At\u00ebbot\u00eb, Sir Edward Grey, minist\u00ebr i Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme t\u00eb Anglis\u00eb, pati deklaruar q\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb till\u00eb, q\u00ebllimi kryesor ka qen\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ruhej marr\u00ebveshja nd\u00ebrmjet vet\u00eb Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha dhe, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se vendimi p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e ka siguruar k\u00ebt\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ai e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb pun\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb paqes s\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs\u201d. Dihet q\u00eb nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb shp\u00ebrthen Lufta e Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. Kaq sa i p\u00ebrket paqes n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe viti 1945 nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pak traumatik p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt sesa viti 1913. Kuvendi i Prizrenit e shfuqizoi Konferenc\u00ebn e Bujanit t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e nd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb motmoteve 1943-1944. Nj\u00eb muaj para k\u00ebsaj, komunist\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb s\u2019ishin ftuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb Jajce n\u00eb Mbledhjen e Dyt\u00eb t\u00eb AVNOJ-it. Aty u formua edhe Republika e Maqedonis\u00eb, kurse shqiptar\u00ebt jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb s\u2019u lejuan t\u2019i bashkohen Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por nuk u krijua as nj\u00eb republik\u00eb a krahin\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb RSFJ. (Mbledhja n\u00eb Jajce ishte shkelje edhe e vendimit t\u00eb Kongresit t\u00eb Kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb PKJ-s\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 1928 n\u00eb Dresden ku parashihej pavar\u00ebsia p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn.) K\u00ebshtu, m\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb iu lan\u00eb Serbis\u00eb meq\u00eb ajo ishte m\u00eb e fuqishme; mesatarisht shqiptar\u00eb u lan\u00eb n\u00ebn Maqedonin\u00eb sepse ajo ishte nj\u00eb republik\u00eb mesatare, nd\u00ebrkaq, m\u00eb pak shqiptar\u00eb iu lan\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, si republik\u00eb m\u00eb e dob\u00ebt q\u00eb ishte. Mbase kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sot do t\u00eb quhej menaxhim i kriz\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Gati shtat\u00eb dekada m\u00eb von\u00eb, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i kufizuar te Kosova q\u00eb u shpall e pavarur para m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kat\u00ebr viteve, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shteti mbetet pa sovranitet, pa ushtri t\u00eb veten, pa kufij t\u00eb mbrojtur, pa integritet territorial, me sundim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb form\u00eb protektorati dhe me struktura ilegale e armiq\u00ebsore t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit dhe jo vet\u00ebm atje. P\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb edhe m\u00eb keq se kaq, n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, qysh te Kapitulli I, te Dispozitat Themelore, n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 3 t\u00eb nenit 1 ku shpjegohet P\u00ebrkufizimi i Shtetit, thuhet q\u00eb: \u201cRepublika e Kosov\u00ebs nuk ka pretendime territoriale ndaj asnj\u00eb shteti ose pjese t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shteti dhe nuk do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb t\u00eb bashkohet me asnj\u00eb shtet ose pjes\u00eb t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shteti\u201d. V\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb paramendohet ndonj\u00eb kufizim tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb i padrejt\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn sesa ky. Dhe, leht\u00eb e pajtueshme se sa shum\u00eb do t\u2019i shkonte p\u00ebr shtati ky nen pik\u00ebrisht Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shumica absolute e partive politike dhe organizatave shoq\u00ebrore anek\u00ebnd kufijve q\u00eb i ndajn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Ballkan nuk e mbrojn\u00eb publikisht tez\u00ebn e bashkimit komb\u00ebtar dhe nuk e kan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr programet e tyre. E, megjithat\u00eb, jan\u00eb aq t\u00eb shumt\u00eb politikan\u00ebt e zyrtar\u00ebt n\u00eb secilin subjekt t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb e duan bashkimin komb\u00ebtar dhe