Kjo masak\u00ebr u gjykua nga gjykata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Hag\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb mund t\u00eb eskaloj\u00eb situata edhe n\u00eb luft\u00eb civile.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjej\u00ebsit institucional t\u00eb Maqedonis duhet t\u2019ju k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb falje e jo t\u00eb ju shkaktojn\u00eb dhimbje t\u00eb reja shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, e sidomos shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Lubotenit p\u00ebr masakr\u00ebn t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me 10-12 gusht t\u00eb vitit 2001. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb masak\u00ebr ishin vrar\u00eb dhjet\u00eb civil\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, kurse p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr Gjykata e Hag\u00ebs d\u00ebnoi me 12 vjet burg Johan Tar\u00e7ullovskin, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i policis\u00eb dhe fajtor kryesor p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr makab\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e udh\u00ebs q\u00eb shteti ti k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb falje k\u00ebtyre familjeve, jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar d\u00ebmin, pasi ai nuk paguhet dot, por p\u00ebr ti respektuar ata si pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shteti. Sipas \u00e7do logjike, me plot kuptimin human, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb konventave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb thyera nga vet\u00eb institucioni shtet, Ministri e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme, nga forcat e armatosura t\u00eb shtetit, \u00ebsht\u00eb e udh\u00ebs q\u00eb institucionalisht shteti apo presidenti apo kushdo qoft\u00eb institucion i lart i shtetit q\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet falje edhe q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jo se mund t\u00eb paguhet d\u00ebmi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj nderi dhe respekti ndaj qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00ebnshtetas-maqedonas, si qytetar\u00eb q\u00eb llogariten me kushtetut\u00eb si t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb Maqedoni.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Srebrenic\u00eb m\u00eb 11 korrik t\u00eb vitit 1995, trupat serbe t\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebs hyn\u00eb n\u00eb enklav\u00ebn e mbrojtur nga OKB-ja dhe vran\u00eb mbi tet\u00eb mij\u00eb mysliman\u00eb. Kjo masak\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar si gjenocid nga Gjykata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe nga Gjykata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr Krime t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs n\u00eb ish-Jugosllavi.
