Maxhoranca aktuale i ka t\u00eb gjitha votat n\u00eb parlament, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr reformimin e sistemit kushtetues, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjen sa m\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb nj\u00eb presidenti tjet\u00ebr, pasi Nishani nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb lart\u00ebsin\u00eb e duhur si president dhe po b\u00ebhet penges\u00eb reale n\u00eb reform\u00ebn dhe mir\u00eb-funksionimin e sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Prandaj, dy krer\u00ebve kryesor\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb sot realisht pushtetin n\u00eb dor\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Ram\u00ebs e Met\u00ebs, u duhet t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00eb president tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Nishanit, pa p\u00ebrfunduar mandati i k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Ka njer\u00ebz q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se Bamiri mund t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb vot\u00eb popullore, n\u00ebse Presidenti, ta z\u00ebm\u00eb zgjidhet nga populli. Edhe kjo mund\u00ebsi duhet par\u00eb. Por n\u00ebse ne rrim\u00eb brenda sistemit aktual, dhe n\u00ebse b\u00ebjm\u00eb disa p\u00ebrllogaritje politike n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb vendit, mendoj se zgjedhja e Bamir Topit president do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb zgjedhje e q\u00eblluar dhe e dobishme p\u00ebr vendit. Do t\u00eb sillte nj\u00eb president t\u00eb djatht\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb shtetit, nj\u00eb president q\u00eb nuk e paraqet Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb mang\u00ebt, qoft\u00eb me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe elokuenc\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit, qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00eb pamje t\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse supozojm\u00eb q\u00eb Bamiri do t\u00eb zgjidhej si kandidatur\u00eb e maxhoranc\u00ebs p\u00ebr president, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar fytyr\u00ebn e presidentit q\u00eb tani \u00e7alon, nuk ka dyshim q\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00ebn refraktare t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb n\u00eb parlament, nj\u00eb num\u00ebr deputet\u00ebsh do t\u00eb votonin padyshim edhe p\u00ebr Bamirin. Kjo ide m\u00eb shkoi n\u00eb mendje, sapo d\u00ebgjova lajmin, se Bamir Topi kishte patur nj\u00eb takim me Edi Ram\u00ebn, para disa dit\u00ebve. Nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje n\u00eb mes FRD-s\u00eb si forc\u00eb politike dhe maxhoranc\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb e mir\u00ebpritur, por mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e bashk\u00ebpunimit duhet t\u00eb shtrihen edhe m\u00eb tej, n\u00eb nj\u00eb stad m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb konfigurimit politik dhe shtet-formues, p\u00ebr interesat e nj\u00eb politike m\u00eb t\u00eb arsyeshme n\u00eb drejtimin e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mend\u00ebsi tjet\u00ebr qeverisjeje, gj\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes vot\u00ebs s\u00eb popullit e ka marr\u00eb me zgjedhjet e 23 qershorit 2013. Por sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb po tregohet i palogjiksh\u00ebm dhe i korruptuar. Dhe Nishani nuk duket se ka fuqi t\u00eb dal\u00eb mbi orientimet e atij, q\u00eb i dha mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb zgjidhej n\u00eb at\u00eb post. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb se zgjedhja e Nishanit ishte nj\u00eb zgjedhje e q\u00ebllimt\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs, q\u00eb ai p\u00ebrmes tij dhe sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00eb krye t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb presidenti, Berisha t\u00eb ruante t\u00eb pacenuara interesat e familjes s\u00eb tij. At\u00ebher\u00eb pse ne duhet t\u00eb mbesim viktim\u00eb e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs? A nuk e kemi duruar mjaft n\u00eb k\u00ebto 23 vjet? E keqja \u00ebsht\u00eb se duke qen\u00eb i kapur sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, frym\u00ebzohet krimi e korrupsioni n\u00eb vend. Dhe me sa po shohim k\u00ebto muaj qeverisje t\u00eb aleanc\u00ebs PS-LSI, shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb drejt e n\u00eb rregull, qeverisja po ec\u00ebn n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e duhur, e sigurt\u00eb dhe e ekuilibruar, por krimi ndon\u00ebse ka r\u00ebnie, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb nivelin e t\u00eb patolerueshmes.