B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb konsensus p\u00ebr presidentin, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb reform\u00eb zgjedhore t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar para zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb reform\u00eb parlamentare dhe heqje t\u00eb imuniteteve.<\/p>\n<p>Trysnia publike e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur debatin mbi k\u00ebto kat\u00ebr probleme madhore q\u00eb ka Shqip\u00ebria, b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur emocionet rreth nj\u00eb procesi q\u00eb tashm\u00eb ka d\u00ebshtuar. Procesi i zgjedhjes s\u00eb presidentit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka mbetur aty ku nisi. Sali Berisha ka gjetur njeriun e p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb president, dhe mund ta shk\u00ebmbej\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Topallin n\u00eb raundin e kat\u00ebrt n\u00ebse zoti Zaganjori lodhet nga trysnia e papritur e t\u00eb qenit kandidat.<\/p>\n<p>Ilir Meta, i cili po p\u00ebrjeton ekstaz\u00ebn e t\u00eb qenit i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr momentin, shpreson t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00eb Berish\u00ebn dhe Ram\u00ebn drejt nj\u00eb presidenti t\u00eb diktuar prej tij. E vetmja ngjarje e sigurt q\u00eb po ndodh \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk kemi nj\u00eb proces konsensual, si\u00e7 e k\u00ebrkon Bashkimi Evropian. Fakti q\u00eb do t\u00eb zgjidhet nj\u00eb president as q\u00eb vihet n\u00eb dyshim. Fakti q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb ushtar i Sali Berish\u00ebs as q\u00eb vihet n\u00eb dyshim. Por kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje p\u00ebr tu festuar jo m\u00eb nga opozita, por as nga pushteti.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb lajmi i par\u00eb zyrtar antiper\u00ebndimor q\u00eb do t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb Berisha k\u00ebt\u00eb muaj, dhe p\u00ebr ta mbuluar jehon\u00ebn e keqe t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, po ngre emocione rreth k\u00ebtij procesi a thua se Shqip\u00ebria mezi pret t\u00eb shikoj\u00eb fishekzjarr\u00ebt e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr presidentin e tij. Energjit\u00eb q\u00eb po harxhohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb debatuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb konsensual jan\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe t\u00eb panevojshme. K\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 po zhvillohet procesi, opozita duhet t\u00eb rrij\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb tij dhe t\u00eb merret seriozisht me tri kushtet e tjera q\u00eb Bashkimi Evropian i ka v\u00ebn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe sidomos me reform\u00ebn zgjedhore. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesore p\u00ebr fatin e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb vend, pasi mund t\u00eb rris\u00eb shanset p\u00ebr zgjedhje t\u00eb lira.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpjekja e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb tifozll\u00ebk ndaj nj\u00eb procesi t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm n\u00eb zgjedhjen e presidentit dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatis\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb festuar nj\u00eb fitore q\u00eb nuk u duhet as atyre, vlen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb sillet dhe me tri kushtet e tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Aq shum\u00eb po fokusohet Bashkimi Evropian tek reforma zgjedhore, ajo parlamentare dhe imuniteti, saq\u00eb duket sikur do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb iden\u00eb se presidenti konsensual \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb Berisha do ta l\u00ebshoj\u00eb. Gati- gati t\u00eb krijohet ideja se Brukseli as q\u00eb e konsideron t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm l\u00ebshimin prej Berish\u00ebs t\u00eb presidentit konsensual pasi e vizaton Berish\u00ebn si nj\u00eb lider me interesa p\u00ebr integrimin n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim dhe nj\u00eb president i veti mund t\u2019i prishte pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Biles me k\u00ebt\u00eb logjik\u00eb t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit kam v\u00ebn\u00eb re q\u00eb arsyetojn\u00eb dhe shum\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt se\u00e7 kan\u00eb nj\u00eb ide q\u00eb Berisha \u201cnuk ka interes\u201d ta marr\u00eb vet\u00eb presidentin. M\u00eb tej akoma n\u00eb spiralen e frik\u00ebs dhe dyshimeve kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb Meta, Rama, gazetar\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb djatht\u00eb se ky Berisha se\u00e7 po ngat\u00ebrron, se\u00e7 ka nj\u00eb plan, se\u00e7 do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb, se me k\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhur, se si po e mendon k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb q\u00eb tua \u2018fus\u00eb\u2019 t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve\u2026 Un\u00eb kam besim tek Sali Berisha q\u00eb nuk ka asnj\u00eb plan ve\u00e7se t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbej\u00eb presidentin dhe nuk arsyeton asnj\u00eb moment si oponent\u00ebt, por dhe miqt\u00eb e tij t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se kjo nuk i b\u00ebn mir\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb turbullt dhe t\u00eb paqart\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e presidentit, un\u00eb kam besim se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi njeri i qart\u00eb, i cili do ta b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, duke eliminuar konsensusin. Nj\u00ebsoj si konsensusin p\u00ebr presidentin do t\u00eb sabotoj\u00eb reform\u00ebn zgjedhore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn tashm\u00eb e ka hedhur posht\u00eb de facto, biles dhe n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb ODIHR. Ai po ashtu do t\u00eb hedh\u00eb posht\u00eb reform\u00ebn parlamentare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ka mekaniz\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb estrad\u00eb politike para shqiptar\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb posht\u00ebruar kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e imunitetit e ka t\u00eb lidhur ngusht\u00ebsisht me nj\u00eb deputet, \u00e7uarja e t\u00eb cilit n\u00eb burg mund t\u2019i krijoj\u00eb probleme n\u00eb familje, ose mund t\u2019i kthej\u00eb t\u00eb birin n\u00eb azil politik.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb mundohen, dikush si mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs i tij, e dikush si kritik i tij, t\u2019i kujtojn\u00eb se nuk ka interes t\u00eb sillet k\u00ebshtu me presidentin dhe me kat\u00ebr kushtet e tjera, thjesht e kan\u00eb gabim. Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb po b\u00ebn dhe un\u00eb kam besim se do t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qart\u00ebsi deri n\u00eb fund, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos plot\u00ebsuar asnj\u00eb kusht. Opozita nuk ka pse emocionohet kaq shum\u00eb pse ky njeri po sillet si antiper\u00ebndimor dhe pse po i rr\u00ebmben t\u00eb gjitha pushtetet. Zgjidhja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb korrigjojm\u00eb Berish\u00ebn dhe as ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb atij nj\u00eb mask\u00eb t\u00eb pranueshme n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb. Zgjidhja \u00ebsht\u00eb ta tregojm\u00eb at\u00eb si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb kam m\u00eb shum\u00eb besim tek Berisha se sa tek k\u00ebta q\u00eb e qortojn\u00eb majtas e djathtas. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i sinqert\u00eb se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb do. I do t\u00eb gjitha ato pushtete q\u00eb Per\u00ebndimi do t\u2019ia heq\u00eb nga duart. Nuk e l\u00ebshon presidentin, nuk b\u00ebn reform\u00eb zgjedhore, nuk b\u00ebn reform\u00eb parlamentare dhe nuk e l\u00eb partnerin e djalit n\u00eb biznesin vdekjeprur\u00ebs t\u00eb G\u00ebrdecit pa imunitet, pasi e presin minimumi gjasht\u00eb vite burg. L\u00ebreni Berish\u00ebn ta b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb. Ta prish\u00eb!
