I gjith\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimi dhe polemikat e dyanshme vijn\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se Gjykata i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb ato jasht\u00eb dosjeve t\u00eb saj t\u00eb gjykimit.<\/p>\n<p>Po dje Familja Konomi n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, me nj\u00eb let\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur drejtuar medies shqiptare, ngre shqet\u00ebsimin jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr moszbardhjen e vrasjes s\u00eb gjyqtarit Konomi, por dhe pengimin nga e nj\u00ebjta dor\u00eb t\u00eb hipotekimit t\u00eb pronave t\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb fituara me gjyq disa jav\u00eb para se t\u00eb vrisnin gjyqtarin Konomi.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb i bashkon t\u00eb dy k\u00ebto ngjarje \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimi i heshtur i pushtetit ndaj kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb vet, duke mos nd\u00ebshkuar hasmin e tyre. N\u00eb konceptin e tij p\u00ebr pushtetin, Sali Berisha ka t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pakthyeshme modelin e nd\u00ebshkimit t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb pal\u00eb me \u2018hasmin\u2019 e tyre. Vrasjet e koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, shumica mafioze, dhe mos gjetja e autor\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre, \u00ebsht\u00eb shantazhi publik q\u00eb pushteti b\u00ebn ndaj \u00e7do kund\u00ebrshtari. Mesazhi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb: Po u vrave, mos mendo se do t\u00eb gjendet autori. Duke krijuar k\u00ebt\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm shantazhi mbi kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt, pushteti po p\u00ebrpiqet \u00e7do dit\u00eb t\u00eb gjunj\u00ebzoj\u00eb do faktor\u00eb opozitar\u00eb n\u00eb vend dhe \u00e7do individ q\u00eb ngre z\u00ebrin kund\u00ebr tij.<\/p>\n<p>Fjala vjen, n\u00ebse Gjyqtari Konomi ka prishur ndonj\u00eb pakt me njer\u00ebzit af\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr tokat n\u00eb Gjirin e Lalzit, ai u vra dhe vras\u00ebsi nuk do t\u00eb gjendet, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb n\u00ebse ndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Plazh t\u00eb Gjeneralit, n\u00eb Seman, n\u00eb Nart\u00eb, n\u00eb Orikum, n\u00eb Borsh apo Ksamil do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb pronat pa marr\u00ebveshje, duhet t\u00eb kujtoj\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb \u00e7\u2019i ndodhi gjyqtarit Konomi dhe mos gjetjen e vras\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rastin e Priftit terrori b\u00ebhet dhe m\u00eb i fort\u00eb. Gjykimi i par\u00eb publik p\u00ebr skandalin e Ilir Met\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb 21 janar 2011. Dhjet\u00eb dit\u00eb pasi shqiptar\u00ebt e pan\u00eb me z\u00eb dhe figur\u00eb se ku ishte katandisur pushteti i tyre, dol\u00ebn n\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe shp\u00ebrthyen kund\u00ebr qeveris\u00eb. Qeveria u ndje aq e trembur nga ky shp\u00ebrthim, sa n\u00eb frik\u00eb e sip\u00ebr Sali Berisha dhe Lul\u00ebzim Basha mor\u00ebn vendimin m\u00eb burracak t\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebrave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00eblluar mbi njer\u00ebzit. Kat\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00ebt e 21 janarit dhe jetim\u00ebt e mbetur nga ai reagim burracak i Sali Berish\u00ebs jan\u00eb deri m\u00eb sot t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarit e vet\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebtij skandali.<\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebr ta plot\u00ebsuar deri n\u00eb fund terrorin, ne nuk kemi sot asnj\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar dhe asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr vrasjet e 21 Janarit. Sali Berisha dhe Lul\u00ebzim Basha nuk kan\u00eb shkuar asnj\u00eb sekond\u00eb para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpjeguar \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe pse q\u00eblluan mbi njer\u00ebzit. Bile edhe m\u00eb keq. E kan\u00eb trembur aq shum\u00eb Kryeprokuroren, Presidentin dhe Gjykatat, sa as nuk kan\u00eb guxuar t\u2019i th\u00ebrrasin. 21 janarin drejt\u00ebsia shqiptare n\u00ebn trysnin\u00eb e pushtetit po e gjykon sikur t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb z\u00ebnk\u00eb mes policash dhe ca \u2018kok\u00ebpalar\u00ebve\u2019, si\u00e7 u thot\u00eb Ilir Meta, pas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs vdiq\u00ebn kat\u00ebr \u2018kok\u00ebpalar\u00eb\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Duke e trajtuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb 21 janarin, Sali Berisha ia ka arritur t\u00eb nd\u00ebshkoj\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm individualisht do kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb tij, por dhe kolektivisht gjith\u00eb opozit\u00ebn. Mos nd\u00ebshkimi i 21 janarit dhe degradimi i atij procesi, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim n\u00eb bllok p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn dhe