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse n\u00eb Gjermanin\u00eb me mbi 80 milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, do t\u00eb kishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb rast, ku nj\u00eb personi do i vihej l\u00ebnd\u00eb plas\u00ebse n\u00eb makin\u00eb, si\u00e7 po ndodh r\u00ebndom k\u00ebtu tek ne, i gjith\u00eb shteti me t\u00eb gjitha strukturat e mbrojtjes s\u00eb siguris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, do t\u00eb tronditeshin dhe do viheshin n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb gjetjes s\u00eb autorit. Kurse k\u00ebtu tek ne, llokumet e tritolit jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb si \u00e7am\u00e7ak\u00ebz\u00eb. Po i v\u00ebn\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr hobby, edhe p\u00ebr likuidime, edhe p\u00ebr presione politike etj. etj. Dhe kjo praktik\u00eb kriminale duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb fund sa m\u00eb par\u00eb, q\u00eb opozita konfliktuale e Berish\u00ebs, t\u00eb mos ushqehet me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb, q\u00eb i sjell\u00eb k\u00ebtij burri me superego t\u00eb deformuar veprimtaria kriminale n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend dhe d\u00ebshtimi i strukturave t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr ta v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll rendin dhe sigurin\u00eb. Pra, t\u00eb mos jetojm\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb perverse t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs!<br \/>\nN\u00eb planin politik, zgjedhja e Topit p\u00ebr president t\u00eb republik\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb nderonte dhe favorizonte nj\u00eb lider simpatik t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs shqiptare, por do i b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb nder edhe vendit, me ekuilibrimin e forcave t\u00eb arsyeshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Shqip\u00ebria ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb arsye n\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe Bamiri ka treguar se di t\u00eb arsyetoj\u00eb mir\u00eb, di t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb t\u00eb pacenuar institucionin e presidenc\u00ebs, edhe n\u00eb rastet kur kishte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me nj\u00eb represion t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb Berisha, n\u00eb kulmin e pushtetit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse Nishani ngjan me nj\u00eb president t\u00eb kapur. Ai ishte minist\u00ebr rendi, kur ndodhi G\u00ebrdeci. E shoqja e tij Odeta ishte n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb universitet privat me gruan e Kosta Trebick\u00ebs, kur ky i fundit u \u201cvet\u00ebvra\u201d n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e gjahut&#8230; Iu rr\u00ebzua makina edhe atij si Olldashit&#8230; Prandaj, largimi i Nishanit nga ai post i lart\u00eb e i pamerituar, q\u00eb mban tani, me forc\u00ebn e karton\u00ebve n\u00eb parlament, dhe zgjedhja e nj\u00eb presidenti t\u00eb duhur p\u00ebr at\u00eb post, do e \u00e7lironte k\u00ebt\u00eb vend nga hija e zez\u00eb q\u00eb e p\u00ebrshkruan drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb tani, nga mediokriteti dhe paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr ta kryer detyr\u00ebn me sukses dhe nga paragjykimi q\u00eb ky institucion ka, p\u00ebr faktin se Nishani \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu i Berish\u00ebs. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, Nishani ka hije dyshimi mbi personalitetin dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij, mbi aft\u00ebsit\u00eb individuale dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese, mbi sh\u00ebndetin e tij, dhe qoft\u00eb edhe mbi pamjen fizike. Shikon presidentin e vendit sot dhe ti merr menj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypjen e nj\u00eb vendi t\u00eb lodhur e t\u00eb d\u00ebrrmuar. Q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb, qoft\u00eb nga pamja e qoft\u00eb nga p\u00ebrmbajtja, ka nevoj\u00eb imediate pra edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb President tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Rama \u00ebsht\u00eb njeri energjik dhe dinamik n\u00eb drejtim, po ashtu edhe Meta, i ri, i ekuilibruar n\u00eb parlament, i cili me fitoren e 23 qershorit ka filluar edhe nj\u00eb kur\u00eb personale p\u00ebr mbajtjen e vetvetes n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb fizike, q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb dy n\u00eb lart\u00ebsin\u00eb e duhur t\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb vendit. Dhe duket se t\u00eb dy bashk\u00eb e kan\u00eb marr\u00eb seriozisht shtetin. Se k\u00ebt\u00eb handikap ka patur pushteti n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, sidomos n\u00eb k\u00ebta 23 vjet demokraci: shteti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb seriozisht. Pra, p\u00ebrpjekjeve serioze t\u00eb aleanc\u00ebs PS-LSI p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb shtetin shtet, po iu b\u00ebn kontrast nj\u00eb president i lodhur dhe i kapur si Nishani. Zgjedhja e presidentit t\u00eb duhur, sa m\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur, do ia shtonte atij edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen popullore, respektin dhe simpatin\u00eb p\u00ebr urt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe guximin e treguar, n\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me pjell\u00ebn m\u00eb negative t\u00eb politik\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebto 23 vjet, Sali Berish\u00ebn.
