Ai ka qen\u00eb nd\u00ebr personazhet legjend\u00eb t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb dhunuar t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb viteve 1940, q\u00eb nuk u pajtua n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb spikatur e m\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur me regjimin diktatorial, t\u00eb importuar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri me 29 n\u00ebntor 1944.<\/p>\n<p>An\u00ebtar zyrtar i Legjionit Amerikan, Veteran i nderuar nga Kongresi i ShBA, p\u00ebr merita t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen q\u00eb ai i dha liris\u00eb dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e tij t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, Zef Luka ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e m\u00ebrgat\u00ebs politike shqiptare, q\u00eb nuk u nda asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast nga p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbysjen e regjimit diktatorial n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb prej atyre burrave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e ndau veten nga vuajtjet e popullit shqiptar, vuajtjet e bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, t\u00eb vendosur n\u00ebn terrorin e rrethimit dhe gulagut komunist.<\/p>\n<p>Zef Luka ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb prej atyre t\u00eb rinjve q\u00eb u burr\u00ebruan n\u00eb vuajtje dhe p\u00ebrpjekje, q\u00eb luftoi, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se politikisht me elit\u00ebn e emigracionit shqiptar (grupuar m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti p\u00ebrkrah pjes\u00ebs liberal-demokrate t\u00eb mish\u00ebruar n\u00eb Bllokun Indipendent. Ai ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb miq\u00ebsi e bashk\u00ebpunim me profesor Martin Camaj dhe piktorin e madh shqiptar Lin Delia), edhe me arm\u00eb n\u00eb malet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut, kund\u00ebr forcave fam\u00ebkeqe t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb diktatorit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Emri i tij u kthye n\u00eb legjend\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb paepur, burr\u00ebror, luftarak dhe rezistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb pandame ndaj forcave ushtarake t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs, p\u00ebr rr\u00ebzimin me arm\u00eb t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. Ai ishte pjes\u00ebtar i grupit e 100 djelmve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb m\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb specializuara per\u00ebndimore n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb institucioneve demokratike dhe t\u00eb liris\u00eb (CIA dhe Mi6), erdh\u00ebn me sjell\u00eb lirin\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e zot\u00ebruar nga sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor\u00ebt e kuq t\u00eb Beogradit dhe Mosk\u00ebs, dhe nga t\u00eb pakt\u00ebt q\u00eb u shp\u00ebtoi \u201cForcave t\u00eb Ndjekjes\u201d, q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihmuar nga sh\u00ebrbimet sekrete ruse dhe Kim Philbi, vran\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsisoj ai ka qen\u00eb, deri m\u00eb sot, nd\u00ebr d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt e fundit q\u00eb e kan\u00eb treguar besnik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebt\u00eb epope t\u00eb panjohur, t\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb djelmnis\u00eb shqiptare, ndaj forcave t\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebs komuniste, nj\u00eb pushteti diktatorial, t\u00eb ngritur dhe t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb mbi gjakderdhjen masive t\u00eb bijve m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb kombit shqiptar. D\u00ebshmin\u00eb e tij e gjejm\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb botuar n\u00eb ditarin e titulluar \u201cNjiqind Shqipe q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn me prue lirin\u00eb\u201d, botuar n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr me parath\u00ebnie t\u00eb dr. Injac Sara\u00e7it.<\/p>\n<p>Aktiviteti i Zef Loro Luk\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbysjen me arm\u00eb t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb kuq \u00ebsht\u00eb shtrir\u00eb intensivisht n\u00eb fundin e viteve 1940 dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve 1950, kur ai p\u00ebr gati tri vite luftoi me arm\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti n\u00eb malet e Mirdit\u00ebs. Aktiviteti i tij luftarak \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb rrethanat historike t\u00eb flirtimeve antishqiptare t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb Hoxh\u00ebs me komunist\u00ebt e Beogradit q\u00eb shtypnin eg\u00ebrsisht shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe ato t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, dhe kur m\u00eb pas sjelljen e tyre ata e konvertuan n\u00eb nj\u00eb lidhje strategjike me Rusin\u00eb staliniste.