Jan\u00eb shum\u00eb arsye pse paqja dhe stabiliteti mbesin kaq t\u00eb brishta n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Prandaj lider\u00ebt q\u00eb i kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar pasojat e tmerrshme t\u00eb luft\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb ngrihen dhe t\u00eb flasin me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb: duhet t\u00eb sigurohemi q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbehemi s\u00ebrish nga urrejtjet nd\u00ebretnike t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs\u201d. K\u00ebshtu nis nj\u00eb artikull i kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, i shkruar p\u00ebr gazet\u00ebn \u201cEurovoice\u201d para dy jav\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb naiv\u00eb ose indiferent\u00eb, mund t\u00eb mos u b\u00ebjn\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje k\u00ebto tri fjali. Thjesht, mund t\u2019iu duken normale e t\u00eb zakonshme, ose madje tep\u00ebr normale e tep\u00ebr t\u00eb zakonshme, prandaj edhe disi t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitshme e bezdis\u00ebse. Ama, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e problemit, gjithsesi. Ka nj\u00eb tez\u00eb t\u00eb posa\u00e7me q\u00eb shfaqet n\u00eb k\u00ebta pak rreshta, dhe e cila nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, e drejt\u00eb dhe aq m\u00eb pak e dobishme. N\u00eb fakt, nj\u00eb lexim i k\u00ebtill\u00eb i luft\u00ebrave n\u00eb Ballkan, sikurse ky i kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i d\u00ebmsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, shqiptar\u00ebt dhe gjith\u00eb rajonin.<\/p>\n<p>Luft\u00ebrat n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor n\u00eb shekullin e kaluar nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb luft\u00ebra nd\u00ebretnike. Njer\u00ebzit nuk luftuan pse ishin (etnikisht) t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, por pse interesa t\u00eb ndryshme politike dhe ekonomike i mobilizuan ata prej lart (duke p\u00ebrdorur edhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre etnike). N\u00eb rastin ton\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt si komb rezistonin e luftonin kund\u00ebr Serbis\u00eb si shtet, p\u00ebr m\u00eb se nj\u00eb shekull, prej kur u okupuan prej saj. As n\u00eb vitet e \u201990-ta, luft\u00ebrat nuk ishin nd\u00ebretnike: shqiptar\u00ebt, boshnjak\u00ebt, serb\u00ebt, kroat\u00ebt dhe slloven\u00ebt nuk luftuan t\u00eb gjith\u00eb me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, pra nuk u p\u00ebrlesh\u00ebn secili me secilin, por t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt luftuan kund\u00ebr hegjemonis\u00eb dhe ekspansionizmit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb q\u00eb asokohe udh\u00ebhiqej nga regjimi i Milosheviqit.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ishte dallimi mbi baza etnike ai q\u00eb shkaktonte konfliktet, por planet dhe programet e hartuara n\u00eb Beograd nga Akademia e Shkencave dhe e Arteve atje, t\u00eb miratuara m\u00eb pastaj nga politika shtet\u00ebrore, t\u00eb bekuara nga Kisha Ortodokse dhe t\u00eb ekzekutuara nga ushtria, policia dhe forcat paramilitare t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. N\u00ebse luft\u00ebrat e viteve t\u00eb \u201990-ta i quajm\u00eb, thjesht, luft\u00ebra nd\u00ebretnike, at\u00ebher\u00eb b\u00ebhet shfaj\u00ebsimi i Serbis\u00eb p\u00ebr krimet, masakrat dhe gjenocidin e kryer me paramendim. Konsekuenca e k\u00ebtij shpjegimi \u00ebsht\u00eb se t\u00eb gjitha kombet na paskan kryer krime porse k\u00ebt\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb sipas mund\u00ebsive q\u00eb kishin: Serbia kishte fuqi shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe policore dhe ushtarake andaj edhe krimet e saj ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>Mbret\u00ebria serbo-kroato-sllovene, me n\u00eb krye Aleksandar Karagjorgjeviqin, ishte forma p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb e Madhe pas luft\u00ebrave ballkanike dhe pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. Kjo form\u00eb u p\u00ebrpoq vazhdimisht q\u00eb t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje her\u00eb me luft\u00eb e her\u00eb me paqe. P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit t\u00eb shekullit XX, orvatja