flasin p\u00ebr t\u00eb (sidomos privatisht). Edhe sondazhet e ndryshme vend\u00ebse e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare vazhdimisht e nxjerrin nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb d\u00ebrrmuese t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebr bashkim. S\u2019ka dyshim q\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 faktit q\u00eb jemi nj\u00eb komb me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, histori, tradit\u00eb e kultur\u00eb, edhe interesi ekonomik dhe ai i siguris\u00eb b\u00ebn q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt ta duan bashkimin komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet. Bashkimi i burimeve natyrore dhe njer\u00ebzore, i tregut dhe institucioneve, do t\u2019i forconte shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Ballkan gj\u00eb q\u00eb patjet\u00ebr se do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehej n\u00eb zhvillim e mir\u00ebqenie, n\u00eb mbrojtje e siguri.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, nuk ka ndryshim t\u00eb politikave zyrtare t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, e t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb faktorizimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Maksimumi i tyre jan\u00eb deklaratat publike t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrve\u00e7se jan\u00eb joadekuate n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje, toni i tyre tregon q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u marr\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e jo p\u00ebr t\u2019u marr\u00eb me t\u00eb. Madje, Prishtina dhe Tirana, edhe n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, vet\u00ebm sa reagojn\u00eb: jan\u00eb Serbia e Maqedonia, por edhe Mali i Zi e Greqia, ato q\u00eb i shtypin shqiptar\u00ebt duke i intensifikuar koh\u00eb pas kohe ekspeditat e ndryshme policore. Reagimet nga Prishtina e Tirana pothuajse asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk vijn\u00eb pas dhun\u00ebs strukturore q\u00eb zbatohet mbi shqiptar\u00ebt por eventualisht at\u00ebher\u00eb kur kjo dhun\u00eb b\u00ebhet brutale, fizike dhe e dukshme.<\/p>\n<p>Koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit kemi nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb sulmeve mbi shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni, Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Arrestimet dhe vrasjet jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dukuri t\u00eb zakonshme me t\u00eb cilat po m\u00ebsohemi dhe p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb ngjajn\u00eb t\u00eb orkestruara. Serbia dhe Maqedonia nuk do t\u00eb ndalen n\u00eb k\u00ebto sulme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb regjimeve n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb Beograd e n\u00eb Shkup, e t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb reflektuar edhe n\u00eb karakterin e shteteve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. Q\u00ebndrimi shovinist dhe racist ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve prodhon sulme ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb cilat, m\u00eb tutje, i mir\u00ebmbajn\u00eb k\u00ebto regjime. Dob\u00ebsia dhe pasiviteti yn\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb sulmet q\u00eb i p\u00ebrjetojm\u00eb duke i inkurajuar ato. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, sulmuesit nga Serbia dhe Maqedonia nisin t\u00eb perceptohen si m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm prej shqiptar\u00ebve sesa q\u00eb ata jan\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe madej kjo ndikon n\u00eb vet\u00eb fuqizimin e atyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithsesi pak, gjithmon\u00eb u duket shum\u00eb Serbis\u00eb e Maqedonis\u00eb. E kemi rastin e autonomis\u00eb s\u00eb \u201974-shit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb u suprimua dhe t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Ohrit n\u00eb Maqedoni q\u00eb nuk u zbatua. Thjesht, Serbia dhe Maqedonia nuk do t\u00eb ndalen me sulmet ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve derisa t\u00eb b\u00ebhet bashkimi komb\u00ebtar shqiptar dhe t\u00eb arrihet nj\u00eb baraspesh\u00eb e re n\u00eb Ballkan. Sa m\u00eb her\u00ebt q\u00eb ta kuptojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb Tirana e Prishtina, aq m\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe aq m\u00eb kollaj do t\u00eb jet\u00eb. Natyr\u00ebn e shtetit t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb dhe Maqedonis\u00eb nuk mund ta ndryshojn\u00eb Serbia e Maqedonia e madje as BE-ja. Karakterin e mbrapsht\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre shteteve mund dhe duhet ta ndryshojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt.
