Sigurisht q\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do gar\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi kan\u00eb tri vendet e para, por shkaku i kompleksit t\u00eb vler\u00ebs s\u00eb ul\u00ebt q\u00eb shfaqim ngado, vendi i pest\u00eb na doli t\u00eb ishte me shk\u00eblqim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se i pari! Po kjo pak ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi, sikund\u00ebr q\u00eb pak \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme pritja e saj nga dy kryeministrat e dy shteteve t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe torta e presidentes p\u00ebr Ron\u00ebn, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht shoq\u00ebrimi i saj nga Labi n\u00eb nj\u00eb eveniment t\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb kryeqendr\u00ebn kosovare p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb sukses padyshim t\u00eb madh.<\/p>\n<p>Po p\u00ebrse mund t\u00eb themi se n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb Rona na u b\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyese p\u00ebr integrime evropiane, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast t\u00eb liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave, k\u00ebtij procesi kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr shtetin e ri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e tij t\u00eb mbetur n\u00eb geto? N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb Rona n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs evropiane na prezantoi n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, e cila ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb, pas shum\u00eb peripecive t\u00eb shfaqura si pengesa brendap\u00ebrbrenda faktorit politik shqiptar, ka fituar liberalizimin e vizave dhe momentalisht po p\u00ebrballet me pengesat e forta, gjithashtu t\u00eb brendshme, p\u00ebr marrjen e statusit t\u00eb vendit kandidat, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb avancuar integrimet n\u00eb Unionin Evropian. K\u00ebshtu n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebtarja Rona Nishliu prezantoi gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit formal, Rona n\u00eb Eurosong prezantoi nj\u00eb ngjarje kulturore nga Kosova, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb krijim muzikor t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, madje edhe me nuancat m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb prezantimit. K\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb e v\u00ebrejt\u00ebn dhe e vun\u00eb n\u00eb pah shum\u00eb medie evropiane, duke ndikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr pak t\u00eb nd\u00ebrrohet imazhi i keq, i nd\u00ebrtuar koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit nga t\u00eb b\u00ebmat tona n\u00ebp\u00ebr Evrop\u00eb dhe bot\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb Rona b\u00ebri shum\u00eb duke nd\u00ebrtuar dhe shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb nj\u00eb imazh me kuptim vlere p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt dhe kosovar\u00ebt n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesi evropian i saj d\u00ebshmoi se Rona \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb pa komplekse inferioriteti dhe nj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebtare e kultivuar, e cila njeh mir\u00eb sistemin e vlerave, prandaj p\u00ebr n\u00eb Baku shkoi t\u00eb k\u00ebndoj\u00eb shqip, mbase t\u00eb shfaq nj\u00eb balad\u00eb shqipe, e cila nuk ka pasur si t\u00eb mos reflektoj\u00eb edhe mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtje tjera q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, gj\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e vun\u00eb n\u00eb pah edhe mediet e shumta evropiane. K\u00ebshtu me fare pak para, por me nj\u00eb mund tep\u00ebr t\u00eb madh, Rona b\u00ebri m\u00eb shum\u00eb se ata q\u00eb derdh\u00ebn miliona p\u00ebr t\u00eb afirmuar shtetin e ri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Rona d\u00ebshmoi se n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb, brenda k\u00ebtij ambienti t\u00eb degraduar vlerash, mund t\u00eb gjenden t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballojn\u00eb konkurrenca edhe p\u00ebrtej lagjeve tona.