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb fundvitet 1940 dhe fillimin e viteve 1950 ka qen\u00eb realisht hallka m\u00eb e dob\u00ebt e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sistemit komunist n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Lindore, n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb zhvillimit ekonomik dhe t\u00eb pozicionit t\u00eb saj gjeopolitik mjaft t\u00eb izoluar. Situacioni i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb asaj kohe ngjante m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti me situacionin e BRSS n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb vendosjes se diktatur\u00ebs staliniane.<\/p>\n<p>Aq \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb kjo, sa sh\u00ebrbimet per\u00ebndimore filluan t\u00eb binden se Shqip\u00ebria ishte pjesa m\u00eb e dob\u00ebt e zinxhirit t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs Komuniste, e cila n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se destabilizohej, mund t\u00eb precipitonte trazira edhe n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera komuniste, n\u00eb form\u00ebn e nj\u00eb efekti domino p\u00ebrmbysjeje t\u00eb regjimeve. P\u00ebrndryshe, p\u00ebr regjimin, e vetmja m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar mbijetes\u00ebn, si\u00e7 duket, ka qen\u00eb mbajtja permanente e dhun\u00ebs dhe e ndjenj\u00ebs s\u00eb frik\u00ebs ndaj kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve potencial\u00eb t\u00eb regjimit dhe mb\u00ebshtetja mbi nj\u00eb fuqi shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe ekonomike t\u00eb jashtme, si\u00e7 ishte BRSS.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb regjimi komunist filloi nj\u00eb val\u00eb t\u00eb papar\u00eb dhune dhe terrori mbi pjes\u00ebn e mbetur t\u00eb elit\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi. P\u00ebrndryshe, p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb guxuan, e vetmja m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrmbysur t\u00eb keqen q\u00eb kishte pllakosur vendin, ishte lufta pa kompromis p\u00ebr t\u00eb eliminuar kokat e sistemit diktatorial. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb Bep Luka ishte nga ata q\u00eb guxoi t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb kombit dhe misionit \u00e7lirimtar nga rob\u00ebria e shum\u00ebfisht\u00eb. Por sip\u00ebrmarrja e tij dhe e bashk\u00ebluft\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb idealist\u00eb t\u00eb asaj kohe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikuar ka qen\u00eb e destinuar t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrfundonte me sukses p\u00ebr nj\u00eb seri rrethanash t\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohura t\u00eb brendshme dhe t\u00eb jashtme.<\/p>\n<p>Sot Shkodra do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e fundit, n\u00eb Varrezat e Rrmajit, me nderim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, birin e saj q\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoi me burr\u00ebri, trim\u00ebri dhe nderim, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e pangjashme \u00e7lirimtare ndaj okupimit komunist. Ai do t\u00eb jet\u00eb k\u00ebshtu pran\u00eb et\u00ebrve dhe m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj q\u00eb e edukuan me dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb, p\u00ebr njeriun dhe p\u00ebr atdheun e shtrenjt\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb u flijuan po aty, n\u00ebn bresh\u00ebrit\u00eb e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb reparteve t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Zef Luka u largua nga ne duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb lexohet qart\u00eb, u largua duke na l\u00ebn\u00eb pas nj\u00eb lutje e nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhet shqyrtohet drejt: Shqip\u00ebria politiko-institucionale duhet t\u00eb njoh\u00eb dhe d\u00ebnoj\u00eb njimend\u00ebsisht krimet e djeshme t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb procesi t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb njohjes s\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs diktatoriale, mbasi p\u00ebrndryshe ajo n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb flej\u00eb ende me nd\u00ebrgjegje t\u00eb randueme.<\/p>\n<p>Mospranimi n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb spektrin politik shqiptar i d\u00ebnimit t\u00eb krimeve t\u00eb komunizmit, mbetja n\u00eb strukturat m\u00eb t\u00eb larta publike edhe, m\u00eb tutje, e ushtruesve t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme, do t\u00eb pengoj\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb i \u00e7liruar njimend\u00ebsisht, nj\u00eblloj si vendet e tjera ish-komuniste, nga trash\u00ebgimia komuniste dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb distancimin me at\u00eb.
