Si nj\u00eb prej investitor\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb privat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, dhe iniciues i debateve publike mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, nuk kisha se si t\u00eb rrija pa reaguar ndaj nj\u00eb prej lajmeve m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb rektorit Kule.<\/p>\n

Pengmarrja e bot\u00ebs akademike, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimi ndaj angazhimit t\u00eb pedagog\u00ebve n\u00eb institucionet private t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb nga antireformat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb e frym\u00ebzuar pik\u00ebrisht nga ata individ\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ishin shembull p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn e dijes dhe zgjerimin e saj. <\/p>\n

K\u00ebta individ\u00eb kan\u00eb zgjedhur q\u00eb n\u00ebn petkun e administratorit (duke e ngat\u00ebrruar veten shpesh me administrator\u00ebt e universiteteve private) t\u00eb nj\u00eb prone publike t\u00eb frenojn\u00eb zhvillimin policentrik t\u00eb stilit per\u00ebndimor n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. Jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht t\u00eb till\u00eb figura q\u00eb po b\u00ebhen antireformator\u00ebt mbi zhvillimet q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndodhin n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb shqiptar. K\u00ebto ide dhe vendime shkojn\u00eb ndesh edhe me at\u00eb politik\u00eb q\u00eb arsimi yn\u00eb ka p\u00ebrqafuar prej vitesh (q\u00eb n\u00eb firmosjen e marr\u00ebveshjes n\u00eb 2003) dhe pik\u00ebrisht me Marr\u00ebveshjen e Bolonj\u00ebs, e cila n\u00eb thelb t\u00eb saj ka mobilitetin e student\u00ebve dhe stafeve akademike. <\/p>\n

Qarkullimi i lir\u00eb dhe l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebria e elitave akademike, specializimet e kuadrove dhe student\u00ebve, transferimi dhe shk\u00ebmbimet e kompetenc\u00ebs s\u00eb specializuar nd\u00ebrinstitucionale p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb motorin e zhvillimit ekukativ global. P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb dy dekadave fal\u00eb k\u00ebtij modeli liberal, Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebrfitoi nj\u00eb thesar t\u00eb \u00e7muar, at\u00eb t\u00eb kapitalit intelektual. <\/p>\n

Por sigurisht rektori Kule si nj\u00eb akademik i vjet\u00ebr duhet t\u00eb dij\u00eb q\u00eb me lindjen e dijes ka lindur dhe p\u00ebrhapja e saj. Q\u00eb n\u00eb Mesjet\u00eb ekzistonte nj\u00eb proces shum\u00eb i njohur q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ai i mobilitetit t\u00eb stafeve akademike dhe student\u00ebve nga nj\u00eb an\u00eb e bot\u00ebs n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb etur p\u00ebr dije dhe edukim. N\u00eb shekullin e fundit ne jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra projekteve si ERASMUS, DELTA, PETRA, LINGUA, TEMPUS q\u00eb i kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar student\u00ebve dhe akademik\u00ebve t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb t\u00eb edukohen dhe t\u00eb japin dijet e tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn. <\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb qesharake t\u00eb ngrihet nj\u00eb debat i till\u00eb sot, i cili na \u00e7on n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb tashm\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar, at\u00eb t\u00eb komunizmit, kur profesor\u00ebt t\u00eb detyruar prej sistemit politik nuk mund t\u00eb jepnin m\u00ebsim dhe t\u00eb angazhoheshin n\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb tjera akademike ve\u00e7se atyre q\u00eb diktonte universiteti publik dhe aq m\u00eb pak t\u00eb mendonin p\u00ebr mobilitetin e tyre n\u00eb universitete t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb rajon apo n\u00eb bot\u00eb.
\nZoti rektor, ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ishim d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb q\u00eb periudha e centralizimit t\u00eb mendimit e dijes, nuk na solli gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vet\u00ebm se t\u00eb ishim nj\u00eb nga vendet e vet\u00ebm t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs me zhvillimin m\u00eb t\u00eb vonuar ekonomik ne fillimet e viteve \u201890-t\u00eb. <\/p>\n

Sot student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, pa diskriminim meritojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga eksperienca akademike universitar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb dhe t\u00eb huaj. <\/p>\n

Zoti rektor, ju keni qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb kund\u00ebr hapjes s\u00eb universiteteve private n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, sepse fatkeq\u00ebsisht e keni ndjer\u00eb veten gjithmon\u00eb pronar\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve publike, duke patur besimin e plot\u00eb q\u00eb ju keni autor\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb arsim dhe dije. Dhe po sot, me nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb till\u00eb ju po tregoni shenja feudalizmi duke dashur t\u00eb centralizoni at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e juaja, por \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb e atyre individ\u00ebve dhe profesor\u00ebve t\u00eb nderuar q\u00eb me mund dhe sakrific\u00eb e tyre dhe jo tuaj\u00ebn kan\u00eb arritur aty ku jan\u00eb sot. <\/p>\n

Askush n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e sotme nuk duhet ta ndjej\u00eb veten pronar t\u00eb dijeve t\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve apo t\u00eb frenoj\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn intelektuale t\u00eb atyre student\u00ebve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u2019i marrin ato.
\nNe jemi t\u00eb sigurt q\u00eb orvatjet monopolizuese mbi kapitalin intelektual dhe frenimi abuziv i elitave n\u00eb misionin e p\u00ebrhapjen e dijes do t\u00eb d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Fryma universale arsimore na sugjeron bashk\u00ebpunimin organik dhe jo p\u00ebrjashtimin, hapjen dhe jo izolimin, qarkullimin e jo paralizimin, respektimin e parimeve bashk\u00ebkohore dhe jo ringjalljen e shpirtit t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar komunist. <\/p>\n

Investuam me idealiz\u00ebm n\u00eb formimin elitar p\u00ebr modernizimin, dhe do vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb luftojm\u00eb me p\u00ebrkushtim p\u00ebr t\u00eb eliminuar feudalizmin n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb shqiptar. <\/p>\n