frym\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb protest\u00ebs. Vrasja e 4 qytetar\u00ebve paq\u00ebsor\u00eb dhe mosnd\u00ebshkimi i Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb akt aq i r\u00ebnd\u00eb ndaj demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, sa \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb qen\u00eb pushkatimet politike n\u00eb vitet e para pas komunizmit, q\u00eb frik\u00ebsuan njer\u00ebzit dhe i treguan vendin opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe pasi ka kaluar faz\u00ebn e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebrmes vrasjeve pa autor\u00eb, pushteti po kalon n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb re dhe m\u00eb posht\u00ebruese p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb faza e inkurajimit t\u00eb biznesmen\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb biznes blerjen e opozit\u00ebs dhe forcimin e autoritetit t\u00eb pushtetit kund\u00ebr saj. Kjo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri biznesi m\u00eb i madh i biznesmen\u00ebve t\u00eb oborrit t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimi nga kapja e shtetit duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb sh\u00ebrbime pushtetit kund\u00ebr opozit\u00ebs. Ky model, i cili n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb adoptuar nga modeli i shantazhit q\u00eb Berisha p\u00ebrdor ndaj atyre q\u00eb vrasin kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e vet, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb terrori m\u00eb e zbutur, por e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb n\u00eb thelb me ata q\u00eb vrasin.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse i hetoni me kujdes biznesmen\u00ebt e oborrit t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe ata q\u00eb e shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb at\u00eb nga pas, do t\u00eb kuptoni se ata nuk jan\u00eb as m\u00eb t\u00eb talentuarit, as m\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshmit, dhe as m\u00eb serioz\u00ebt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. P\u00ebrkundrazi mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb borxhlinjt\u00eb, m\u00eb problematik\u00ebt dhe evazionist\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj. Por ata i bashkon nj\u00eb gj\u00eb, ata kan\u00eb si \u2018dhurat\u00eb\u2019 p\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebn hedhjen e gur\u00ebve mbi opozit\u00ebn. Dikush ka nj\u00eb medie q\u00eb sulmon opozit\u00ebn, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr financon qeverin\u00eb kund\u00ebr opozit\u00ebs, por t\u00eb kryepreferuarit jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb ia kan\u00eb premtuar Berish\u00ebs blerjen e opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ata ulen me kryeministrin n\u00eb udh\u00ebtimet e gjata, i tregojn\u00eb si i kan\u00eb bler\u00eb vil\u00eb apo sht\u00ebpi nj\u00ebrit tek fshati i Sandrit dhe Zamirit, si i kan\u00eb paguar dikujt ndonj\u00eb shpenzim t\u00eb papritur familjar, si kan\u00eb folur kund\u00ebr Edi Ram\u00ebs, si mund t\u2019i lidhin k\u00ebta me Ilir Met\u00ebn, si mund t\u00eb eliminojn\u00eb Bamir Topin, si t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb barsolet\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb apo ndonj\u00eb thashethem p\u00ebr korrupsion, si t\u2019i ofrohen atij p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb vota n\u00ebse i duhen p\u00ebr KLSH ose t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn n\u00ebse nuk i duhen\u2026 Pra, i vetmi biznes me t\u00eb cilin Sali Berisha ka nj\u00eb raport miq\u00ebsor, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as ai q\u00eb nd\u00ebrton rrug\u00eb, as ai q\u00eb nd\u00ebrton fabrika, as ai q\u00eb hap vende pune p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, por ai q\u00eb mbyll vende pune p\u00ebr opozit\u00ebn dhe opozitar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pak a shum\u00eb dhe trupa sh\u00ebtit\u00ebse e biznesmen\u00ebve t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, q\u00eb her\u00eb duke e g\u00ebnjyer e her\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb di\u00e7ka, po investojn\u00eb paret q\u00eb fitojn\u00eb nga evazioni fiskal p\u00ebr t\u00eb eliminuar opozit\u00ebn n\u00eb vend. N\u00eb thelb, kjo i ngjan shantazhit me vdekje dhe mos gjetje autor\u00ebsh q\u00eb Berisha i b\u00ebn opozit\u00ebs dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare prej koh\u00ebsh. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb fenomeni m\u00eb i sh\u00ebmtuar dhe m\u00eb korruptiv q\u00eb po prodhon Sali Berisha, kund\u00ebr liris\u00eb n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>Taktika e tij e vetme p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb pushtet, \u00ebsht\u00eb heshtja ndaj mafias q\u00eb i vret kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt, heshtja ndaj drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb nuk i nd\u00ebshkon m\u00ebkatar\u00ebt dhe mir\u00ebnjohja ndaj \u2018parelinjve\u2019 q\u00eb i blejn\u00eb opozitar\u00ebt. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb \u2018garant\u00ebt\u2019 q\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet.