ishte me luft\u00eb. At\u00ebbot\u00eb, gjersa i kryente krimet m\u00eb mizore n\u00eb truallin e Evrop\u00ebs q\u00eb prej Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, Serbia po e akuzonte NATO-n dhe ShBA-t\u00eb p\u00ebr imperializ\u00ebm t\u00eb madh, p\u00ebr ta maskuar asisoj imperalizmin e vet t\u00eb vock\u00ebl n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, e majta kulturore cinike n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb fliste pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr urrejtjen e lasht\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan, ku fiset tash quheshin etni, e t\u00eb cilat kishin p\u00ebr gjendje normale luft\u00ebn e p\u00ebrjetshme n\u00eb kontrast me projektin e Bashkimit Evropian t\u00eb frym\u00ebzuar nga paqja e p\u00ebrhershme e Kantit. T\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb per\u00ebndim q\u00eb po i sh\u00ebrbenin Serbis\u00eb me arsyetimet e tyre, qarkullonin n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet Nietzsche-s e Freud-it: vullneti p\u00ebr pushtet i Milosheviqit po e zgjeronte territorin e (shtetit t\u00eb) k\u00ebtij pushteti, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb thuhej se edhe ai, porsi Hitleri, dyshohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb probleme seksuale (p\u00ebrve\u00e7q\u00eb e kishte par\u00eb baban\u00eb e tij t\u00eb varej n\u00eb litar teksa ky kishte kryer vet\u00ebvrasje).<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht q\u00eb Jugosllavia e painkuadruar e Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Tret\u00eb q\u00eb ishte zhytur n\u00eb borxhe nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbijetonte pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb Bllokut t\u00eb Lindjes. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, aty ishin grumbulluar edhe kund\u00ebrth\u00ebnie t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb brendshme p\u00ebrve\u00e7 sundimit t\u00eb shtuar mbi shqiptar\u00ebt pas suprimimit t\u00eb autonomis\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb Slloveni dhe Kroaci u akumulua kapitali ekonomik nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Serbi e Mal t\u00eb Zi aparati represiv. P.sh. standardi i jetes\u00ebs n\u00eb Slloveni ishte shum\u00ebfish m\u00eb i lart\u00eb sesa mesatarja e Jugosllavis\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb ushtrin\u00eb jugosllave kishte kat\u00ebrfish m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjeneral\u00eb malazez\u00eb sesa kroat\u00eb dhe 70 % t\u00eb polic\u00ebve n\u00eb Zagreb ishin serb\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri Tha\u00e7i nuk mjaftohet me p\u00ebrshkrimin e gabuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb luft\u00ebrave t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar si t\u00eb shkaktuara nga urrejtja nd\u00ebretnike. Ai nuk e shfaj\u00ebson Serbin\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb histori por edhe n\u00eb ardhm\u00ebri. Sepse ai b\u00ebn thirrje q\u00eb t\u00eb mos \u201crr\u00ebmbehemi s\u00ebrish nga urrejtjet nd\u00ebretnike t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs\u201d. Duke e p\u00ebrshkruar \u201currejtjen nd\u00ebretnike\u201d si ADN-n\u00eb e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor nuk kontribuohet p\u00ebr paqe, por pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsimin e konfliktit dhe, me k\u00ebt\u00eb, edhe t\u00eb protektorateve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare sunduese. K\u00ebsisoj, edhe sulmet e shtuara t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb mbi Kosov\u00ebn dhe shqiptar\u00ebt na shfaqen vet\u00ebm si ringjallje e nj\u00ebfar\u00eb urrejtjeje nd\u00ebretnike nga e kaluara e jo si plan i Serbis\u00eb q\u00eb shp\u00ebrfaqet prej Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb saj dhe strukturave ilegale shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb veri, e deri te mospendesa p\u00ebr krimet e kryera ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs fundja le t\u00eb mos e ndihmoj\u00eb shtetin e kombin ton\u00eb, por a thua \u00e7ka i hyn n\u00eb pun\u00eb ta ndihmoj\u00eb Serbin\u00eb, madje n\u00eb nj\u00eb aspekt kaq fundamental?! Kryeministri q\u00eb e b\u00ebri k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim \u00ebsht\u00eb historian me profesion.
