Mjafton q\u00eb nj\u00eb mjek fshati apo lagjeje t\u00eb vesh\u00eb bluz\u00ebn e bardh\u00eb dhe ne i themi menj\u00ebher\u00eb doktor, edhe pse ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb titull shkencor. Po ashtu, mjafton t\u00eb sorollatesh nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb leksion n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb nga dhjet\u00ebra universitetet shtet\u00ebrore apo private dhe menj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb thon\u00eb profesor, edhe pse do t\u00eb duhet nj\u00eb jet\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar k\u00ebt\u00eb titull t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb intelektual. Nd\u00ebrsa akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb, kushdo q\u00eb ka arritur t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb diplom\u00eb dhe t\u00eb punoj\u00eb diku, apo t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb nja dy-tri her\u00eb n\u00eb gazet\u00eb, mund t\u00eb quhet intelektual.<\/p>\n<p>Por, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kaq, vitet e fundit mjedisi politik dhe shoq\u00ebror shqiptar, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Maqedoni e Kosov\u00eb, po pushtohet nga nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dukuri megalomanie. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb lidermania. Kushdo q\u00eb drejton nj\u00eb parti, nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb, nj\u00eb shoqat\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo, nj\u00eb grupim a bashk\u00ebsi t\u00eb caktuar njer\u00ebzish, vet\u00ebquhet lider. Dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, ne gazetar\u00ebt kemi dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontributin ton\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madh, duke shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb tituj fisnik\u00ebsh anek\u00ebnd, si dekoratat dhe flet\u00ebt e lavd\u00ebrimit n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e propagand\u00ebs komuniste.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtuesve t\u00eb partive n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, fjala kryetar filloi t\u2019u dukej jasht\u00eb mode dhe nis\u00ebn sugjerimet q\u00eb, gjat\u00eb citimeve, mediat t\u2019u referoheshin atyre si lider\u00eb dhe jo thjesht si drejtues apo kryetar\u00eb. Dhe k\u00ebshtu, shpejt e shpejt, mjedisi yn\u00eb publik u mbush me \u201clider\u00eb demokrat\u00eb\u201d, \u201clider\u00eb socialist\u00eb\u201d, \u201clider\u00eb social demokrat\u00eb\u201d, \u201clider\u00eb t\u00eb LSI-s\u00eb\u201d etj. Nd\u00ebrsa dol\u00ebn sheshit titujt e fisnik\u00ebris\u00eb politike, nxituan t\u2019i k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ato edhe disa drejtues organizatash shoq\u00ebrore, ende n\u00eb mosh\u00eb pubertiteti, duke u vet\u00ebshpallur edhe ata publikisht si lider\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeve apo organizatave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt kjo nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe, p\u00ebrderisa askush prej nesh nuk cenohet n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre nga fakti se si i p\u00eblqen ta quajn\u00eb kryetarin e nj\u00eb partie apo shoqate. Gjithashtu, n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb lir\u00eb, gjithkush mund t\u2019i jap\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vetes t\u00eb vet\u00ebquhet jo vet\u00ebm lider, por edhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebror i njer\u00ebzimit. Por e gjith\u00eb kjo krijon nj\u00eb problem tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb lidhet me zhvler\u00ebsimin e titujve q\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit b\u00ebjn\u00eb edhe dallimin mes shtresave t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie duke ndar\u00eb injorant\u00ebt nga t\u00eb shkolluarit, ekspert\u00ebt nga zanat\u00e7injt\u00eb, profesor\u00ebt nga n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit, shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt nga thjesht t\u00eb diplomuarit, profesor\u00ebt nga m\u00ebsuesit, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb deri te ndryshimi mes nj\u00eb drejtuesi dhe nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi apo nj\u00eb lideri popullor, q\u00eb prodhon frym\u00ebzim p\u00ebr popullin e tij dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i aft\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb histori.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe akoma m\u00eb tej, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb quhen lider\u00eb, ne nuk dim\u00eb tashm\u00eb se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb, ose m\u00eb sakt\u00eb, si duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb lideri i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, pasi nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb ka dhjet\u00ebra lider\u00eb, me siguri nuk ka asnj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Ose, edhe n\u00eb past\u00eb, ne nuk dim\u00eb si ta identifikojm\u00eb, kur me lider, tani p\u00ebr tani, ne n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb nj\u00eb kategori njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb po b\u00ebhen jo frym\u00ebzimi, por neveria e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLideri\u201d ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb goditje tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb k\u00ebta muajt e fundit, kur mediat, pa pik\u00ebn e kursimit, i referohen dhjet\u00ebra her\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb si lider kryetarit t\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeje shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr Albin Kurtin, i cili u vu n\u00eb krye t\u00eb nj\u00eb grupi, kryesisht t\u00eb rinjsh, q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb kontrollin e administrat\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mbi qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, duke k\u00ebrkuar at\u00eb q\u00eb ata e personifikojn\u00eb edhe n\u00eb emrin e organizat\u00ebs, \u201cVet\u00ebvendosje\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Oponenca e k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb rinjve, matur me kutin e nacionalizm\u00ebs s\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, \u00ebsht\u00eb e admirueshme, pavar\u00ebsisht metodave t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebrit oponenc\u00eb. Por shpejt edhe Albinin e kapi s\u00ebmundja e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit t\u00eb madh dhe kudo ku ai fliste, citohej, pa nj\u00eb pa dy, si lider. Dhe si i till\u00eb, Albini doli e tha se nuk e njoh gjykat\u00ebn, as prokurorin\u00eb, as shtetin dhe qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, as EULEX-in e as OKB-n\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, ai refuzoi muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb paraqitej n\u00eb gjyq, p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjur lidhur me akuzat mbi nj\u00eb protest\u00eb t\u00eb dhunshme, ku u shkat\u00ebrruan nja 20 makina t\u00eb UNMIK-ut.<\/p>\n<p>Ne shqiptar\u00ebt, k\u00ebndej e matan\u00eb kufirit, jemi deri n\u00eb gryk\u00eb me lider\u00eb q\u00eb kapardisen makinave e podiumeve, e q\u00eb me mosbindje ordinere i b\u00ebjn\u00eb karshill\u00ebk shtetit dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. P\u00ebrtej fushat\u00ebs \u201cmade in Facebook\u201d pro tij, Albin Kurti zgjodhi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb keqe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur karrier\u00ebn n\u00eb politik\u00eb.
