u00eb rrezikshme komuniste ateiste, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn qeveria deshi ta frenonte, duke ia rikthyer pjes\u00ebrisht klerit institutet private. Por ishte tep\u00ebr von\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e pushtimit italian, pala katolike nuk pati asnj\u00eb privilegj t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me at\u00eb q\u00eb mendohej e q\u00eb vijon t\u00eb mendohet. Fitoi vet\u00ebm t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb barabarta me bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb e tjera. Nd\u00ebrsa i fryhej zjarrit t\u00eb ndasive fetare. K\u00ebshtu n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb sundimit fashist n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, u nd\u00ebrtuan xhami, e jo kisha katolike. Fashist\u00ebt nuk kishin ardhur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri per t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndihm\u00eb katolikve. Aq m\u00eb teper sepse kleri katolik qe i vetmi, qysh n\u00eb fillim, e jo vetem at\u00ebher\u00eb kur fashizmi nis tat\u00ebpjet\u00ebn, q\u00eb u dha t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb pushtuesve se nuk ishin t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Rrethanat e reja historike nxit\u00ebn l\u00ebvizjen p\u00ebr t\u2019u rikthyer n\u00eb fen\u00eb e Sk\u00ebnderbeut, prej k\u00ebndej, edhe iden\u00eb e bashkimit t\u00eb t\u00eb krishten\u00ebve. Por kjo l\u00ebvizje u frenua nga p\u00ebrhapja e misioneve t\u00eb vogla, q\u00eb i zhg\u00ebnjyen ortodoks\u00ebt. P\u00ebrs\u00ebri, inatet fetare.<\/p>\n<p>Duke nisur nga vitit 1921, menj\u00ebher\u00eb mbas Kongresit t\u00eb Lushnj\u00ebs (21 janar 1920) Papa d\u00ebrgoi, p\u00ebr pal\u00ebn katolike, nj\u00eb delegat apostolik, q\u00eb nuk u akreditua pran\u00eb qeveris\u00eb shqiptare. Nd\u00ebrkaq u riorganizua kryedioqeza e Shkodr\u00ebs, me sufraganet e veta: Lezh\u00ebn, Pultin e Sap\u00ebn; kryedioqeza e Durr\u00ebsit, pa sufragane dhe abacia nullius e Sh\u00ebn Llezhdrit n\u00eb Orosh t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs, me titullarin e ngritur n\u00eb rang ipeshkvnor, q\u00eb varej drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga Selia Apostolike. Kryedioqeza e lasht\u00eb e Tivarit, q\u00eb mbeti nj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00ebn Malin e Zi, pastaj n\u00ebn Jugosllavi e p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00ebn Malin e Zi, ndon\u00ebse me famulli krejt\u00ebsisht shqiptare, i humbi sufraganet, q\u00eb i kaluan Shkodr\u00ebs(1867). Shkupi, q\u00eb gjithashtu mbeti n\u00ebn Jugosllavi, me famullit\u00eb e veta, shumica shqiptare, u kthye n\u00eb rang ipeshkvie.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00ebsia ortodokse, pas nj\u00eb lufte t\u00eb gjat\u00eb p\u00ebr autoqefalin\u00eb, q\u00eb nisi qysh prej vitit 1912, e shoq\u00ebruar me shkish\u00ebrime nga ana e Patriarkan\u00ebs, u njoh zyrtarisht n\u00eb vitin 1937. E organizuar n\u00eb metropolin\u00eb e Durr\u00ebs-Tiran\u00ebs dhe heparkit\u00eb e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, Beratit e Gjirokastr\u00ebs, nisi t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb shqipen si gjuh\u00eb liturgjike.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria katolike ndahej n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb, me nj\u00eb vij\u00eb simbolike kufiri, q\u00eb kalon n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs: n\u00eb veri ishte n\u00ebn jurisdiksionin e Kongregat\u00ebs Propaganda Fides (Kongregata p\u00ebr Ungjill\u00ebzimin e Popujve), nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb jug, n\u00eb form\u00ebn e heparkis\u00eb, n\u00ebn kujdesin e Kongregat\u00ebs p\u00ebr Kishat Lindore.<br \/>\nBashk\u00ebsia myslimane, pas shfuqizimit t\u00eb kalifatit, formoi nj\u00eb grup komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb pavarur, me nj\u00eb kryemyfti e disa myfti n\u00eb kryeqendrat e krahinave t\u00eb ndryshme e me nj\u00eb medrese t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, nd\u00ebsa vijoi t\u00eb d\u00ebrgonte student\u00eb n\u00eb Universitetet Islamike t\u00eb Al-Ezhar t\u00eb Kairos e t\u00eb Lahores, n\u00eb Indi.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk e ndihmoi shum\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb katolike, p\u00ebrkundrazi, ia kufizoi privilegjet, q\u00eb kishte siguruar n\u00ebn mbrojtjen e Austris\u00eb. Hierarkis\u00eb iu hoq\u00ebn disa prej privilegjeve kanonike, si gjykata kishtare, e drejta e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies etj. Por megjithat\u00eb, fal\u00eb meritave n\u00eb luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin komb\u00ebtar e p\u00ebr zhvillimin kulturor t\u00eb vendit, vijoi t\u00eb g\u00ebzonte nderim t\u00eb thell\u00eb nga gjith\u00eb popullsia vendase, pavar\u00ebsisht nga besimi. Nd\u00ebrkaq zhvillimi kulturor i vendit ndikoi n\u00eb zhdukjen e paragjykimeve kund\u00ebr katolicizmit e papatit, duke ngjallur shpresa t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr p\u00ebrparimin e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb katolike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb e gjeti bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb katolike viti 1945, kur u shpall Republika Popullore e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke nisur, k\u00ebshtu, sundimi i tiranis\u00eb komuniste. Filloi shum\u00eb shpejt sulmi i rrebt\u00eb kund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha bashk\u00ebsive fetare, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht asaj katolike, q\u00eb \u00e7oi n\u00eb rr\u00ebnimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb gjithsa ishte nd\u00ebrtuar me aq mundim e djers\u00eb: kler, vepra, organizata, shkolla, qendra kulturore, seminare, kisha\u2026 Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk ishte par\u00eb nj\u00eb rr\u00ebnim m\u00eb i madh.