<\/p>\n<p>Rona, duke k\u00ebnduar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, na b\u00ebri me dije se n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb mund t\u00eb futemi s\u00eb pari duke respektuar veten, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht identitetin ton\u00eb kulturor\u00eb dhe pastaj duke pranuar konkurrenc\u00ebn me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, si mund\u00ebsi e vetme p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar sistem vlerash t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme. Duke p\u00ebrcjell prononcimet e saj p\u00ebr medie si dhe debatet e organizuara me t\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb, nuk ke si t\u00eb mos ve\u00e7osh faktin se Rona, si evropiane e pranueshme tashm\u00eb, na d\u00ebshmoi se gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e t\u00eb qenit pjes\u00eb e Evrop\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb njohja dhe pranimi i standardeve q\u00eb karakterizojn\u00eb organizimin dhe jet\u00ebn e gjith\u00ebmbarshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb familje t\u00eb madhe, e cila n\u00eb aspektin kulturor sh\u00ebrben si model p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebt tjera t\u00eb bot\u00ebs s\u00eb civilizuar.<\/p>\n<p>Tek d\u00ebgjoja Ron\u00ebn duke folur dhe duke p\u00ebrfillur me p\u00ebrpik\u00ebri rregullat e standardit t\u00eb shqipes letrare, nuk kisha si t\u00eb mos ndjehesha mir\u00eb si nj\u00eb krijues q\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e ka t\u00eb vetmin material nd\u00ebrtimi. Rona d\u00ebshmonte se t\u00eb respektosh rregulla dhe standarde t\u00eb vendosura p\u00ebr interes publik \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmia m\u00eb e mir\u00eb e dijes dhe kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb individi. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb kot se gjuha \u00ebsht\u00eb qenia ku banon individi. Rona ndjehej shum\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb lidhur fort me standardin e shqipes letrare. Tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo se si jan\u00eb ndier ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht ushtria e madhe masakruese jo vet\u00ebm e standardit por e shqipes n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Imagjinoni n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast komunikimin e Ron\u00ebs me Labin dhe t\u00eb gjitha i keni t\u00eb qarta fort!<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb kot se modestia \u00ebsht\u00eb gard\u00ebroba m\u00eb e mir\u00eb n\u00eb trupin e njeriut. Un\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gard\u00ebrob\u00eb e kam par\u00eb n\u00eb trupin e saj dhe fuqish\u00ebm e kam ndier. Rona n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrtuar d\u00ebshmin\u00eb se standardet jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn duhet t\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetojm\u00eb brenda familjes evropiane. E po ta kundrojm\u00eb Ron\u00ebn si model, shtrohet pyetja se ku q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb ne me p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e k\u00ebtyre standardeve dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, q\u00eb n\u00eb proces t\u00eb liberalizimit dhe t\u00eb integrimeve na shtrohen edhe si kusht? Do t\u00eb thoshim se q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb shum\u00eb larg, tep\u00ebr larg, kurrkund!<\/p>\n<p>Shembull p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mjafton t\u00eb merret nj\u00eb faksimile, ku z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i par\u00eb i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Behxhet Pacolli n\u00ebnshkruhet me dor\u00ebn e vet. Shkronj\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb emrit e nis me P-n\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb shtypit. E vazhdon me A-n\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb shtypit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar me shkronja t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb shkrimit, n\u00eb fund p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrfunduar me T-n\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb shtypit! Sh\u00ebnojeni emrin e z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrit sipas k\u00ebtij udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesi dhe shihni si duket, p\u00ebr ta kuptuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb se si do t\u00eb duket udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesi p\u00ebr liberalizim vizash! Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri yn\u00eb nuk e kupton se edhe alfabeti, nj\u00ebsoj si gjuha, \u00ebsht\u00eb standard q\u00eb i obligon t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebr ta respektuar.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto standarde jan\u00eb vlera t\u00eb larta nacionale q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb edhe mbrojtjen shtet\u00ebrore. Po n\u00ebse k\u00ebt\u00eb e shohim n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr integrime evropiane, m\u00eb s\u00eb miri do t\u00eb ishte t\u2019i referohemi nj\u00eb vargu t\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebs s\u00eb Ron\u00ebs: \u201cKoha m\u00eb p\u00ebr ne s\u2019ka koh\u00eb\u201d.
