Me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, shoq\u00ebria shqiptare e p\u00ebrballoi m\u00eb me dinjitet fatkeq\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe reagoi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb dhe qytetare ndaj saj, nd\u00ebrsa shteti na la shijen e nj\u00eb tribuje primitive, t\u00eb rr\u00ebmujshme, t\u00eb paaft\u00eb dhe hipokrite.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u2019i shikojm\u00eb m\u00eb me qet\u00ebsi disa element\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij reagimi. N\u00eb momentin e par\u00eb kur ndodhi aksidenti, q\u00eb nga vendngjarja e deri n\u00eb spital, qytetar\u00ebt e Himar\u00ebs shkuan aty vet\u00eb, pa i thirrur askush, ndihmuan sa mund\u00ebn, nuk prodhuan panik, dhe m\u00eb pas n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, Himar\u00eb dhe Tiran\u00eb qindra qytetar\u00eb shkuan pa i thirrur askush t\u00eb dhuronin gjak.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrball\u00eb tyre ishin strukturat e shtetit q\u00eb mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebn n\u00eb vendngjarje, pa mjetet e emergjenc\u00ebs dhe ngarkonin kufomat, si\u00e7 thoshte nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb, n\u00eb kamion\u00e7ina pasi mungonin ambulancat. N\u00eb Vlor\u00eb morgu ishte jasht\u00eb standardit p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb viktimat dhe personeli mjek\u00ebsor n\u00eb spital humbi kontrollin mbi territorin, aq sa gazetar\u00eb, qytetar\u00eb dhe mjek hynin e dilnin n\u00eb korridore si nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr emergjenc\u00eb n\u00eb Afganistan kur ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb kamikaz ndonj\u00eb atentat vet\u00ebvras\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi kaloi vala e par\u00eb e emergjenc\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb aksidentuarit u kompletuan n\u00ebp\u00ebr spitale, n\u00eb ekrane u shfaq\u00ebn ministrat, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht donin t\u00eb jepnin lajme. N\u00eb \u00e7do administrat\u00eb normale n\u00eb bot\u00eb, n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla spitalet mbyllin dyert p\u00ebr popullin dhe caktojn\u00eb me rigorozitet nj\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb mund t\u00eb informoj\u00eb \u00e7do minut\u00eb, \u00e7do gjysm\u00eb ore apo nj\u00eb or\u00eb medien, dhe nj\u00eb ekip q\u00eb merret me marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me familjar\u00ebt, por askush nuk mund t\u00eb hyj\u00eb e t\u00eb dal\u00eb si n\u00eb nj\u00eb han pa porta n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku mjekohet, dhe aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr q\u00eb lajmet t\u2019i marrim nga ministra apo zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb emergjenc\u00ebs civile. Edhe m\u00eb tragjikomike ishte skena n\u00eb Spitalin Ushtarak, ku deputeti Tritan Shehu kishte veshur bluz\u00ebn e mjekut dhe b\u00ebnte si reanimator, por n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb pyeste se \u00e7far\u00eb ila\u00e7esh kishin, pyeste tek cila firm\u00eb i blejn\u00eb ila\u00e7et dhe pse nuk i blejn\u00eb tek nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr tyre, qytetar\u00ebt u treguan m\u00eb dinjitoz\u00eb. Ata shkuan n\u00eb spital, dhuruan gjak dhe u larguan n\u00eb heshtje n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre. Edhe ata q\u00eb u intervistuan nga media duket q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb faz\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb reflektimit gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb zis\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt s\u00ebrish ishin m\u00eb civil\u00eb. Pa i organizuar askush ata shkuan n\u00eb homazhe, vendos\u00ebn lule, himarjot\u00ebt shkuan s\u00ebrish tek vendi i aksidentit dhe respektuan kujtimin e tyre, nd\u00ebrsa administrata shtet\u00ebrore ngat\u00ebrroi arkivolet dhe filloi t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb teat\u00ebr n\u00eb homazhet e Elbasanit. Kulmi arriti kur Sali Berisha bllokoi nj\u00eb or\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Tiran\u00eb-Elbasan se mos aksidentohej vet\u00eb, dhe arriti t\u00eb qaj\u00eb p\u00ebr tu dukur njeri i p\u00ebrkushtuar ndaj qytetar\u00ebve, edhe pse n\u00eb rast tragjedish nj\u00eb shtetar duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb situat\u00ebs p\u00ebr tu p\u00ebrballur me problemin, kurse n\u00eb rast demonstratash politike si 21 Janari duhet t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb dor\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb mos vras\u00eb qytetar\u00eb duke l\u00ebn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb jetim\u00eb si\u00e7 la pa iu dridhur dora dhe qerpiku.<\/p>\n<p>Ose dhe m\u00eb keq akoma pasi d\u00ebrgon badigardin e vet t\u00eb blej\u00eb gjakun dhe nuk i ec\u00ebn pazari, d\u00ebnon viktimat e veta me gjoba marramend\u00ebse. Kryeministri i nj\u00eb vendi \u00ebsht\u00eb aty p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb kurajo qytetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr viktimat e Zotit dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb llogari drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr viktimat e veta. Berisha b\u00ebn si njeri q\u00eb e ka nd\u00ebshkuar Zoti se i ka marr\u00eb 13 jet\u00eb t\u00eb rinjsh, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb vet\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb 8 jetim\u00eb pa iu dridhur as dora, as qerpiku, q\u00eb dje b\u00ebnte sikur i lagej.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebtij reagimi hipokrit t\u00eb kryeministrit qytetar\u00ebt ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb hapur dhe p\u00ebr shkaqet. Ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur fol\u00ebn dhe po flasin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb neglizhenc\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebllimshme t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e ndryshuar projektin e asaj rruge duke e devijuar me nj\u00eb ur\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur katastrofat. T\u00eb tjer\u00eb fol\u00ebn p\u00ebr kushtet teknike se si licencohen mjetet, nd\u00ebrsa qeveria foli q\u00eb \u201cmjeti ishte i sigurt\u201d, \u201crruga ishte e sigurt\u201d, vet\u00ebm jeta e studenteve u b\u00eb e pasigurt si nga Zoti.
